No well-established biomarkers are available for the clinical diagnosis of major depressive disorder(MDD).Vitamin D-binding protein(VDBP)is altered in plasma and postmortem dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)tissues of MDD ***,the role of VDBP as a potential biomarker of MDD diagnosis was further *** extracellular vesicles(EVs)and brain cell-derived EVs(BCDEVs)were isolated from the plasma of first-episode drug-naïve or drug-free MDD patients and well-matched healthy controls(HCs)in discovery(20 MDD patients and 20 HCs)and validation cohorts(88 MDD patients and 38 HCs).VDBP level in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)from chronic glucocorticoid-induced depressed rhesus macaques or prelimbic cortex from lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced depressed mice and wild control groups was measured to evaluate its relationship with VDBP in plasma microglia-derived extracellular vesicles(MDEVs).VDBP was significantly decreased in MDD plasma MDEVs compared to HCs,and negatively correlated with HAMD-24 score with the highest diagnostic accuracy among *** in plasma MDEVs was decreased both in depressed rhesus macaques and mice.A positive correlation of VDBP in MDEVs with that in CSF was detected in depressed rhesus *** levels in prelimbic cortex microglia were negatively correlated with those in plasma MDEVs in depressed *** main results suggested that VDBP in plasma MDEVs might serve as a prospective candidate biomarker for MDD diagnosis.

渤海JZ-X油田气顶窄油环油藏井位优化和挖潜策略

针对气顶底水窄油环油藏易气窜水锥、剩余油分布复杂的生产难题,在渤海矿区逐渐探索出利用水平井开发的井位优化与挖潜策略。基础井网阶段:水平井段垂直构造线穿多层来提高储量动用程度,并匹配智能滑套分采管柱以缓解层间矛盾;基础井网平行于流体界面,部署于油水界面之上1/3油柱高度避气控水。综合调整阶段:通过油藏数值模拟研究,油田开发进入中—后期,剩余油平面上主要富集于井间滞留区,纵向上后期水体能量驱动逐渐发挥主要作用,剩余油主要富集于油层上部。对比井间侧钻、气顶注气和屏障注水方案增油量指标,当前剩余油挖潜策略以井间侧钻与气顶注气为主。井间侧钻通过低产低效井平面侧钻至井间,纵向高部位部署挖潜剩余油,单井净增油量为3.4×10^(4)~4.2×10^(4)m^(3);气顶注气通过采气井转天然气回注,补充气顶能量,气驱水平井上部剩余油,提高原油采收率,预测净增油量为5.2×10^(4)m^(3)。

目的:系统整理并归纳总结儿童腺样体肥大(AH)的临床组方用药规律及特点,在中医药方面为治疗此病提供选方用药参考。方法:检索国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)自建库至2022年2月中药复方治疗儿童AH全部临床研究文献,建立中药复方治疗儿童AH数据库,采用频次统计分析高频中药及其功效,运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0统计软件进行高频药物的关联规则分析,并结合Cytoscape 3.9.1软件完成复杂网络的可视化构建,最后运用IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0统计软件进行高频药物的系统聚类分析。结果:中药频次以甘草、夏枯草、辛夷、苍耳子、浙贝母应用最广。高频药物功效前3名分别为清热药、解表药及补虚药。关联规则分析中支持度>20%的药对有5个,置信度>90%的药对有7个。高频药物当截距为22,聚为5类时效果最好。结论:通过文献研究发现治疗儿童AH药物以清热为基本之法,同时辅以补气、解表、活血及化痰药可增强临床疗效,总结出消瘰丸、六君子汤、苍耳子散合升降散及其他药物组合,提炼其前方用药特点为肺脾同治及脏窍同治,为临床遣方用药提供参考。

A highly degradable Mg-Al-Ca alloy with superior anti-tumor efficacy

Molecule hydrogen(H_(2)) has been used to suppress tumor growth. To employ the H_(2) therapy, it is necessary to use a proper agent for continuous generation of H_(2). As a biodegradable metal, magnesium(Mg) generates H_(2) in an aqueous environment, but the H_(2) release rate is still too low. Here, we design a Mg-Al-Ca(AX) alloy that degrades very rapidly due to the presence of a secondary phase Al_(2)Ca. Having a reduction potential much higher than Mg and any other Mg-based secondary phases, Al_(2)Ca accelerates the corrosion of the Mg matrix by a micro-galvanic process. Al_(2)Ca also enhances the strength and ductility of the AX alloy. AX alloy rods show better anti-tumor efficacy than pure Mg rods in vivo. Moreover, implanted AX alloy rods can be heated under an alternating magnetic field to suppress large-size *** work suggests that the H_(2) therapy using highly degradable Mg alloys may provide an effective cancer treatment.

Pre-mating nitenpyram exposure in male mice leads to depression-like behavior in offspring by affecting tryptophan metabolism in gut microbiota

Several studies have confirmed that the health status of the paternal affects the health of the offspring,however,it remains unknown whether paternal exposure to pesticides affect the offspring ***,we used untargeted metabolomics and 16S rRNA sequencing technology,combined with tail suspension test and RT-qPCR to explore the effects of paternal exposure to nitenpyram on the neurotoxicity of *** results found that the paternal exposure to nitenpyram led to the offspring’s depressive-like behaviors,accompanied by the reduction of tryptophan content and the disorder of microbial abundance in the gut of the ***,we determined the expression of tryptophan metabolism-related genes tryptophanase(tnaA)and tryptophan hydroxylase 1(TpH1)in gut bacteria and colonic *** found that tryptophan is metabolized to indoles rather than being absorbed into colonocytes,which coursed the reduce of tryptophan availability after nitenpyram *** conclusion,our study deepens our understanding of the intergenerational toxic effects of pesticides.

Interaction of yttrium barrier and calcium-rich phase on production and properties of WC precursor powders and alloys

In order to reduce or eliminate the adverse effects of calcium impurity,the interaction of Ca and rare earth Y co-doping on the preparation of WC-Co cemented carbides was investigated.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were employed to analyze the phase compositions,particle sizes and morphologies of them,*** results show that the second type of"yttrium barrier effect"is observed and the adverse influence of Ca-rich phase on tungsten powder can be eliminated by *** flexural strength and fracture toughness of YG6-0.01%Ca+0.09%Y alloy are 2199.5 MPa and 11.49 MPa·m^(1/2),showing improvement of 6.5% and 2.7% compared to YG6 alloy,*** evolutions of Ca-rich phase and Y-rich phase at the every alloy preparation stage of WO_(3),W,WC and cemented carbides are ***,the strengthening mechanism of WC-Co cemented carbide with co-addition of Ca and Y is proposed.

Metamaterials usually consist of periodically arranged and carefully structured building blocks to achieve properties either not available from or surpass their constituent materials,rather than simply combining them [1].So far,most mechanical metamaterials feature a single mode,which limits their deformation to a single-step pathway and/or a single deformation ***-step deformation and other advanced functionalities require a high-dimensional deformation space spanned by multiple *** this work,a multi-step metamaterial(MSM) made of elastic material TPU is proposed,which is capable of undergoing a multi-step deformation process upon *** compressive stress-strain curve shows multiple stress plateaus prior to full densification,in sharp contrast to conventional cellular mechanical metamaterials which depict a single plateau in their compressive stress-strain ***,the MSM fabricated using an elastoplastic material(nylon) can realize that the elastic deformation occurs in the first stress plateau,and plastic deformation occurs in the second and third stress plateaus,which improves the energy absorption *** impact experiments are performed to demonstrate its cushion performance.A unit cell of the proposed MSM is shown in Fig.1a,consisting of 5 beams of equal length l.A typical MSM comprises m×n unit cells,where m and n is the number of unit cells in the horizontal and vertical directions(see,Fig.1b).The design philosophy is that,under compression,the MSM shows a sequential and distinctive 2-step elastic buckling deformation on the unit cell level,with the force-displacement curve and the associated deformed configurations schematically illustrated in ***,we use elastic material TPU to fabricate MSMs by 3D printing *** 2 shows the measured and predicted uniaxial compressive responses of an *** the stress-strain curve shown in Fig.2a shows a salient feature of double *** adjusting geometric parame

Operational optimization of copper flotation process based on the weighted Gaussian process regression and index-oriented adaptive differential evolution algorithm

Concentrate copper grade(CCG)is one of the important production indicators of copper flotation processes,and keeping the CCG at the set value is of great significance to the economic benefit of copper flotation industrial *** paper addresses the fluctuation problem of CCG through an operational optimization ***,a density-based affinity propagationalgorithm is proposed so that more ideal working condition categories can be obtained for the complex raw ore ***,a Bayesian network(BN)is applied to explore the relationship between the operational variables and the *** on the analysis results of BN,a weighted Gaussian process regression model is constructed to predict the CCG that a higher prediction accuracy can be *** ensure the predicted CCG is close to the set value with a smaller magnitude of the operation adjustments and a smaller uncertainty of the prediction results,an index-oriented adaptive differential evolution(IOADE)algorithm is proposed,and the convergence performance of IOADE is superior to the traditional differential evolution and adaptive differential evolution ***,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed methods are verified by the experiments on a copper flotation industrial process.
