Main observation and conclusion The electrochemical thiocyanation/cyclization of aldehyde hydrazones was developed under external oxidant-free and catalyst-free conditions.In contrast to previous thiocyanation,this electrosynthetic approach enabled a cascade C-H thiocyanation/cyclization through a mild,direct electrolysis manner in an undivided cell without the additive of halogens and stoichiometric oxidants.In this protocol,commercially available and inexpensive sodium thiocyanate was used,which played a dual role as a thiocyanation reagent and electrolyte.This strategy provides expedient access to functionalized sulfur-containing triazolium inner salts with ample scope and diverse functional group tolerance.Based on the findings of mechanistic studies,a reaction mechanism was proposed.

目的探讨多学科协作诊疗口腔颌面部及颈部多间隙感染合并下行性坏死性纵隔炎的策略及经验。方法纳入2011年7月至2019年7月郑州大学第一附属医院口腔颌面外科收治的36例口腔颌面部及颈部多间隙感染合并下行性坏死性纵隔炎患者。对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,包括患者性别、年龄、入院时症状、感染来源、术前及术后评估指标、多学科协作诊疗策略及预后等。结果36例患者中男性26例,女性10例,年龄(51.6±17.6)岁(8~80岁),就诊前病程为(8.9±8.4)d(2~30 d)。患者均以颌面颈部肿胀、疼痛为主诉入院,其中牙源性感染占39%(14/36),咽喉口底肿胀疼痛者占25%(9/36),不明原因颌面肿胀者占36%(13/36)。28例患者行手术治疗,8例患者因全身合并症多不能耐受手术;治愈26例(72%),死亡10例(28%)。经手术为主的多学科协作诊疗患者术后各研究时间点白细胞、中性粒细胞、C反应蛋白及降钙素原水平较入院时均显著降低(P<0.05),患者住院时长与入院时C反应蛋白(r=0.545,P<0.05)、降钙素原水平(r=0.504,P<0.05)均呈正相关关系。经手术为主的多学科联合治疗患者生存率(26/28)显著好于未行手术患者(0/8)(P<0.01)。结论口腔颌面部及颈部多间隙感染合并下行性坏死性纵隔炎患者的病情危重,多学科协作诊疗对改善患者预后至关重要;白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、C反应蛋白及降钙素原水平的监测可以有效地观察患者病情变化情况。

Nickel-rich layered oxides LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2)(x≥0.8)have been recognized as the preferred cathode materials to develop lithium-ion batteries with high energy density(>300 Wh kg^(−1)).However,the poor cycling stability and rate capability stemming from intergranular cracks and sluggish kinetics hinder their commercialization.To address such issues,a multi-scale boron penetration strategy is designed and applied on the polycrystalline LiNi_(0.83)Co_(0.11)Mn_(0.06)O_(2)particles that are pre-treated with pore construction.The lithium-ion conductive lithium borate in grain gaps functions as the grain binder that can bear the strain/stress from anisotropic contraction/expansion,and provides more pathways for lithium-ion diffusion.As a result,the intergranular cracks are ameliorated and the lithium-ion diffusion kinetics is improved.Moreover,the coating layer separates the sensitive cathode surface and electrolyte,helping to suppress the parasitic reactions and related gas evolution.In addition,the enhanced structural stability is acquired by strong B-O bonds with trace boron doping.As a result,the boron-modified sample with an optimized boron content of 0.5%(B5-NCM)exhibits a higher initial discharge capacity of 205.5 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1C(1C=200 mA g^(−1))and improved capacity retention of 81.7%after 100 cycles at 1C.Furthermore,the rate performance is distinctly enhanced by high lithium-ion conductive LBO(175.6 mAh g^(−1)for B5-NCM and 154.6 mAh g^(−1)for B0-NCM at 5C)

Nickel-rich and cobalt-free cathode materials have obvious advantages in the aspects of energy density and economic efficiency. However, these materials are restricted from being used in commercial lithium-ion batteries due to the problems of poor structural stability and rate capability. In this study, the aluminum and zirconium dual-doped Co-free Ni-rich LiNi0.96Mn0.04O2cathode material(NMAZ) is prepared by a facile high-temperature solid-phase method. The obtained NMAZ shows low cation disordering degree owing to the stability of transition metal slabs induced by strong Al–O and Zr–O bonds. Besides, the kinetics of lithium-ion diffusion is significantly improved by larger c-axis and the fast lithium-ion conducting Li2ZrO3layer on the interface. As a result, NMAZ shows an improved capacity retention of 70.3% at 1C after 100 cycles under an elevated temperature(45°C), compared with 50.5% of pure LiNi0.96Mn0.04O2. In addition, it exhibits splendid rate performance even at higher C-rate and better thermal stability compared to bare LiNi0.96Mn0.04O2. Hence, the Al, Zr dualdoped modification is beneficial to improving the structural stability and electrochemical performance of the Ni-rich and Co-free layered oxide cathodes for Li-ion batteries.

Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide,and its treatment and outcomes have been dramatically revolutionised by targeted therapies.As the most frequently mutated oncogene,Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homologue(KRAS)has attracted substantial attention.The understanding of KRAS is constantly being updated by numerous studies on KRAS in the initiation and progression of cancer diseases.However,KRAS has been deemed a challenging therapeutic target,even“undruggable”,after drugtargeting efforts over the past four decades.Recently,there have been surprising advances in directly targeted drugs for KRAS,especially in KRAS(G12C)inhibitors,such as AMG510(sotorasib)and MRTX849(adagrasib),which have obtained encouraging results in clinical trials.Excitingly,AMG510 was the first drug-targeting KRAS(G12C)to be approved for clinical use this year.This review summarises the most recent understanding of fundamental aspects of KRAS,the relationship between the KRAS mutations and tumour immune evasion,and new progress in targeting KRAS,particularly KRAS(G12C).Moreover,the possible mechanisms of resistance to KRAS(G12C)inhibitors and possible combination therapies are summarised,with a view to providing the best regimen for individualised treatment with KRAS(G12C)inhibitors and achieving truly precise treatment.

The conventional multilevel inverters(MLIs)have the disadvantages of numerous devices,incapacity of boost,unbalance for capacitor’s voltage,high complexity for control,and etc.Motivated by this issue,a seven-level boost inverter(7LBI)based on a switched capacitor is presented for singlephase applications in this paper.The proposed 7LBI using only seven transistors can achieve seven output levels,1.5 voltage gain,and natural balance of capacitors’voltages without sensors or other auxiliary methods,which illustrates its suitability for the applications of renewable energy generation.The configuration of topology and operating principles are illustrated in detail.The natural balance of capacitors and capacitance calculations are deduced as well.Moreover,the comparative study is conducted for different types of MLIs.The results illustrate the merits of the proposed 7LBI with respect to reduced devices,lower voltage stress,and less power loss.Finally,a simulation for the proposed 7LBI with PWM modulation is realized based on the theoretical analysis;an experimental prototype is also implemented,verifying multilevel output,boost ability,natural balance for switched capacitors,and performance of transient response.

Internet-scale open source software （OSS） pro- duction in various communities generates abundant reusable resources for software developers. However, finding the de- sired and mature software with keyword queries from a considerable number of candidates, especially for the fresher, is a significant challenge because current search services often fail to understand the semantics of user queries. In this paper, we construct a software term database （STDB） by analyzing tagging data in Stack Overflow and propose a correlationbased software search （CBSS） approach that performs correlation retrieval based on the term relevance obtained from STDB. In addition, we design a novel ranking method to optimize the initial retrieval result. We explore four research questions in four experiments, respectively, to evaluate the effectiveness of the STDB and investigate the performance of the CBSS. The experiment results show that the proposed CBSS can effectively respond to keyword-based software searches and significantly outperforms other existing search services at finding mature software.

Reliable long-term settlement prediction of a high embankment relates to mountain infrastructure safety.This study developed a novel hybrid model(NHM)that combines a joint denoising technique with an enhanced gray wolf optimizer(EGWO)-n-support vector regression(n-SVR)method.High-embankment field measurements were preprocessed using the joint denoising technique,which in-cludes complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition,singular value decomposition,and wavelet packet transform.Furthermore,high-embankment settlements were predicted using the EGWO-n-SVR method.In this method,the standard gray wolf optimizer(GWO)was improved to obtain the EGWO to better tune the n-SVR model hyperparameters.The proposed NHM was then tested in two case studies.Finally,the influences of the data division ratio and kernel function on the EGWO-n-SVR forecasting performance and prediction efficiency were investigated.The results indicate that the NHM suppresses noise and restores details in high-embankment field measurements.Simultaneously,the NHM out-performs other alternative prediction methods in prediction accuracy and robustness.This demonstrates that the proposed NHM is effective in predicting high-embankment settlements with noisy field mea-surements.Moreover,the appropriate data division ratio and kernel function for EGWO-n-SVR are 7:3 and radial basis function,respectively.

This paper provides a comprehensive overview on coastal protection and hazard mitigation by mangroves.Previous stud-ies have made great strides to understand the mechanisms and influencing factors of mangroves’protection function,including wave energy dissipation,storm surge damping,tsunami mitigation,adjustment to sea level rise and wind speed reduction,which are sys-tematically summarized in this study.Moreover,the study analyzes the extensive physical models,based on indoor flume experi-ments and numerical models,that consider the interaction between mangroves and hydrodynamics,to help our understanding of mangrove-hydrodynamic interactions.Additionally,quantitative approaches for valuing coastal protection services provided by man-groves,including index-based and process-resolving approaches,are introduced in detail.Finally,we point out the limitations of previous studies,indicating that efforts are still required for obtaining more long-term field observations during extreme weather events,to create more real mangrove models for physical experiments,and to develop numerical models that consider the flexible properties of mangroves to better predict wave propagation in mangroves having complex morphology and structures.
