目的研究养元益肾散合并低温透析治疗血液透析相关性低血压的效果。方法选择2021年3月—2022年10月医院诊治的血液透析相关性低血压患者98例为研究对象,根据随机数表法均分为两组,每组49例,对照组给予常规西药干预,观察组给予养元益肾散合并低温透析治疗干预。观察并比较两组患者的血压、心率,中医症状积分,透析充分性指标,不良反应发生情况。结果干预前,两组患者的舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压、心率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压显著高于对照组,心率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);干预后,观察组以上各症状积分显著低于对照组(P0.05);干预后,观察组KT/V、TACurea、CRP及URR均显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论养元益肾散合并低温透析治疗血液透析相关性低血压的效果良好,能够有效改善血压水平,降低心率,减轻患者症状,增强透析充分性,并且安全性可靠,是可行性方案。

为降低光引发剂在光固化涂层中的迁移性,以咔唑为生色团,合成了2种以双键封端的可聚合型肟酯类光引发剂。利用紫外-可见光光度计对其紫外吸收、稳态光解和迁移性进行研究,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)研究光致脱羧和光聚合动力学性能,并利用热重分析仪(TGA)对其热稳定性进行研究。结果表明:肟酯类光引发剂的最大吸收波长在338 nm,尾部吸收延至380 nm。在低光强365 nm LED辐照下(1 mW/cm2),咔唑基肟酯可发生光致脱羧反应,释放的活性自由基能有效引发丙烯酸酯单体和巯基-丙烯酸酯体系聚合。且可聚合型咔唑基肟酯类光引发剂在光固化涂层中显示了较低的迁移性。

Background:A variety of experimental animal models are used in basic ophthalmological research to elucidate physiological mechanisms of vision and disease pathogenesis.The choice of animal model is based on the measurability of specific parameters or structures,the applicability of clinical measurement technologies,and the similarity to human eye function.Studies of eye pathology usually compare optical parameters between a healthy and altered state,so accurate baseline assessments are critical,but few reports have comprehensively examined the normal anatomical structures and physiological functions in these models.Methods:Three cynomolgus monkeys,six New Zealand rabbits,ten Sprague Dawley(SD)rats,and BALB/c mice were examined by fundus photography(FP),fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA),and optical coherence tomography(OCT).Results:Most retinal structures of cynomolgus monkey were anatomically similar to the corresponding human structures as revealed by FP,FFA,and OCT.New Zealand rabbits have large eyeballs,but they have large optic disc and myelinated retinal nerve fibers in their retinas,and the growth pattern of retinal vessels were also different to the human retinas.Unlike monkeys and rabbits,the retinal vessels of SD rats and BALB/c mice were widely distributed and clear.The OCT performance of them were similar with human beings except the macular.Conclusions:Monkey is a good model to study changes in retinal structure associated with fundus disease,rabbits are not suitable for studies on retinal vessel diseases and optic nerve diseases,and rats and mice are good models for retinal vascular diseases.These measures will help guide the choice of model and measurement technology and reduce the number of experimental animals required.

An Ultraviolet Hybrid Plasmonic Waveguide for Nanolaser Applications

In this paper, a novel hybrid plasmonic waveguide with a metal ridge and an MgF2 dielectric layer is demonstrated at ultraviolet band. We investigate the propagation distance, the scaling factor and the figure of merit by using the finite element method. The structure enables low scaling factor and long propagation distance. Compared to the previous structure with a metal plate, this waveguide has better performance. And the structure can be used as a nanolaser and has broad application prospects in optoelectronic integrated circuits, biological detection and so on.

In this work,the terahertz(THz) electromotive force(EMF) of the surface plasmon(SP) electric field and field strength was investigated in its propagation direction.Based on the nanowires structure,we introduced physical models which were light wave energy of surface plasmon polariton(SPP) pulse and the variation of EMF changes in the active condition.Results of theory and verification showed SPP generated EMF with 10 2-10 V among wire radii of 5-30 nm;the electric field was up to 105-106 V/cm in the radius of 5 nm;the electric field intensity induced localization at =850 nm,and at the same time light intensity amplified 40 times.The characteristics which are femtosecond SPP pulse response and force-field amplifier in this work are significant for nonlinear spectroscopy research.

Tourmaline is a common borosilicate mineral in granite and pegmatite， and it is also an important carrier to record the physicochemical evolution information of magmas. However， the genetic relationship between pegmatite-type rare metal mineralization potential and tourmaline-bearing pegmatites is not clear， and the tourmaline geochemical indication of the mineralization type of rare metals needs to be supplemented. In the middle Altun region， extensive tourmaline-bearing pegmatite dykes are prevalent within and surrounding the Tugeman complex. In this paper， the petrology and geochemical characteristics of tourmaline within the pegmatite of the Tugeman Be-li deposit have been comprehensively analyzed. The research delves into the genetic evolution and metallogenic potential of the pegmatite， emphasizing the indicative role of tourmaline geochemistry in discerning mineralization types in the Tugeman Be-li deposit. Major and trace element analysis of tourmaline reveals varying contents of FeO （9.37 wt.%–17.10 wt.%）， Al2O3（28.64 wt.%–35.22% wt.%）， and MgO （0.13 wt.%–2.47 wt.%） in the Tugeman Be–li pegmatite. li， Zn， and Sn contents range from 204 ppm to 1 590 ppm， 1 143 ppm to 4 089 ppm， and 74 ppm to 396 ppm， respectively. The tourmaline analyzed in this study is magmatic origin and belongs to schorl series， exhibits substitution relationships， including (Na， Fe2+)(X□， Al)-1， (Fe2+， Fe3+)（Mg， Al）-1， (Al，X□)(R2+， Na)-1，（Na， Mg）(X□， Al)-1andX□NaR2+-1. The trace element data of tourmaline show that lithium has four enrichment stages in different mineral crystallization phases. Notably， the tendency of tourmaline in the Tugeman Be-li pegmatite to evolve towards elbaite implies a magmatic evolution sequence from low to high， transitioning through microcline-albite pegmatite， muscovite-microcline-albite pegmatite， albite pegmatite， and microcline pegmatite. Furthermore， we also propose that the Sc content in schorl can serve as an indicator of pegmatite mineralization type and the Tugeman Be-li pegmatite has evolved to

长期处于稳态热环境会削弱人体的热适应能力,影响人体热舒适,并且空调系统的长期运行也会造成能源过度消耗。研究显示,允许室内环境温度适当地变化可以改善上述问题。通过控制空调的间歇启停,结合主观热评价、额头温度、耳温以及平均皮肤温度的变化,探究了短暂温度漂移下的人体热反应,并且分析了额头温度与热舒适投票之间的相关关系。结论如下:存在温度漂移的夏季空调环境,可以提高人体对偏热环境的接受度;适当范围内的温度漂移可以提高人体热舒适,为室内空调系统的动态调节提供了新的研究思路;温度漂移热环境中,人体额头温度与热舒适显著相关,其可以作为表征动态环境热舒适的重要指标之一。

This paper presents an attempt at assimilating clear-sky FY-4A Advanced Geosynchronous Radiation Imager(AGRI)radiances from two water vapor channels for the prediction of three landfalling typhoon events over the West Pacific Ocean using the 3DVar data assimilation(DA)method along with the WRF model.A channel-sensitive cloud detection scheme based on the particle filter(PF)algorithm is developed and examined against a cloud detection scheme using the multivariate and minimum residual(MMR)algorithm and another traditional cloud mask–dependent cloud detection scheme.Results show that both channel-sensitive cloud detection schemes are effective,while the PF scheme is able to reserve more pixels than the MMR scheme for the same channel.In general,the added value of AGRI radiances is confirmed when comparing with the control experiment without AGRI radiances.Moreover,it is found that the analysis fields of the PF experiment are mostly improved in terms of better depicting the typhoon,including the temperature,moisture,and dynamical conditions.The typhoon track forecast skill is improved with AGRI radiance DA,which could be explained by better simulating the upper trough.The impact of assimilating AGRI radiances on typhoon intensity forecasts is small.On the other hand,improved rainfall forecasts from AGRI DA experiments are found along with reduced errors for both the thermodynamic and moisture fields,albeit the improvements are limited.

Low-rank matrix decomposition with first-order total variation(TV)regularization exhibits excellent performance in exploration of image structure.Taking advantage of its excellent performance in image denoising,we apply it to improve the robustness of deep neural networks.However,although TV regularization can improve the robustness of the model,it reduces the accuracy of normal samples due to its over-smoothing.In our work,we develop a new low-rank matrix recovery model,called LRTGV,which incorporates total generalized variation(TGV)regularization into the reweighted low-rank matrix recovery model.In the proposed model,TGV is used to better reconstruct texture information without over-smoothing.The reweighted nuclear norm and li-norm can enhance the global structure information.Thus,the proposed LRTGV can destroy the structure of adversarial noise while re-enhancing the global structure and local texture of the image.To solve the challenging optimal model issue,we propose an algorithm based on the alternating direction method of multipliers.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a certain defense capability against black-box attacks,and outperforms state-of-the-art low-rank matrix recovery methods in image restoration.
