In this paper, by combining the second order characteristics time discretization with the variational multiscale finite element method in space we get a second order modified characteristics variational multiscale finite element method for the time dependent Navier- Stokes problem. The theoretical analysis shows that the proposed method has a good convergence property. To show the efficiency of the proposed finite element method, we first present some numerical results for analytical solution problems. We then give some numerical results for the lid-driven cavity flow with Re = 5000, 7500 and 10000. We present the numerical results as the time are sufficient long, so that the steady state numerical solutions can be obtained.

In this report,we give a viscosity splitting method for the Navier-Stokes/Darcy *** this method,the Navier-Stokes/Darcy equation is solved in three *** the first step,an explicit/implicit formulation is used to solve the nonlinear *** introduce an artificial diffusion term qDu in our scheme whose purpose is to enlarge the time stepping and enhance numerical stability,especially for small viscosity parameter n,by choosing suitable parameter *** the second step,we solve the Stokes equation for velocity and *** the third step,we solve the Darcy equation for the piezometric head in the porous media *** use the numerical solutions at last time level to give the interface condition to decouple the Navier-Stokes equation and the Darcy’s *** stability analysis,under some condition △t≤k0,k0>0,is *** error estimates prove our method has an optimal convergence ***,some numerical results are presented to show the performance of our algorithm.

In this paper, a semi-discrete defect-correction mixed finite element method (MFEM) for solving the non-stationary conduction-convection problems in two dimension is presented. In this method, we solve the nonlinear equations with an added artificial viscosity term on a finite element grid and correct this solutions on the same grid using a linearized defect-correction technique. The stability and the error analysis are derived. The theory analysis shows that our method is stable and has a good convergence property.

A high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet(HPLC-UV)fingerprint method for the overall chemical analysis of edible mushrooms was established based on Auricularia heimuer for the first time,and then applied to analyze 60 batches of ***,Auricularia *** cornea*Yu Muer’and TremeUa fuciformis.A total of 9 characteristic peaks of ***.11 characteristic peaks of ***,6 characteristic peaks of ***‘Yu Muer’,and 9 characteristic peaks of I fuciformis were ***,a combinatory analysis,including similarity evaluation,hierarchical cluster analysis and principal component analysis,revealed the chemical consistency and difference between samples from the same and different *** HPLC fingerprint method established in this paper could be used to characterize the components of ***,***,***‘Yu Muer’,and *** and discriminate the 4 edible mushrooms effectively in combination with pattern recognition analysis.
