Epoxy microcapsules for high-performance self-healing materials using a novel method via integrating electrospraying and interfacial polymerization

The high-efficiency fabrication of high-quality microcapsules containing epoxy is crucial to the further development of the potential practical self-healing epoxy systems based on microencapsulated two-part epoxy-amine chemistry.Herein,a novel microencapsulation technique based on non-equilibrium droplets via integrating electrospraying and interfacial polymerization(ES-IP)was established to efficiently microencapsulate epoxy monomers.The ES-IP technique,consisting of three continuous steps,i.***.electrospraying to massively generate droplets,enwrapping every single droplet through instant interfacial polymerization,and thickening shell at an elevated temperature,has great flexibility to regulate the microencapsulation process and the microcapsule quality.The fabricated core-shell structured epoxy microcapsules(Ep-MCs)were comprehensively characterized for their properties,showing that they have high cleanness with rare impurities,controllable and tunable size,good thermal stability and tightness,and high effective core fraction.The high-quality Ep-MCs were adopted to formulate a self-healing epoxy based on the microencapsulated epoxy-amine chemistry.The highest healing efficiency,in terms of the recovered mode I fracture toughness,of 110±17%was achieved after being healed at room temperature(~25℃)for 48 h.While the developed ES-IP technique facilitates the microencapsulation technique based on non-equilibrium droplets,the fabricated high-quality Ep-MCs greatly promote the further developments of the practical self-healing materials.

Late Cenozoic uplift of the Liupan Mountains:Evidence from the Neogene loess deposits

The Liupan Mountains,one of the important mountain ranges in western China,are located on the boundary between the northeastern Tibetan Plateau and the Ordos Block.The uplift history of the Liupan Mountains remains controversial.Loess deposits are good tracers of regional tectonic and geomorphic changes,because loess is sensitive to erosion and the formation and preservation of loess requires relatively flat highlands and relatively stable tectonic environments.We investigated the distribution of Neogene loess deposits on the western piedmont of the Liupan Mountains and examined a near-continuous loess section(Nanping section)on the piedmont alluvial highlands.Correlation of magnetic susceptibility stratigraphy with the QA-ⅠMiocene loess sequence dates this 56-m section covering the interval from~8.1 to 6.2 Ma.The lower boundary age of this section,together with previously reported Zhuanglang red clay(sand-gravel layers with intercalated loess during~9–8 Ma and near-continuous loess during~8–4.8 Ma)and Chaona red clay(~8.1–2.58 Ma),indicates that the Liupan Mountains were uplifted in the late Miocene(~9–8 Ma)and basically formed by~8 Ma,attesting to no intense mountain building since that time.In addition,based on the information from the Zhuanglang core and the QA-Ⅰsection,we infer that sizable parts of the Liupan Mountains were uplifted during the late Oligocene–early Miocene and did not experience intense uplift during~22–9 Ma.

The partial pressure of atmospheric CO2（pCO2） is determined by the carbon cycle that involves climate, biogeochemistry, and plate tectonics. In this cycle,atmospheric CO2is converted into organic carbon and carbonates by biological activities and silicate weathering, and buried as sediments. The sediments on the ocean floor are subducted into the Earth’s interior, and subsequently converted back into CO2and outgassed into the atmosphere.

为研究不对称信息下跨国最优技术授权合同设计问题,以外国企业为授权方,本国企业为被授权方,构建不完全信息博弈模型来分析外国企业的最优技术授权合同设计及其选择条件,进而考察授权合同选择、本国企业生产规模不经济等对技术授权、社会福利的影响。在此基础上,考虑本国企业选择生产外包与本国企业生产规模经济情形,对原始模型进行延伸和拓展分析。研究发现:分离合约是外国企业的最优选择,并且会策略性地选择固定收费形式或者双重收费形式的跨国授权合同;本国企业生产规模不经济并不会影响外国企业对跨国授权合同形式的选择,但会促使本国企业降低产品产量,产品价格上升;规模不经济对各个企业利润的影响取决于市场条件,但却总是会导致消费者剩余和社会福利的损失。本国企业选择生产外包与本国企业生产规模经济不会影响外国企业对跨国授权合同形式的选择,但会影响外国企业和本国企业的均衡决策。

[目的]开展以元阳梯田滑坡泥石流地质灾害链为基础的风险监测预警研究,为改善降雨诱发型滑坡泥石流灾害链的预警精度,提高防灾减灾工作针对性提供科学依据。[方法]采用降雨模型模拟试验来探讨元阳梯田滑坡—泥石流灾害链破坏过程,通过对降雨量、体积含水率和坡体变形破坏过程进行实时监测,分析不同降雨条件下灾害链风险预警阈值。试验设置长时间中雨(50 mm/h)、长时间暴雨(120 mm/h)、循环间歇暴雨和干旱突发型暴雨4种降雨工况。[结果]在降雨持续作用下,灾害链发展过程为:地表冲刷、蠕滑、快速滑动、泥石流运移及运移结束。坡体破坏最先从左侧坡脚开始,右侧坡脚稍后。不同降雨工况下坡体破坏形式不同:暴雨工况下坡体中部会产生一条横向裂缝,而形成上下两个滑块;中雨工况下坡体则陆续形成多个滑块;干旱突发暴雨工况下泥石流形成时间最短,运移距离最远,流通和堆积范围相比其他降雨工况更广。[结论]滑坡泥石流灾害链预警监测指标主要为累积降雨量、降雨持续时间、含水率变化和坡体变形发展现场监测。这些监测参数受降雨条件、土体性质、坡角和外部动力条件等诸多因素影响,因此在实际应用中需要综合考虑这些因素。

为研究磁性阻尼动力吸振器在管道减振方面的应用,根据定点理论开发设计了一款适用于三维管路的单向有阻尼动力吸振器,并基于visual basic编制了关键参数计算器。通过有限元仿真计算、安装位置参数优化和试验验证等方法,验证了该动力吸振器在三维管路减振中的有效性。得出如下结论:使用该套动力吸振器的设计方法开发的动力吸振器,可以有效降低三维管路的振动。试验验证的减振效果与仿真计算验证的减振效果相近。

[目的]地铁通信系统的健康度直接关系到地铁运营的效率和安全。针对现阶段地铁通信系统健康度评估方式存在评估结果片面性及评分标准主观性等问题,需构建能够科学、准确地评估地铁通信系统运行状态和健康度的方法。[方法]提出了一种基于随机森林算法的健康度动态评估方法,结合深度学习进行通信健康度检测。设计评价指标体系,收集相应数据,在标签(真实健康度)不明确的情况下,采用混合标签法确定标签并计算各个指标重要度;适当地加入专家知识的影响,根据指标权重和专家制定的指标自身评分标准,计算通信系统各子系统健康度;基于成都地铁维保数据进行了该方法试验验证。[结果及结论]试验验证结果表明,通过该方法可以得到有效的指标重要度,可合理评估地铁通信系统健康度。

Comparison of blood flow restriction training and conventional resistance training for the improvement of sarcopenia in the older adults:A systematic review and meta-analysis

Age-related sarcopenia places a tremendous burden on healthcare providers and patients'families.Blood flow restriction(BFR)training may be a promising treatment to bring sarcopenia down,and it offers numerous advantages over traditional resistance training.The purpose of this review was to compare the effects of BFR training and conventional resistance training on clinically delayed sarcopenia in the elderly.Databases such as PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,and Science Direct were searched to identify eligible studies;blinded data extraction was performed to assess study quality,and conflicts were submitted to third parties.Someone made the decision.One author used Review Manager(RevMan)5.4 and compared it with data obtained by another author for this purpose.A total of 14 studies met the inclusion criteria for this review.The funnel plots of the studies did not show any substantial publication bias.Low-load blood flow restriction(LL-BFR)had no significant effect on muscle mass compared with high-load resistance training(HL-RT)(p=0.74,SMD=0.07,95%CI:0.33 to 0.46)and LL-BFR had a significant effect on muscle strength compared with HL-RT(p=0.03,Z=2.16,SMD=-0.34,95%CI:0.65 to-0.03).LL-BFR showed a slight effect on mass compared to LL-RT(p=0.26,SMD=0.25,95%CI:0.19 to 0.69).Sensitivity analysis produced a nonsignificant change,suggesting that the results of this study are reasonable.In conclusion,the data suggest the possibility that BFR training improves age-related sarcopenia.

Ergonomic Reliability Assessment of VDT Systemfor Operation Design Based on Improved BPNN and HCR under Special Circumstances

Ergonomic reliability plays a significant role in the safe operation of devices.With the spread of infectious diseases around the world,in work environments with high loads and high infection rates,medical staff work in a state of high self-protection.The use of visual display terminal(VDT)for medical equipment has undergone fundamental changes,and the traditional medical equipment human-machine interface design needs to be improved.After the completion of design and development,a VDT design enters the experimental testing stage,which has significant limitations for simulating the work of medical staff in the high-load and high-infection environments.The testing cost is high,and subjects face harsh conditions;thus,an ergonomic reliability model that can predict the use of VDT in such special high-infection and high-load circumstances must be established.An ergonomic reliability model based on an improved backpropagation neural network(BPNN)and human cognition reliability(HCR)is proposed for predicting and evaluating operation flows according tomedical equipment VDTs.Firstly,a small data sample can be used to train BPNN to generate a network that can ensure suitable accuracy.To prevent the model from falling into local optimal solutions,the bat algorithm is introduced to improve the BPNN.Compared to a traditional BPNN,the superiority of the improved BPNN is clearly demonstrated.Secondly,the HCR method is used to analyze and highlight changes in the human factor reliability of VDTs for medical equipment in different time processes and operating processes according to BPNN prediction results,to provide a reference for selecting the optimalmethod.Finally,the validity and availability of the proposedmethod are verified through an eye tracker experiment and statistical analysis results.

为了研究黄酮类物质在湿加松松针组织中的含量变异特性及挖掘与黄酮含量显著相关的单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)位点。以120个湿加松针叶样本为研究材料,进行了16种黄酮化合物的含量测定和转录组测序(RNA-seq)分析。结果发现,16种黄酮化合物在湿加松不同样本间的含量差异显著,变异系数介于28.21%~80.05%之间。RNA-seq分析共获得307202329个高质量reads,拼接组装后得到98673个unigenes,其中32689个unigenes获得功能注释信息。鉴定到373个和黄酮类化合物生物合成相关的unigenes。通过比对RNA-seq结果,共发现378549个SNP位点,平均SNP频率为109 bp/SNP。并鉴定到47个和黄酮含量显著相关的SNP位点。本研究为高黄酮含量的湿加松良种选育和分子标记辅助育种工作提供了理论基础。
