The dust distribution law acting at the top of a blast fumace(BF)is of great significance for understanding gas flow distribution and mitigating the negative influence of dust particles on the accuracy and service life of detection *** harsh environment inside a BF makes it difficult to describe the dust *** paper adresses this problem by proposing a dust distribution k-Sε-u_(p)model based on interphase(gas-powder)*** proposed model is coupled with a k-Sεmodel(which describes gas flow movement)and a u_(p)model(which depicts dust movement).First,the kinetic energy equation and turbulent dissipation rate equation in the k-Sεmodel are established based on the modeling theory and single Green-function two scale direct interaction approximation(SGF-TSDIA)***,a dust particle mnovement u_(p)model is built based on a force analysis of the dust and Newton's laws of ***,a coupling factor that descibes the interphase interaction is proposed,and the k-Sε-u_(p)model,with clear physical *** mathematical logic,and adequate generality,is *** results and o-site verification show that the k-Sε-u_(p)model not only has high precision,but also reveals the aggregate distribution features of the dust,which are helpful in optimizing the installation position of the detection equipment and imnproving its accuracy and service life.

Modification of pillared MFI zeolite nanosheets by nitridation with tailored activity in benzylation of mesitylene and benzyl alcohol

The modification of pillared MFI zeolites was performed by nitridation of silica pillared MFI zeolite nanosheets under NH3 atmosphere with different time. The resultant zeolites were characterized by a complementary combination of X-ray power diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM), pyridine-IR spectroscopy and N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms. The analyses showed that the nitridation didn’t destroy the crystallinity and specific surface area of zeolites, and the acidity of zeolites can be tailored by tuning the time of nitridation, resulting in the different concentration ratios of Br?nsted-to-Lewis(B/L) acid sites. Moreover, the nitrided zeolites exhibited high selectivity to 2-benzyl-1,3,5-trimethylbenzene than parent silica pillared MFI zeolite nanosheets in benzylation of mesitylene with benzyl alcohol. A balance between Br?nsted acid sites and Lewis acid sites can inhibit the self-etherification of benzyl alcohol and enhance the selectivity of alkylated product. These experimental data implied that nitridation was an effective method to modulate the acidity of zeolites and the synergy between Br?nsted acid sites and Lewis acid sites was a decisive factor to determine the selectivity.

Blast furnace(BF)burden surface contains the most abundant,intuitive and credible smelting information and acquiring high-definition and high-brightness optical images of which is essential to realize precise material charging control,optimize gas flow distribution and improve ironmaking *** has been challengeable to obtain high-quality optical burden surface images under high-temperature,high-dust,and extremelydim(less than 0.001 Lux)*** on a novel endoscopic sensing detection idea,a reverse telephoto structure starlight imaging system with large field of view and large aperture is *** with a water-air dual cooling intelligent self-maintenance protection device and the imaging system,a starlight high-temperature industrial endoscope is developed to obtain clear optical burden surface images stably under the harsh *** on an endoscope imaging area model,a material flow trajectory model and a gas-dust coupling distribution model,an optimal installation position and posture configuration method for the endoscope is proposed,which maximizes the effective imaging area and ensures large-area,safe and stable imaging of the device in a confined *** experiments and applications indicate that the proposed method obtains clear and reliable large-area optical burden surface images and reveals new BF conditions,providing key data support for green iron smelting.

To investigate the mechanism of the organic-matter enrichment in the Lower Longmaxi Formation shale,the geochemistry and total organic carbon(TOC)of the Longmaxi Formation black shales in the Jiaoshiba,Zhaotong,and Weiyuan areas of the Sichuan Basin were *** proxy parameters(Babio,Siex,and Ni/Al),clastic influx proxies(TiO2 and Ti/Al),redox indices(V/Cr,Ni/Co,V/(V+Ni),and U/Th),and hydrothermal indicators(Fe,Mn,and Y concentrations;Fe/Ti ratio and a Ni-Zn-Co diagram)were employed to decipher the paleoenvironment of the Lower Longmaxi Formation ***2 and Ti/Al indicated low terrigenous detrital influx in all three ***,Babio,Siex,and Ni/Al indicated high productivity in the Jiaoshiba area.V/Cr,Ni/Co,and U/Th indicated higher oxygen content with larger fluctuations in the Zhaotong and Weiyuan ***,Mn,and Y concentrations and the Fe/Ti ratio implied greater active hydrothermal activity in the Weiyuan *** heterogeneities were considered to be closely related to the paleoenvironment and paleogeography,and the large basement faults that developed during the Chuanzhong paleo-uplift could have provided vents for deep-hydrothermal-fluid *** redox indices(V/Cr,Ni/Co,and U/Th)and a paleoproductivity proxy(Ni/Al)displayed a significant correlation with the TOC,suggesting that both excellent preservation conditions and high paleoproductivity were the controlling factors for the enrichment of organic matter in the Longmaxi Formation *** was no obvious correlation between the clastic influx proxy(Ti/Al)and the TOC due to the extremely low supply of terrigenous *** hydrothermal indicator(Fe/Ti)was negatively correlated with the TOC in the Weiyuan area,indicating that hydrothermal activity may have played a negative role in the accumulation of organic *** study suggests that the enrichment of organic matter in the Longmaxi Formation marine shale varied according to the paleogeography and sedimentary en

Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)mediated macrophages regulate the protective immune response to infectious microorganisms,but the aberrant activation of macrophages often leads to pathological inflammation,including tissue *** this study,we identified antagonists of TLR2 by screening2100 natural products and subsequently identified Taspine,an aporphine alkaloid,as an excellent ***,analysis of the 10 steps chemical synthesis route and structural optimization yielded the Taspine derivative SMU-Y6,which has higher activity,better solubility,and improved drug-feasible *** studies and seq-RNA analysis revealed that SMU-Y6 inhibited TLR2 over other TLRs,hindered the formation of TLR2/MyD88 complex,and blocked the downstream NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathway,thus suppressing the release of inflammatory ***-Y6 could stabilize TLR2 and bind to TLR2 protein with a Kdof 0.18μmol/***,SMU-Y6 could efficiently reverse the M1 phenotype macrophage polarization,reduce the production of cytokines as well as infiltration of neutrophiles and alleviate the local inflammation in mice with acute paw edema and ***,we reported the first aporphine alkaloid derivative that selectively inhibits TLR2 with high binding affinity and superior drug-feasible property,thus providing an urgently-needed molecular probe and potential drug candidate for inflammatory and autoimmune disease therapy.

The vacancy-ordered quadruple perovskite Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12),as a newly-emerging lead-free perovskite system,has attracted great research interest due to its excellent stability and direct band ***,the poor luminescence performance limits its application in light-emitting diodes(LEDs)and other ***,for the first time,an Ag^(+)ion doping strategy was proposed to greatly improve the emission performance of Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12) synthesized by hydrothermal *** functional theory calculations combined with experimental results evidence that the weak orange emission from Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12) is attributed to the phonon scattering and energy level crossing due to the large lattice distortion under excited ***,Ag^(+)ion doping breaks the intrinsic crystal field environment of Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12),suppresses the crossover between ground and excited states,and reduces the energy loss in the form of nonradiative *** a critical doping amount of 0.8%,the emission intensity of Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12):Ag^(+)reaches the maximum,about eight times that of the pristine ***,the doped Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12) still maintains excellent stability against heat,ultraviolet irradiation,and environmental oxygen/*** above advantages make it possible for this material to be used as solid-state phosphors for white LEDs applications,and the Commission International de I’Eclairage color coordinates of(0.31,0.34)and high color rendering index of 90.6 were *** importantly,the white LED demonstrates remarkable operation stability in air ambient,showing almost no emission decay after a long working time for 48 *** believe that this study puts forward an effective ion-doping strategy for emission enhancement of vacancy-ordered quadruple perovskite Cs_(4)CdBi_(2)Cl_(12),highlighting its great potential as efficient emitter compatible for practical applications.

As the basic of a deeper investigation on the turbulent transport, the fluctuation property in the boundary of the newly-reconstructed Joint Texas Experimental Tokamak （J- TEXT） is studied experimentally using the reciprocating Langmuir four-tip probe, which has been built and operated as the primary diagnostic tool in the boundary of J-TEXT tokamak. In this paper, spatial profiles of the plasma-edge parameters are obtained, such as electron temperature, plasma density, plasma potential, poloidal electric field and their fluctuations. The results indicate the existence of a Er ×BT shear layer at the vicinity of last closed flux surface （LCFS）, with the fluctuations suppressed in varying degrees. The turbulence-induced particle and energy fluxes can be calculated by the local plasma parameters above. Convection dominates the cross-field turbulent transport in boundary plasma. Electrostatic fluctuations properties are also studied in detail with the help of numerical analysis. Statistical analysis on density fluctuation shows that, the intermittency can affect the turbulence in the scrape-off layer （SOL）.

Water-Jet Cavitation Shock Bulging as Novel Microforming Technique

With the continuous expansion of the application range of microelectromechanical systems,microdevice forming technology has achieved remarkable ***,it is challenging to develop new microforming processes that are low cost,environmentally friendly,and highly flexible;the high-energy shock wave in a cavitation bubble's collapse process is used as the loading ***,a new process for the microbulging of the water-jet cavitation is proposed.A series of experiments involving the water-jet cavitation shock microbulging process for TA2 titanium foil is performed on an experimental *** microforming feasibility of the water-jet cavitation is investigated by characterizing the shape of the formed ***,the effects of the main parameters of the water-jet cavitation on the bulging profile,forming depth,surface roughness,and bulging thickness distribution of TA2 titanium foil are *** results show that the plastic deformation increases nonlinearly with the incident *** the incident pressure is 20 MPa,the maximum deformation exceeds 240 pm,and the thickness thinning ratio changes within 10%.The microbulging feasibility of water-jet cavitation is verified by this phenomenon.
