目的寻找可以区分鳖甲胶、龟甲胶两种不同来源动物胶的特征肽,并建立龟甲胶中掺杂鳖甲胶成分的检测方法。方法利用胰蛋白酶对鳖甲胶和龟甲胶样品进行酶切,使用超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用(UPLC-QQQ/MS)技术分别测定鳖甲胶和龟甲胶的肽图,对肽图进行比对分析,找出在鳖甲胶中响应强但在龟甲胶中无响应或响应极弱的分子离子,并采用质谱多反应监测技术对这些分子离子进行检测,通过专属性验证得到两个鳖甲胶特征肽。将这两个鳖甲胶特征肽作为鳖甲胶的鉴别特征,对龟甲胶样品进行测定。结果在鳖甲胶样品中检出了新发现的两个鳖甲胶特征肽,在龟甲胶、鹿角胶、鹿皮胶、阿胶、猪皮胶、牛皮胶、马皮胶、羊皮胶、骆驼皮胶样品中均未检出这两个鳖甲胶特征肽。该方法的检出限度为含0.5%鳖甲胶的龟甲胶样品。对11批龟甲胶样品进行检测,仅1批样品检出了鳖甲胶特征肽。结论所建立的方法专属性强、灵敏度高,可用于鳖甲胶的鉴别及龟甲胶中鳖甲胶成分的检测。

A low-latency list decoder for polar codes

Successive cancellation(SC) is a low complexity serial decoding algorithm for polar codes, and successive cancellation list(SCL) can achieve excellent error-correcting performance. However, SCL decoder suffers from long decoding latency compared with belief propagation(BP) decoder. In this paper, a lowlatency list decoder whose latency performance can approach that of BP deocder is proposed. A prunable subtree recognizing scheme based on H-Matrix check is proposed by taking the reliability of frozen bits into account. Then, a latency-reduced list decoder based on the prunable constituent codes is *** results show that the decoding latency of proposed list scheme can be reduced significantly,especially for high signal noise ratio(SNR) region.

A complexity-reduced fast successive cancellation list decoder for polar codes

A multi-bit decision for polar codes based on a simplified successive cancellation(SSC) decoding algorithm can improve the throughput of polar decoding. A list algorithm is used to improve the errorcorrecting performance. However, list decoders are highly complex compared with decoders without a list algorithm. In this paper, a low-complexity list decoder is proposed, where path-splitting operations for a multi-bit decision can be avoided, if the decoding reliability exceeds a threshold. The threshold is determined based on the reliability of subchannels and positions of decoding nodes. Path splitting rules are designed for multi-bit decision processes, and a complexity-reduced list decoder is proposed based on this. Results show that the number of survival paths can be greatly reduced at the cost of negligible deterioration in block error performance. Thus, the computational complexity can be significantly reduced, especially for a high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) region.

The existing cyclic redundancy check(CRC)-aided successive cancellation list(CA-SCL) decoder partitions the decoding process into two steps, where an SCL is followed by a CRC check. An SCL decoder can approach the maximum-likelihood(ML) decoding performance of the inner polar codes using a sufficiently large list; however, in this case, CRC is only used for performing error detection. Therefore, the decoding performance of the outer CRC is different from that of ML because the errors are not rectified, which degrades the performance of the entire concatenated codes. In this study, we propose a sphere decoder(SD) that can achieve the ML performance of polar codes concatenated with CRC to address the suboptimality of CASCL decoding. The proposed SD performs joint decoding of the CRC-polar codes in a single step, thereby avoiding the polar decoding and CRC detection decoding scheme. Because the proposed SD guarantees the ML decoding performance of the CRC-polar concatenated codes, the simulation results demonstrate that the block error rate(BLER) of the proposed SD acts as the lower bound of the CA-SCL decoding performance. Further, a new initial radius selection method is proposed for the SD to reduce the average decoding complexity. The simulations demonstrate that the proposed initial radius selection method reduces more amount of decoding complexity when compared with that reduced using sequential step size methods.

Energy saving has become an important issue in wireless communications from both environment and economic considerations. In this paper, an energy minimization algorithm based on distributed dynamic clustering(DDCEM) with lower complexity, higher performance, and better adaptability for heterogeneous network(Het Net) is proposed. A Het Net could be divided into several clusters, which is defined as one group of a network node and users served by the node. A energy efficient user association, which dynamically changes according to real-time energy efficiency(EE) evaluation with traffic load and location distribution of each cluster, can be employed to save consumed energy. Then, the optimal sleeping relay is found as follows. First,the sleeping probability cost of each relay station(RS) is computed and ranked based on the user traffic and the position distribution of each cluster, and the relay with minimum sleeping probability is selected to be switched off. Hence, the sleep node is selected taking into account the traffic load and location of the Evolved Node B(e NB) and all the RSs. The complexity of the algorithm is greatly reduced because the user association operation and network load evaluation are fulfilled cluster by cluster. Simulation results show that the proposed DDCEM strategy offers EE gain with low system complexity.

User traffic prediction is an important topic for wireless network operators. A user traffic prediction method based on Prophet and Gaussian process regression is proposed in this paper. The proposed method first employs discrete wavelet transform to decompose the user traffic time series to high-frequency component and low-frequency component. The low-frequency component bears the long-range dependence of user network traffic, while the high-frequency component reveals the gusty and irregular fluctuations of user network traffic. Then Prophet model and Gaussian process regression are applied to predict the two components respectively based on the characteristics of the two components. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms the existing time series prediction method.

Belief propagation(BP) decoder is a low decoding latency algorithm for polar codes. However,the block error rate(BLER) performance of the BP decoder is inferior to the cyclic redundancy check(CRC)aided successive cancellation list(CA-SCL) decoder with medium list size for polar codes. Thus, in this paper, we introduce a bit-flip method into the belief propagation list(BPL) decoder and propose a BPL bitflip(BPLF) decoder to improve the BLER performance of BP-based decoder for polar codes. The proposed decoder is based on a CRC-aided belief propagation list(CA-BPL) decoder, and the error-prone bits are obtained from the decoded result to construct flip bits set(FBS). The bits in FBS are flipped to obtain the correct decoding result. Moreover, the simulation results show that the BLER of the proposed BPLF decoder is significantly superior to that of the CA-BPL despite having the same list size, e.g., there is 0.75 dB gain at BLER = 10.4 with list size 64. Furthermore, the decoding complexity and latency of the proposed BPLF decoder are only slightly higher than those of CA-BPL decoder with the same list size in medium to high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) region.
