Stabilization problem of discrete-time linear switching systems with bounds on the state and control input is solved in this paper. First, the synthesis of state feedback controllers that ensure the stability of closed-loop switching systems is studied under a sufficient condition. By using the idea of positive invariance, a stabilizing controller design methodology is proposed. Based on these results, the convergence rate problem is also discussed. A state feedback controller that guarantees the optimal convergence rate of closed-loop switching systems is obtained via optimization. Finally, an example made up of two subsystems is studied to show the application of our method.

The main contribution of this paper is to present a novel robust observer-based controller design method for discrete-time piecewise affine systems with norm-bounded uncertainties. The key ideas are to construct a piecewise quadratic Lyapunov function to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop systems, approximate polytopic operating regions by ellipsoids, and use the singular value decomposition technique to treat the constraint of matrix equality. It is shown that the suggested control method can be formulated as linear matrix inequalities that are numerically feasible with commer- cially available software. A numerical example is also given to verify the proposed approach.

In this paper,a subclass of switching systems is considered,which is the discrete-time linear switching systems with only in-loop *** the presence of parameter variations and additive l∞ bounded disturbances,the control problem solved consists of determining the non-conservative bounds on the l∞norm of the controlled output,independently of the external uncontrollable event and *** basic idea employed in this paper is to translate the required level of performance into the constraint on the controlled switching systems,then this constraint is considered as the safety problem for this class of switching *** with the bisection method,the optimal level of performance that solves the disturbance attenuation property problem can be *** last,some simulation results are included to show the applicability of the technique.

The main contribution of this paper is to present stability synthesis results for discrete-time piecewise affine （PWA） systems with polytopic time-varying uncertainties and for discrete-time PWA systems with norm-bounded uncertainties *** basic idea of the proposed approaches is to construct piecewise-quadratic （PWQ） Lyapunov functions to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop *** partition information of the PWA systems is taken into account and each polytopic operating region is outer approximated by an ellipsoid,then sufficient conditions for the robust stabilization are derived and expressed as a set of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）.Two examples are given to illustrate the proposed theoretical results.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is characterized by hepatic steatosis and insulin resistance and there are currently no approved drugs for its *** of mTOR complex1(mTORCl) and subsequent impairment of the transcription factor EB(TFEB)-mediated autophagy-lysosomal pathway(ALP) are implicated in the development of ***,agents that augment hepatic TFEB transcriptional activity may have therapeutic potential against *** objective of this study was to investigate the effects of nuciferine,a major active component from lotus leaf,on NAFLD and its underlying mechanism of *** we show that nuciferine activated ALP and alleviated steatosis,insulin resistance in the livers of NAFLD mice and palmitic acid-challenged hepatocytes in a TFEB-dependent *** investigation revealed that nuciferine interacts with the Ragulator subunit hepatitis B X-interacting protein and impairs the interaction of the Ragulator complex with Rag GTPases,thereby suppressing lysosomal localization and activity of mTORC1,which activates TFEB-mediated ALP and further ameliorates hepatic steatosis and insulin *** present results indicate that nuciferine may be a potential agent for treating NAFLD and that regulation of the mTORCl-TFEB-ALP axis could represent a novel pharmacological strategy to combat NAFLD.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,3.-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 3.,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003.13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 3. from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

饲料浮萍水平对黄金锦鲤形体及体色的影响

本试验以初重(52.99±1.95)g黄金锦鲤为研究对象,研究浮萍对其形体及体色的影响。在饲料中分别添加0%、3.、6%、9%、13.、14%的浮萍,相应替代同等水平的菜籽粕,制成6组等氮(粗蛋白质:3..5%~3..6%)等能(12.2 MJ/kg)饲料,分别记为D1、D2... 详细信息

本试验以初重(52.99±1.95)g黄金锦鲤为研究对象,研究浮萍对其形体及体色的影响。在饲料中分别添加0%、3.、6%、9%、13.、14%的浮萍,相应替代同等水平的菜籽粕,制成6组等氮(粗蛋白质:3..5%~3..6%)等能(12.2 MJ/kg)饲料,分别记为D1、D2、D3.D4、D5、D6。将540尾健康的黄金锦鲤随机分成6组(每组3.平行,每个平行3.尾鱼),养殖时间8周。形体指标的结果表明:D4组与D6组的体长/体高表现最为理想,显著低于其他各组(P1组显著降低6.67%);空壳率(DOR)与肥满度(CF)均以D6组显著高于其他组(P17.14%~20.82%);色素指标结果显示:体表白度值(L^(*))随养殖时间的增长呈现下降的趋势,黄度值(b^(*))在养殖第四周时显著高于其他阶段(P皮肤>鳞片>肌肉,且各组织总类胡萝卜素含量随紫背浮萍添加量提高呈上升趋势,D6组显著高于其他组(P1组上升50.00%~587.27%)。研究表明,本试验条件下,饲料浮萍添加水平在14%时,有利于黄金锦鲤体型趋于美观,达到体表增色的效果。

Background:Lipusu is the first commercialized liposomal formulation of pacli-taxel and has demonstrated promising efficacy against locally advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)in a small-scale ***,we conducted a multicenter,randomized,phase 3.study to compare the efficacy and safety of cis-platin plus Lipusu(LP)versus cisplatin plus gemcitabine(GP)as first-line treat-ment in locally advanced or metastatic ***:Patients enrolled were aged between 18 to 75 years,had locally advanced(clinical stage IIIB,ineligible for concurrent chemoradiation or surgery)or metastatic(Stage IV)LSCC,had no previous systemic chemother-apy and at least one measurable lesion as per the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(version 1.1)before administration of the trial *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).The secondary endpoints included objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),overall survival(OS),and safety *** explore the possible predictive value of plasma cytokines for LP treatment,plasma samples were collected from the LP group at baseline and first efficacy evaluation time and were then subjected to analysis by 45-Plex ProcartaPlex Panel 1 to detect the presence of 45 cytokines using the Luminex xMAP *** correlation between treatment outcomes and dynamic changes in the levels of cytokines were evaluated in preliminary ***:The median duration of follow-up was 15.4 months.23. patients in the LP group and 253.patients in the GP group were included in the per protocol set(PPS).In the PPS,the median PFS was 5.2 months versus 5.5 months in the LP and GP group(hazard rtio[HR]:1.03.P=0.742)*** median OS was 14.6 months versus 12.5 months in the LP and GP group(HR:0.83.P=0.215).The ORR(41.8%versus 45.9%,P=0.412)and DCR(90.3.versus 88.1%,P=0.443.were also similar between the LP and GP group.A significantly lower proportion of patients in the LP group experienced adverse events(AEs)le
