This paper presents an active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)method for a class of second-order nonlinear uncertain systems with guaranteed transient and steady state tracking error *** deal with the tracking error constraint,an output error transformation and sliding surface technique are introduced to transform the constrained second-order system into an equivalent unconstrained first-order ***,an ADRC method is developed to achieve output tracking of the transformed uncertain *** author proves that the closed-loop system is semi-globally uniformly bounded and it is sufficient to guarantee the tracking error constraint for the original *** results of a system of two inverted pendulums connected by a spring and a damper demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.

The agility of production planning is defined as two characters： synchronization and flexibility. Measurement indexes for evaluating agility are then divided into two dimensions separately. Synchronization includes two horizontal indexes： order lead time ratio and demand fulfilling rate; Two vertical indexes： instruction-reaction cycle time and resource matching rate. Flexibility includes five indexes： scope flexibility, delivery flexibility, variety flexibility, capacity buffer, inventory buffer and modification flexibility. Quantitative formulas for each measurement index are constructed. One application is discussed to illustrate the feasibility and reasonability of the indexes.

Since the spherical Gaussian radial function is strictly positive definite, the authors use the linear combinations of translations of the Gaussian kernel to interpolate the scattered data on spheres in this article. Seeing that target functions axe usually outside the native spaces, and that one has to solve a large scaled system of linear equations to obtain combinatorial coefficients of interpolant functions, the authors first probe into some problems about interpolation with Gaussian radial functions. Then they construct quasi- interpolation operators by Gaussian radial function, and get the degrees of approximation. Moreover, they show the error relations between quasi-interpolation and interpolation when they have the same basis functions. Finally, the authors discuss the construction and approximation of the quasi-interpolant with a local support function.

电动托盘叉车是工业运载货物的重要工具,叉车的同步作业能实现小型叉车搬运重型负载,这可以显著降低运输成本。实现叉车同步搬运的主要挑战在于缺少精确的叉车动力学模型与高精度叉车同步算法。针对这些问题,基于牛顿力学建立叉车的动力学模型,提出了一种新的本体输入输出滑模控制(SC-IOSMC)方法,实现叉车本体的运动轨迹控制;采用交叉耦合输入输出滑模控制(CC-IOSMC)方法,实现两车的运动同步控制。叉车直行与转向同步实验表明,CC-IOSMC方法具有响应快、同步精度高的特点。此外,它还能有效抑制外界扰动。与现有交叉耦合PID同步控制策略相比,该方法显著降低了位置的同步误差,提高了双叉车同步控制系统的控制精度。

A central role of the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)is the synthesis,folding and quality control of secretory *** proteins usually exit the ER to enter the Golgi apparatus in coat protein complex II(COPII)-coated vesicles before transport to different subcellular ***,in plants there are specialized ER-derived vesicles(ERDVs)that carry specific proteins but,unlike COPII vesicles,can exist as independent organelles or travel to the vacuole in a Golgi-independent *** specialized ERDVs include protein bodies and precursor-accumulating vesicles that accumulate storage proteins in the endosperm during seed *** ERDVs also include precursor protease vesicles that accumulate amino acid sequence KDEL-tailed cysteine proteases and ER bodies in Brassicales plants that accumulate myrosinases that hydrolyzes *** functionally specialized ERDVs act not only as storage organelles but also as platforms for signal-triggered processing,activation and deployment of specific proteins with important roles in plant growth,development and adaptive *** specialized ERDVs have also been exploited to increase production of recombinant proteins and *** we discuss our current understanding of the functional diversity,evolutionary mechanisms and biotechnological application of specialized ERDVs,which are associated with some of the highly remarkable characteristics important to plants.

The commercial application results showed that the polymetallic reforming catalysts PRT exhibited high activity, good selectivity and stability. The performance of said catalysts could be restored completely through regeneration. After long period of operation, the activity of said catalysts still exhibited good sensitivity to temperature rise. Compared with the PR series catalysts, the PRT series catalysts had obviously better stability and lower coking rate.
