Effect of Inlet Pressure on Flow Characteristics in Cavity-Based Flameholder under Subatmospheric Pressure

Cavity-based flameholder is expected to be applied for ramjets or afterburners,which could work efficiently in the high-altitude space with low *** detailed fluid structure helps to understand the flame stability principle of the *** fluid structure in the center section and side section of the cavity-based flameholder is experimentally measured at the inlet pressure of 0.04–0.10 MPa,Mach number of 0.1,and temperature of 300 *** indicate that the inlet pressure has a significant effect on the fluid-structure in the *** bluff body affects the generation of the vortex in the *** the inlet pressure decreases from 0.10 MPa to 0.04 MPa,the classical dual-vortex maintains excellent stability in the side section of the *** the single-vortex in the center section gradually becomes incomplete with the inlet pressure varying from 0.10 MPa to 0.06 MPa,and it disappears at 0.04 *** reason is that with the reduction of inlet pressure,the density decreases as well,and the proportion of the mass flow rate attracted to the low-pressure area downstream of the bluff body increases,which leads to the vortex being gradually pulled and destroyed.

In this paper,the authors consider the distributed adaptive identification problem over sensor networks using sampled data,where the dynamics of each sensor is described by a stochastic differential *** minimizing a local objective function at sampling time instants,the authors propose an online distributed least squares algorithm based on sampled data.A cooperative non-persistent excitation condition is introduced,under which the convergence results of the proposed algorithm are established by properly choosing the sampling time *** upper bound on the accumulative regret of the adaptive predictor can also be ***,the authors demonstrate the cooperative effect of multiple sensors in the estimation of unknown parameters by computer simulations.

Ischemic stroke is an acute and serious cerebral vascular disease,which greatly affects people’s health and brings huge economic burden to ***,as important innate immune components in central nervous system(CNS),are double-edged swords in the battle of nerve injury,considering their polarization between pro-inflammatory M1 or anti-inflammatory M2 *** mobility group box 1(HMGB1)is one of the potent pro-inflammatory mediators that promotes the M1 polarization of microglia.18β-glycyrrhetinic acid(GA)is an effective intracellular inhibitor of HMGB1,but of poor water solubility and dose-dependent *** overcome the shortcomings of GA delivery and to improve the efficacy of cerebral ischemia therapy,herein,we designed reactive oxygen species(ROS)responsive polymer-drug conjugate nanoparticles(DGA)to manipulate microglia polarization by suppressing the translocation of nuclear *** presented excellent therapeutic efficacy in stroke mice,as evidenced by the reduction of infarct volume,recovery of motor function,suppressed of M1 microglia activation and enhanced M2 activation,and induction of ***,our work demonstrates a close association between HMGB1 and microglia polarization,suggesting potential strategies for coping with inflammatory microglia-related diseases.

In this paper,we investigate the distributed estimation problem of continuous-time stochastic dynamic systems over sensor networks when both the system order and parameters are *** propose a local information criterion(LIC)based on the L_(0)penalty *** minimizing LIC at the diffusion time instant and utilizing the continuous-time diffusion least squares algorithm,we obtain a distributed estimation algorithm to simultaneously estimate the unknown order and the parameters of the *** dealing with the effect of the system noises and the coupling relationship between estimation of system orders and parameters,we establish the almost sure convergence results of the proposed distributed estimation ***,we give a simulation example to verify the effectiveness of the distributed algorithm in estimating the system order and parameters.

Objective The East Tianshan mafic-ultramafic rocks belt mainly produced in the eastern Jueluotage belt is an important part of the Central Asia Orogenic Belt （CAOB）. The well- known deposits including Huangshan, Huangshandong, Tulaergen, Hulu, Xiangshan were have been consecutively discovered in this belt （Duan Xingxing et al., 2016）. The new discovery of the Lubei Cu-Ni sulfide deposit in recent years, which locates in the west of Jueluotage belt, has great significance to the westward extension of the East Tianshan Cu-Ni metallogenic belt. To determine whether the mineralization age of the Lubei Cu-Ni sulfide deposit is consistent with other typical deposits, this study conducted zircon U-Pb geochronology on the diorite from the Lubei Cu-Ni sulfide deposit in order to provide new information for further exploring direction of Cu-Ni prospecting in East Tianshan.

微胶囊技术已被列为21世纪国际重点研究开发的高新技术。通过微胶囊技术将芯材包埋,有利于提高食品成分的稳定性,延长其保质期。但我国的微胶囊技术仍处于起步阶段,有较大的发展空间。文章综述了多种食品成分微胶囊的制备方法,对比了其原理、优缺点和适用对象,并从芯材、壁材、制备方法、包埋率、目的几个方面分析了微胶囊技术在三大营养素中的应用现状。总体上看,微胶囊包埋方法的选择需重点考虑芯材的热敏性、溶解性和稳定性。在此基础上兼顾包埋效率和所需产品纯度,可挑选出较优的包埋方法。目前在三大营养素的包埋中,最常用的方法是喷雾干燥法、冷冻干燥法、乳化-化学交联法和锐孔凝固法。文章为微胶囊包埋技术的选择提供了有利的证据支撑,为后续食品的贮藏与保鲜、功能性食品的活性保持和研发、药物的缓释研究提供了有效参考。

目的探究去甲基化酶JMJD6影响BRAF突变型黑色素瘤耐药性形成的可能机制。方法利用荷瘤小鼠腹腔给药的方式建立针对BRAF抑制剂(达拉非尼)和MEK抑制剂(曲美替尼)具有稳定耐药表型的BRAF突变型黑色素瘤体内模型,使用TCGA、Oncomine、OSskcm等数据库分析、Western blot和免疫组化研究JMJD6在黑色素瘤中的表达情况及预后价值,同时在下调其表达水平后通过TUNEL凋亡试剂盒与体内成瘤实验检测耐药表型在体内外的逆转情况,最后通过生物信息学分析、shRNA干扰、Western blot和免疫荧光实验验证转录因子E2F2是否为JMJD6潜在靶点。结果在依次建立3代耐药体内模型后,成功获得具有稳定耐药表型的BRAF突变型黑色素瘤体内模型A375-R和SK-Mel-28-R,TCGA、Oncomine、OSskcm等数据库均显示JMJD6在黑色素瘤中的表达较正常健康者明显升高且具有更差的预后(P<0.05)。Western blot和免疫组化结果显示,JMJD6在耐药型BRAF突变型黑色素瘤中出现高表达;利用shRNA下调JMJD6表达水平后,A375-R和SK-Mel-28-R在药物压力下凋亡水平和成瘤能力显著降低(P<0.05),呈现体内外耐药表型逆转现象;通过GeneMANIA、GEPIA数据库分析发现JMJD6与E2F2存在表达相关性(P<0.05),同时Western blot和免疫荧光验证下调JMJD6可以抑制E2F2表达以及RNA聚合酶Ⅱ的结合,并在shRNA下调E2F2表达水平的基础上验证其位于JMJD6分子机制下游。结论JMJD6通过调控E2F2表达进而影响BRAF突变型黑色素瘤对BRAF和MEK抑制剂耐药性的形成。
