Effects of two silicone resin coatings on performance of FeSiAl magnetic powder cores

Two silicon resins with excellent thermal stability,JH1123 and JH7102,are used as the insulated agents and binders for the gas-atomized FeSiAl powder,and corresponding magnetic powder cores(MPCs)are *** insulation capability and application prospects of the two silicon resins are evaluated by comparing the magnetic properties of the coated powder and *** scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results show that uniform insulation layers are both formed on the powder ***1123 has stronger binding ability,and the JH1123-coated powder exhibits severe agglomeration,with d50(average particle size)approximately twice that of the JH7102-coated *** as-prepared MPCs exhibit outstanding soft magnetic ***,the permeability of FeSiAl@JH1123 is up to 74.0,which is 35.5%higher than that of FeSiAl@JH7102 because JH1123 can further improve the density of the *** for FeSiAl@JH7102,it has better direct current bias and lower core loss of 716.9 mW cm^(−3) at 20 mT and 1000 kHz due to its lower coercivity and greater anti-magnetic saturation ability.A comprehensive comparison shows that FeSiAl@JH1123 is suitable for medium and high frequency applications,while FeSiAl@JH7102 is more suitable for high frequency *** indicates that the use of JH1123 and JH7102 silicon resins for binding and insulated coating not only simplifies the preparation process of MPCs,but also enables the controlled production of MPCs for different applications.

Effect of short-time low-temperature austenitizing on microstructure and mechanical properties of DT300 ultra-high strength steel fabricated by laser powder bed fusion

To address the inhomogeneous microstructure and improve the mechanical properties of DT300 ultra-high strength steel specimens fabricated by laser powder bed fusion,different post-heat treatment schedules are *** the increase in austenitizing temperature and time,the migration rate of austenite grain boundaries continuously increases with the dissolution of nano-carbides,and the formation of nano-oxides and twin martensite is also inhibited *** rapid growth in the size of prior austenite grains and martensite laths,as well as the decrease in the content of nano-oxides and twin martensite,led to a rapid decrease in the strength(yield strength and ultimate tensile strength)from HT2 to HTF *** HT1 specimens(austenitizing at 830℃for 30 min,then oil quenching and tempering at 300℃for 120 min and finally air cooling)display excellent mechanical properties of yield strength of 1572 MPa,ultimate tensile strength of 1847 MPa,elongation of 9.84%,and fracture toughness of 106 MPa m^(1/2),which are counterparts to those of conventional DT300 steel forgings after heat treatment.

Elemental doping is an effective strategy to enhance photocatalytic activity and extend the light absorption range of single-component *** this work,a series of La-doped CeO_(2) nanorods(La-CeO_(2)-x) with La content of 1 wt%-15 wt% are synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method and further used as photocatalyst for sulfamerazine(SMR) *** prepared La-CeO_(2)-x nanorods exhibit a great improvement in electron-hole pair migration and visible-light response due to the synergistic effect of abundant oxygen vacancies and heterogeneous elements(La).Consequently,La-CeO_(2)-x exhibited excellent visible-light photocatalytic performances and chemical stability for SMR degradation,the La-CeO_(2)-5 sample achieved the highest SMR degradation rate of 81%,which was 3.4 times higher than that of the original CeO_(2).Furthermore,three possible degradation pathways of SMR in La-CeO_(2) photocatalytic reactions were proposed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry ***,density functional theory calculations were carried out to provide an in-depth understanding of the structure-performance *** its excellent properties and better photocatalytic performance,this study demonstrates that La doping in CeO_(2) is an effective way to increase oxygen vacancy and improve the photochemical properties of photocatalysts.

Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))has been extensively doped with alkali metals to enlarge photocatalytic output,in which cesium(Cs)doping is predicted to be the most ***,the sluggish diffusion and doping kinetics of precursors with high melting points,along with imprecise regulation,have raised the debate on whether Cs doping could make *** this matter,we attempt to confirm the positive effects of Cs doping on multifunctional photocatalysis by first using cesium acetate with the character of easy *** optimized Csdoped g-C_(3)N_(4)(CCN)shows a 41.6-fold increase in visible-light-driven hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)compared to pure g-C_(3)N_(4) and impressive degradation capability,especially with 77%refractory tetracycline and almost 100%rhodamine B degradedwithin an *** penetration ofCs+is demonstrated to be a mode of interlayer doping,and Cs–N bonds(especially with sp^(2) pyridine N in C═N–C),along with robust chemical interaction and electron exchange,are *** atomic configuration triggers the broadened spectral response,the improved charge migration,and the activated photocatalytic ***,we evaluate the CCN/cadmium sulfide hybrid as a Z-scheme configuration,promoting the visible HER yield to 9.02 mmol g^(−1) h^(−1),which is the highest ever reported among all CCN *** work adds to the rapidly expanding field of manipulation strategies and supports further development of mediating served for photocatalysis.

Ischemic stroke is a major cause of mortality and disability worldwide,with limited treatment options available in clinical *** emergence of stem cell therapy has provided new hope to the field of stroke treatment via the restoration of brain neuron *** neural stem cells are beneficial not only in cell replacement but also through the bystander *** stem cells regulate multiple physiological responses,including nerve repair,endogenous regeneration,immune function,and blood-brain barrier permeability,through the secretion of bioactive substances,including extracellular vesicles/***,due to the complex microenvironment of ischemic cerebrovascular events and the low survival rate of neural stem cells following transplantation,limitations in the treatment effect remain *** this paper,we provide a detailed summary of the potential mechanisms of neural stem cell therapy for the treatment of ischemic stroke,review current neural stem cell therapeutic strategies and clinical trial results,and summarize the latest advancements in neural stem cell engineering to improve the survival rate of neural stem *** hope that this review could help provide insight into the therapeutic potential of neural stem cells and guide future scientific endeavors on neural stem cells.

针对绿色数据中心的高效散热和节能降耗需求，开展了基于环路热管的数据中心服务器芯片级散热技术研究，完成了高性能环路热管在真实服务器上的应用开发和不同冷端温度条件下的测试实验．实验结果显示：在相同测试条件下，液冷式环路热管对服务器芯片的控温值比传统翅片热沉结构降低29～32℃，风冷式环路热管对服务器芯片的控温值比传统翅片热沉结构降低29～30℃，为提高数据中心的供水温度和送风温度而降低数据中心制冷能耗创造了条件．采用环路热管芯片级散热技术的服务器整机噪声值降低25～30 dB，改善了机房内人机环境的友好性．

Multiple sclerosis(MS)is a neuroinflammatory demyelinating disease,mediated by pathogenic T helper 17(Th17)***,the therapeutic effect is accompa-nied by the fluctuation of the proportion and function of Th17 cells,which prompted us to find the key regulator of Th17 differentiation in ***,we demonstrated that the triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2(TREM-2),a modulator of pattern recognition receptors on innate immune cells,was highly expressed on pathogenic CD4-positive T lymphocyte(CD4^(+)T)cells in both patients with MS and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE)mouse *** knockout of Trem-2 in CD4^(+)T cells significantly alleviated the disease activity and reduced Th17 cell infiltration,activation,differentiation,and inflammatory cytokine production and secretion in EAE ***,with Trem-2 knockout in vivo experiments and in vitro inhibitor assays,the TREM-2/zeta-chain associated protein kinase 70(ZAP70)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)signal axis was essential for Th17 activation and differentiation in EAE *** conclusion,TREM-2 is a key regulator of pathogenic Th17 in EAE mice,and this sheds new light on the potential of this therapeutic target for MS.

Mobile genetic elements facilitate the transmission of antibiotic resistance genes in multidrug-resistant Enterobacteriaceae from duck farms

Multidrug-resistant(MDR)Enterobacteriaceae critically threaten duck farming and public *** phenotypes,genotypes,and associated mobile genetic elements(MGEs)of MDR Enterobacteriaceae isolated from 6 duck farms in Zhejiang Province,China,were investigated.A total of 215 isolates were identified as Escherichia coli(64.65%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(12.09%),Proteus mirabilis(10.23%),Salmonella(8.84%),and Enterobacter cloacae(4.19%).Meanwhile,all isolates were resistant to at least two *** isolates carried tet(A)(85.12%),blaTEM(78.60%)and sul1(67.44%)resistance *** co-occurrence analysis showed that the resistance genes were associated with IS26 and integrons.A conjugative IncFII plasmid pSDM004 containing all the above MGEs was detected in Proteus mirabilis isolate *** isolate was resistant to 18 antibiotics and carried the blaNDM-5 ***,especially plasmids,are the primary antibiotic resistance gene transmission route in duck *** findings provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of antibiotics in farms which are substantial for evaluating public health and food safety.

Jump and variational inequalities for singular integral with rough kernel

In this paper,we consider the jump and variational inequalities of truncated singular integral operator with rough kernel TΩ,β,εf(x)=∫|y|>εΩ(y)/|y|n-βf(x-y)dy,where the kernel Ω ∈(L(log+L)2)~(n/(n-β))(Sn-1) satisfies the vanishing condition and the homogeneous condition of degree *** kind of singular integral appears in the approximation of the surface quasi-geostrophic(SQG) equation from the generalized SQG *** establish the(Lp,Lq) estimate of the jump and variational inequalities of the families {TΩ,β,ε}ε>0for 1/q=1/p-β/n and 0 <β<***,one can get the Lpboundedness of the Calderon-Zygmund operator with the same kernel by letting β→0+.

Solidification behaviour and hot cracking susceptibility of a novel Ni-based superalloy

A novel Ni-based superalloy GH4151,with a γ′ volume fraction of about 55%and a service temperature capability up to 8oo oC,was *** to the different cooling conditions of various regions during the solidification of ingots,significant cooling rate variations may lead to the occurrence of hot *** scanning laser microscope was utilised to investigate the solidification process and phase precipitation behaviour of the GH4151 under wide range cooling *** characteristics of L→γ transformation were analysed,and the growth rates of at each stage were *** segregation behaviour was predicted using the Scheil equation,and the predicted results match well with the experimental *** sensitivity coefficient for hot cracking was modified,and cracking sensitivity coefficient values for the alloy under different cooling rates were computed,revealing that the alloy is most susceptible to hot cracking at 10℃/min cooling ***,controlling the cooling rate can reduce the possibility of hot cracking in ingot.
