Correlative species distribution models(SDMs)are important tools to estimate species’geographic distribution across space and time,but their reliability heavily relies on the availability and quality of occurrence *** can be biased when occurrences do not fully represent the environmental requirement of a *** tested to what extent species’physiological knowledge might influence SDM *** on the Japanese sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus within the coastal ocean of East Asia,we compiled a comprehensive dataset of occurrence *** then explored the importance of incorporating physiological knowledge into SDMs by calibrating two types of correlative SDMs:a naïve model that solely depends on environmental correlates,and a physiologically informed model that further incorporates physiological information as *** further tested the models’sensitivity to calibration area choices by fitting them with different buffered areas around known *** with naïve models,the physiologically informed models successfully captured the negative influence of high temperature on *** and were less sensitive to the choice of calibration *** naïve models resulted in more optimistic prediction of the changes of potential distributions under climate change(i.e.,larger range expansion and less contraction)than the physiologically informed *** findings highlight benefits from incorporating physiological information into correlative SDMs,namely mitigating the uncertainties associated with the choice of calibration *** these promising features,we encourage future SDM studies to consider species physi-ological information where available.

The association of neurogenesis and gliogenesis with glioma remains *** conducting single-cell RNA-seq analyses on 26 gliomas,we reported their classification into primitive oligodendrocyte precursor cell(pri-OPC)-like and radial glia(RG)-like tumors and validated it in a pub.ic cohort and TCGA *** RG-like tumors exhibited wild-type isocitrate dehydrogenase and tended to carry EGFR mutations,and the pri-OPC-like ones were prone to carrying TP53 *** subclones only in pri-OPC-like tumors showed substantially down-regulated MHC-i genes,suggesting their distinct immune evasion ***,the two subgroups appeared to extensively modulate glioma-infiltrating lymphocytes in distinct *** specific genes not expressed in normal immune cells were found in glioma-infiltrating *** example,glial/glioma stem cell markers OLiG1/PTPRZ1 and b cell-specific receptors iGLC2/iGKC were expressed in pri-OPC-like and RG-like glioma-infiltrating lymphocytes,*** expression was positively correlated with those of immune checkpoint genes(e.g.,LGALS33)and poor survivals as validated by the increased expression of LGALS3 upon iGKC overexpression in Jurkat *** finding indicated a potential inhibitory role in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and could provide a new way of cancer immune evasion.

To the Editor:Probiotics are a promising treatment modality for functional constipation(FC);however,the factors affecting individual responses to probiotics remain *** evidence has identified that there is a strong relationship among the gut microbiota and constipation and related gut-brain axis.[1]The gut microbiota may modulate the gut functions via gut metabolites or trigger the release of gut hormones,such as peptide YY,gastric inhibitory polypeptide,and 5-hydroxytryptamine.[2]in turn,gut hormones affect gut secretion,motility,and sensation through their receptors located on epithelial,enteric,and smooth muscle cells.[2]based on these findings,exogenous probiotics have been used in patients with constipation;however,few have produced consistent results.[3]in this study,we investigated the efficacy and safety of several specific probiotics strains for constipation,and also examined the potential reasons for the individualized effects of probiotics,which may facilitate interventional decisionmaking for FC patients.

目的:初步评价综合版膝关节置换术围手术期国际功能、残疾和健康分类(iCF)核心分类组合的效度和信度。方法:招募诊断为膝骨关节炎并接受膝关节置换术的患者41名,进行效标效度、内部一致性、组间信度和组内信度研究。以西大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分(WOMAC)、SF-36健康调查量表(SF-36)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)为效标工具。结果:身体结构与功能、活动和参与维度与WOMAC总分及疼痛、困难程度得分正相关(iCC=0.59~0.92),与SF-36多项得分正相关(iCC=0.46~0.89)。条目b130、b134、b152、d230、d240得分与SAS得分正相关(iCC=0.41~0.73),条目b530得分与SDS得分正相关(iCC=0.47),均Pbachα分别为0.93、0.93、0.53。所有条目的组间信度(iCC)为0.44~0.99;组内信度(iCC)为0.66~0.97。结论:综合版膝关节置换术围手术期iCF核心分类组合具有较好的效度和信度。

为了进一步提高锂离子电池负极材料(Co_(0.2)Cr_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Ni_(0.2))_(3)O_(4)高熵氧化物(HEO)的倍率性能,以金属硝酸盐为金属源、尿素为沉淀剂、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAb)为表面活性剂,利用水热法制备了具有单一尖晶石结构的(Co_(0.2)Cr_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Ni_(0.2))_(3)O_(4)纳米材料(HEO-DTAb)。采用XRD、SEM、EDS、比表面及孔径分析仪对HEO-DTAb进行了表征,并对其制作的电极进行了电化学性能测试。结果表明,与未添加DTAb制备的材料(HEO)相比,HEO-DTAb具有更小的颗粒尺寸(10.8 nm)、更均匀的分散性、更大的比表面积(27.88 m^(2)/g)和均一的孔结构;HEO-DTAb制作的电极在0.2 A/g下展示了较高的初始放电比容量(1308 mA·h/g)和库仑效率(82.5%),循环25圈时放电比容量为1263 mA·h/g;在1 A/g下,循环150圈后的放电比容量高达1053m A·h/g,是HEO制作的电极的8.4倍。HEO-DTAb的纳米结构使其电极材料具有较大的赝电容贡献率(91.1%,扫描速率为1.5 mV/s),大幅度提升了材料的比容量和倍率性能。

为了进一步发挥非组合精密单点定位具有的数据利用率高、未放大观测噪声和可估计电离层延迟等优势,提出一种可估计电离层延迟和接收机差分码偏差(DCb)的改进非组合精密单点定位模型:与传统非组合精密单点定位模型估计的接收机钟差参数和DCb进行组合计算,估计出接收机钟差与参与计算的第一频点和第二频点的硬件延迟;利用北京某监测站采集的北斗三号全球卫星导航系统(bDS-3)观测数据,对b.i+b.i、b1C+b2a等2种频点组合分别进行2种非组合精密单点定位计算,估计电离层延迟、接收机钟差、第一频点和第二频点的硬件延迟。结果表明:传统非组合精密单点定位模型定位精度和收敛时间略优于改进的非组合精密单点定位模型;改进非组合精密单点定位模型估计的电离层延迟的平均修正百分比为85.54%,比传统非组合精密单点定位模型估计的电离层延迟高6.43%;b.i+b.i和与b1C+b2a频点组合估计的接收机钟差的RMS分别为0.19和0.21 ns,均值相差0.09 ns,钟差估计精度相当;接收机b.i、b.i、b1C和b2a硬件延迟与标定值都在0.14 ns以内。

【背景】猪肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae,Mhp)通过定植猪呼吸道黏膜层，破坏呼吸道炎性反应平衡，引起炎性损伤和持续性感染。短的上腭、肺及鼻咽上皮克隆1蛋白(short palate lung and nasal epithelial clone1,SPLUNC1)是呼吸道黏膜分泌的具有重要抗菌和抗炎功能的蛋白，被认为是呼吸道黏膜面对危险信号时的“信号传感器”。【目的】从Mhp和SPLUNC1相互作用入手，分析Mhp感染对SPLUNC1表达的影响以及SPLUNC1对Mhp引起的炎性反应的调控作用，揭示Mhp引起炎性损伤的新机制，为解决Mhp持续性感染问题提供参考。【方法】利用猪肺炎支原体对猪支气管上皮细胞（porcine bronchial epithelial cells,PbECs）感染模型和猪体感染模型，通过荧光定量PCR、间接免疫荧光和Western-blotting等方法，分别检测Mhp感染后对肺脏中SPLUNC1以及体外PbECs中SPLUNC1转录和表达的影响。克隆并扩增猪源SPLUNC1基因通过酶切鉴定，构建成功SPLUNC1真核和原核表达重组质粒pCDNA3.1-SPLUNC1以及pET28a-SPLUNC1。与此同时，设计靶向SPLUNC1的siRNA干扰片段。利用体外SPLUNC1蛋白孵育、体内呼吸道黏膜SPLUNC1抗体封闭，通过Mhp CCU50检测明确SPLUNC1对Mhp体内外生长的影响。在猪支气管上皮细胞中，通过过表达或siRNA干扰SPLUNC1基因，后感染Mhp，利用Western-blotting、间接免疫荧光以及酶联免疫吸附方法，明确SPLUNC1对Mhp的黏附作用、诱导炎性因子表达以及MAPK信号通路活化的影响。【结果】Mhp感染猪后可引起肺脏实变，主要组织病理表现为肺脏炎性损伤，同时显著上调肺泡灌洗液中趋化因子CXCL8和炎性因子TNFα和iL-1β分泌。Mhp体内外感染后，体内肺脏和体外猪支气管上皮细胞中SPLUNC1的转录和表达均显著下调。以上研究表明，Mhp可诱导肺脏炎性反应，抑制SPLUNC1表达。另一方面，体外PbECs中过表达SPLUNC1后，Mhp感染引起的CXCL8表达显著减少；siRNA干扰SPLUNC1后，Mhp感染引起的CXCL8表达显著增加，表明SPLUNC1负调控Mhp感染引起的CXCL8表达。基于Mhp感染入侵呼吸道过程，本研究进一步解析SPLUNC1负调控CXCL8表达的机制。结果表明：无论是SPLUNC1和Mhp体外孵育，还是SPLUNC1抗体体内封闭，Mhp的体内外生长均未受影响；SPLUNC1的过表达或siRNA干扰对Mhp体外黏附PbECs的能力也无显著影响；过表达SPLUNC1可抑制pERK和iκbα的激活，相反SPLUNC1 siRNA干扰后，可促进pERK和iκbα的激活。以上研究证明SPLUNC1不是通过调控Mhp的生长和黏附，而是通过负调控MAPK-ERK通路的活化来调控CXCL8的表达。【结论】SPLUNC1可通过MAPK-ERK信号通路来调控炎性因子的过度表达，维护宿主炎性平衡；与此同时，Mhp感染后可通过抑制SPLUNC1的表达来破坏宿主炎性反应的平衡调控，进而引起炎性损伤。本研究为解析Mhp感染损伤机制提供依据。
