双模盾构机为地质起伏变化较大的盾构隧道工程而设计,通过对平衡模式的切换来适应不同地质环境下盾构的高效施工掘进。深惠城际平湖站至凤岗站区间因具有前段、后段为上软下硬地质,中段为全断面岩层地质的特点而采用EPB/TBM双模盾构施工,其间,需要切换模式4次。文章就盾构机模式切换的方法进行系统的阐述。

Lithofacies paleogeography restoration and its significance of Jurassic to Lower Cretaceous in southern margin of Junggar Basin,NW China

In view of the difficulties in the study of lithofacies paleogeography and the low reliability of the distribution range of sedimentary sand bodies in the prototype basin caused by less deep drilling, complex seismic imaging and low degree of exploration in the southern margin of Junggar Basin, NW China. A new method based on the source to sink idea was used to restore lithofacies paleogeography and predict glutenite distribution. In the restoration, apatite fission track age was used to define range and uplift time of macro-provenance;the range of provenance area and the migration process of lake shoreline were restored based on the quantitative relationship between gravel diameter and transportation distance, tectonic shortening and other geological parameters;drilling cores and field outcrop sedimentary structures were analyzed, and a series of maps of lithofacies paleogeographic evolution and distribution range of glutenite bodies were compiled. It is concluded that from Early Jurassic to Early Cretaceous, in the southern margin of Junggar Basin, the provenance area gradually expanded from south to north, the lake basin expanded, shrunk and expanded, and the paleoclimate changed from humid to drought to humid. The western section always had proximal fan delta deposits from the southern ancient Tianshan provenance developed, and in the middle and eastern sections, the provenance areas evolved from far source to near source, mainly river-delta, braided delta, fan delta and other sediments developed. The boundary between provenance areas of the western and middle sections is speculated to be Hongche fault zone. In an angle open to the northwest with the current basin edge line, the restored ancient lake shoreline controlled the heterogeneity of reservoirs in the delta plain belt and delta front belt on its both sides. Chalcopyrite is the main Cu-containing mineral and cannot be separated well from pyrite using traditional xanthate collectors with large amounts of lime depressant, resulting in difficulties of the tailing treatment and associated precious metals recovery. Therefore, in this study, the green and odourless ethylenediamine tetramethylenephosphonic acid(EDTMPA) was introduced as a novel chalcopyrite collector. Flotation results from the binary mineral mixture and real ore demonstrated that EDTMPA could realize the selective separation of chalcopyrite from pyrite relative to ethyl xanthate(EX) without any depressants within the wide p H range of 6.0–11.0, and might replace the traditional high-alkaline lime process. Electrochemical and Fourier transform infrared spectra measurements indicated that the difference in adsorption performance of EDTMPA on chalcopyrite and pyrite was larger than that of EX, suggesting a better selectivity for EDTMPA. Density functional theory calculations demonstrated that there were stronger chemical bonds between P—O groups of EDTMPA and the Fe/Cu atoms on chalcopyrite in the form of a stable six-membered ring. Crystal chemistry calculations further revealed that the activity of metal atoms of chalcopyrite was higher than that of pyrite. Therefore, these basic theoretical results and practical application provide a guidance for the industrial application of EDTMPA in chalcopyrite flotation.

随着MEMS技术的不断发展与成熟,低成本、安装体积小、中精度的惯性测量组合在实际应用中具有重要价值。该文设计了一种基于MEMS的惯性测量组合,该组合由微机械陀螺、加速度计、电源模块和电路板等组成,利用数字信号处理(digital signal processing,DSP)芯片对微机械陀螺和加速度计的信号进行采集,通过建立误差模型进行误差标定补偿,标定后的组合能够实时对外输出三轴角速度和加速度等传感器信息。经试验验证,该标定方法能够修正惯性测量组合的安装误差,精度指标可以满足实际使用需要。

Action mechanisms of abnormal fluid pressure on physical properties of deep reservoirs: A case study on Jurassic Toutunhe Formation in the southern margin of Junggar Basin, NW China

Considering the action mechanisms of overpressure on physical changes in skeleton particles of deep reservoir rocks and the differences in physical changes of skeleton particles under overpressure and hydrostatic pressure, the sandstone of the Jurassic Toutunhe Formation in the southern margin of Junggar Basin was taken as an example for physical modeling experiment to analyze the action mechanisms of overpressure on the physical properties of deep reservoirs. (1) In the simulated ultra-deep layer with a burial depth of 6000-8000 m, the mechanical compaction under overpressure reduces the remaining primary pores by about a half that under hydrostatic pressure. Overpressure can effectively suppress the mechanical compaction to allow the preservation of intergranular primary pores. (2) The linear contact length ratio under overpressure is always smaller than the linear contact length ratio under hydrostatic pressure at the same depth. In deep reservoirs, the difference between the mechanical compaction degree under overpressure and hydrostatic pressure shows a decreasing trend, the effect of abnormally high pressure to resist the increase of effective stress is weakened, and the degree of mechanical compaction is gradually close to that under hydrostatic pressure. (3) The microfractures in skeleton particles of deep reservoirs under overpressure are thin and long, while the microfractures in skeleton particles of deep reservoirs under hydrostatic pressure are short and wide. This difference is attributed to the probable presence of tension fractures in the rocks containing abnormally high pressure fluid. (4) The microfractures in skeleton particles under overpressure were mainly formed later than that under hydrostatic pressure, and the development degree and length of microfractures both extend deeper. (5) The development stages of microfractures under overpressure are mainly controlled by the development stages of abnormally high pressure and the magnitude of effect

To satisfy the demands of soybean precision sowing,this article starts with statistics of the physical parameters of soybean seeds in Heilongjiang province,*** filling process of soybean seeds was analyzed,and the ratio relationship between the diameter,depth,chamfer length of seed-metering wheel’s holes and the mean diameter of soybean seeds was *** was used to simulate seeding circumstances of hole seed-metering wheel with different holes’*** hole diameter ratio,hole depth ratio,and chamfer length ratio were the test factors,while the percentage of single multiple and the empty seeds were test *** triple quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test was designed,and the mathematical model between test indexes and test factors was *** showed that the influence of hole diameter ratio and hole depth ratio was significant(p0.05).The chamfer length ratio was 0.15,the hole diameter ratio was 1.63-1.73,the hole depth ratio was 0.81-1.20,the quality of seeding index was more than 90,and multiple and missing indexes were less than 6%and 4%,*** soybean hole wheel seeding device was produced under the optimal parameter combination,to perform a comparative verification test with non-optimized *** test showed anastomotic simulation results,verified the validity of the *** seeding device after optimization expressed the best operating performance,which might satisfy the demands of soybean precision *** study results can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization design of soybean seeding devices.

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs)-based composites have been widely applied as photocatalysts because of their synergistic effect between the two individual ***,TiO_(2)@NH_(2)-MIL-125(Ti) nanocomposites which possess unsaturated titanium–oxo clusters,mesoporous structure,and intimate interface were successfully constructed via an in-situ distilled water-etched *** X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements indicated strong electronic interaction between TiO_(2)and NH_(2)-MIL-125(Ti),confirming the formation of TiO 2@NH_(2)-MIL-125(Ti) *** and thermodynamics measurements showed that TiO_(2)@NH_(2)-MIL-125(Ti)nanocomposites have improved charge separation efficient and decreased transfer resistance of the carriers within the heterojunction interfaces,which facilitates the photoexcited electrons transfer and reduction of the Cr(VI) ***,the optimal TiO_(2)@NH_(2)-MIL-125(Ti)nanocomposite demonstrated superior performance compared to NH_(2)-MIL-125(Ti) and NH_(2)-MIL-125(Ti) derived TiO_(2).Based on the free radical trapping experiment and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) measurements,a possible type-II scheme was proposed for the enhanced photocatalytic activity over the TiO_(2)@NH_(2)-MIL-125(Ti) nanocomposite.
