The electric unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are rapidly growing due to their abilities to perform some difficult or dangerous tasks as well as many public services including real-time monitoring, wireless coverage, search and rescue, wildlife surveys, and precision agriculture. However, the electrochemical power supply system of UAV is a critical issue in terms of its energy/power densities and lifetime for service endurance. In this paper, the current power supply systems used in UAVs are comprehensively reviewed and analyzed on the existing power configurations and the energy management systems. It is identified that a single type of electrochemical power source is not enough to support a UAV to achieve a long-haul flight;hence, a hybrid power system architecture is necessary. To make use of the advantages of each type of power source to increase the endurance and achieve good performance of the UAVs, the hybrid systems containing two or three types of power sources (fuel cell,battery, solar cell, and supercapacitor,) have to be developed. In this regard, the selection of an appropriate hybrid power structure with the optimized energy management system is critical for the efficient operation of a UAV. It is found that the data-driven models with artificial intelligence (AI) are promising in intelligent energy management. This paper can provide insights and guidelines for future research and development into the design and fabrication of the advanced UAV power systems.

Ecosystem services are the media and channels through which ecological elements, structures, functions, and products benefit human society. Regulating the utilization intensity and protection methods of society on the ecosystem according to the ecosystem service value(ESV) and its influencing mechanism is of great significance for achieving the sustainable development goals. This paper takes the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA) as the research object and describes the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of ESV in the GBA from 2000 to 2015. Panel quantile regression is also implemented to increase the understanding of the influencing mechanism of ESV. The main results are as follows:(1) From 2000 to 2015, the total ESV declined with a decreasing rate. The areas of decline were mainly distributed in the central part of the GBA and areas along the Pearl River Estuary.(2) Elasticity index, indicating response of ESV to land use change, reached its peak(1.08). The spatial distribution of elasticity index showed that land use changes brought about more intense ESV variations at the junction of cities.(3) In areas with different ESV levels, the influencing factors have different effects. Land use integrity can only promote ecosystem service capabilities in low-ESV areas. The positive effect of temperature on ecosystem service capacity increases with the increase of ESV, which reflects the self-reinforcement of the ecosystem. Moreover, the negative effect of economic density on ecosystem service capacity decreases with the increase of ESV, which reflects the self-protection of the ecosystem. The combination of such self-reinforcement and self-protection will lead to an ESV gap between the high-and low-ESV areas, and induce the “natural Matthew effect.”

Indirect Adaptive Robust Trajectory Tracking Control of Hard Rock TBM with Load Variation of Tunneling Face

Posture adjustment of open-type hard rock tunnel boring machine(TBM) can be achieved by properly adjusting the hydraulic pressure of gripper cylinder and torque cylinders. However, the time-varying inhomogeneous load acting on tunneling face of TBM and complex stratum working condition can cause the trajectory deviation. In this paper,the position and posture rectification kinematics and dynamics models of TBM have been established in order to track the trajectory. Moreover, there are uncertain parameters and uncertain loads from complex working conditions in the dynamic model. An indirect adaptive robust control strategy is applied to achieve precise position and posture trajectory tracking control. Simulation results show when the position deviation only occurs in Y-axis and the current orientation is parallel with the designed axis, the deviation can be corrected by controlling the pressure of gripper cylinder and the actual trajectory meets the designed axis when TBM is pushed forward 0.14 m in X-axis. If the deviation only occurs in Z-axis, then the deviation can be corrected by controlling torque cylinders. If the position deviation occurs both in Y-axis and Z-axis at the same time, the pressure of gripper cylinder and torque cylinders should be controlled at the same time to rectify the deviation. Simulation results are shown to illustrate the e ectiveness and robustness of the proposed controller. This research proposes an indirect adaptive robust controller that can track the planned tracking trajectory smoothly and rapidly.

Analysis on Variation Characteristics of Agro-Climatic Resources in Weixian County, China in Recent 54 Years

Based on the daily temperature, precipitation and sunshine data of the National Weather Station of Weixian County, Hebei, China from 1961 to 2014, the average temperature, accumulated temperature, precipitation and sunshine trends of the year and four seasons were analyzed. The results showed an upward trend of the average annual temperature, average annual maximum temperature and average annual minimum temperature and the minimum temperature increase is the largest. The average temperature in summer is decreasing, while the average temperature, maximum temperature and minimum temperature in spring, autumn and winter showed an upward trend. ≥0°C accumulated temperature increased by 193.82°C for 54 years, and ≥10°C accumulated temperature increased 54.59°C for 54 years. Weixian County sunshine hours were 119.121 h/10 years to reduce the rate of adverse effects on crop growth;annual precipitation decreased by 116.4 mm for 54 years, the maximum precipitation decreased by 8.2 mm, and the number of annual precipitation decreased 18.6 d, which caused great pressure on groundwater recharge

Background:Cardiovascular disease(CVD)has emerged as the leading cause of death from prostate cancer(PCa)in recent decades,bringing a great disease burden *** with preexisting CVD have an increased risk for major adverse cardiovascular events when treated with androgen deprivation therapy(ADT).The present study aimed to explore the prevalence and risk evaluation of CVD among people with newly diagnosed PCa in ***:Clinical data of newly diagnosed PCa patients were retrospectively collected from 34 centers in China from 2010 to 2022 through convenience *** was defined as myocardial infarction,arrhythmia,heart failure,stroke,ischemic heart disease,and *** risk was estimated by calculating Framingham risk scores(FRS).Patients were accordingly divided into low-,medium-,and high-risk groups.χ2 or Fisher’s exact test was used for comparison of categorical ***:A total of 4253 patients were enrolled in the present study.A total of 27.0%(1147/4253)of patients had comorbid PCa and CVD,and 7.2%(307/4253)had two or more *** enrolled population was distributed in six regions of China,and approximately 71.0%(3019/4253)of patients lived in urban *** imaging and pathological evaluation,most PCa patients were diagnosed at an advanced stage,with 20.5%(871/4253)locally progressing and 20.5%(871/4253)showing *** of them initiated prostatectomy(46.6%,1983/4253)or regimens involving ADT therapy(45.7%,1944/4253)for prostate *** the present PCa cohort,43.1%(1832/4253)of patients had hypertension,and half of them had poorly controlled blood *** FRS stratification,as expected,a higher risk of CVD was related to aging and metabolic ***,we also found that patients with treatment involving ADT presented an originally higher risk of CVD than those without *** was in accordance with clinical practice,i.e.,aged patients or patients at advanced oncological stages were inclined to accept sys

民机极限飞行状态非定常气动力建模

飞行失控是造成民机灾难性航空事故的重要因素,飞行失控中飞机难以避免超出正常飞行包线范围,进入具有复杂非线性和非定常动态气动特性的极限飞行状态。选择具有布局典型性的CRM民机标模,开展极限飞行状态大振幅振荡测力试验,获得极限飞行状态非定常气动力数据;基于大迎角流动分离物理机理和Goman状态空间建模方法,提出了针对大型民机极限飞行状态的非定常气动力模型并验证了模型的泛化能力;将非定常气动力模型与飞机运动方程结合,形成非定常气动力/非线性运动状态方程组,进行气动/运动耦合分岔分析,预测了极限飞行状态飞机非线性运动,最后利用风洞模型飞行试验进行极限飞行状态动力学特性验证。结果表明,在民机非定常气动力建模中,改进状态空间模型结构,针对机翼和平尾,分别引入反映其空间流场特征的状态变量,改进后的模型实现了民机纵向非定常气动力建模,尤其是解决了俯仰力矩非定常建模问题,模型具有良好的泛化能力;结合非定常气动力模型和飞机运动方程进行的极限飞行状态非线性运动分岔分析,可以准确预测极限环振荡等非线性运动;通过风洞模型飞行试验,准确复现和验证了极限飞行状态飞行动力学特性的发展演化,实现了非定常气动力建模和非线性飞行动力学分析结果的试验验证。研究方法和结果为民机极限飞行状态的气动与运动特性的建模分析提供了一个可行途径,从而改进飞机飞行失控预防、极限状态改出、飞行模拟训练和飞行事故分析等。
