基于光照可靠性掩膜的低光照图像增强算法

针对具有局部强光源、局部有色光源的低光照场景图像增强中存在的局部过曝光、局部染色和附加噪声等问题,提出一种基于光照可靠性掩膜的低光照图像增强算法。核心思想是:根据输入图像的光照分量逐像素标记超低光照、过曝光、单通道过曝光等光照不可靠区域并建立“S型”光照可靠性掩膜曲线模型以消除输入低光照图像的局部光照不一致性。以此为基础,设计了由光照估计子模块、光照一致性修正子模块和低光照图像增强子模块组成的基于光照可靠性掩膜的低光照图像增强网络。通过MEF、LIME、DICM、VV等测试数据集的广泛实验表明,所提算法可以显著消除局部过曝光、局部染色及附加噪声等问题,且在NIQE(natural image quality evaluator)与SSIM(structural similarity index)等指标上优于现有算法。相关代码和预训练模型可通过https://***/fififft/MLightGAN获取。

This study examines the bipartite quasi-synchronization(B-Q synchronization)issue of coupled networks with general cooperative-competitive topology and the event-triggered communications between nodes to curb the communication *** the existing literature concerning bipartite synchronization,the network topology is required to be structurally balanced,which necessitates that competitive interactions exist only between two distinct *** this study,we aim to lengthen the network’s topology to a more general signed network in which antagonistic interactions can exist in the same or different *** to signed graph theory and the markovian stochastic event-triggering mechanism,the dynamical model of multiple neural networks(MNNs)with structurally unbalanced and markovian event-triggered communication is *** utilizing the stochastic Lyapunov stability analysis,some adequate criteria for B-Q synchronization of MNNs with the structurally unbalanced graph are obtained;also,a bound for the B-Q synchronization error is *** a special case,the bipartite synchronization criteria for MNNs with the structurally balanced graph are also ***,two simulations are performed to verify the theoretical result.

The African clawed frog, Xenopus laevis, has long been a model animal for the studies in the fields of animal cloning, developmental biology, biochemistry, cell biology, and physiology. With the aid of Xenopus, major molecular mechanisms that are involved in embryonic development have been understood. Germ layer formation is the first event of embryonic cellular differentiation, which is induced by a few key maternal factors and subsequently by zygotic signals. Meanwhile, another type of signals, the pluripotency factors in ES cells, which maintain the undifferentiated state, are also present during early embryonic cells. In this review, the functions of the pluripotency factors during Xenopus germ layer formation and the regulatory relationship between the signals that promote differentiation and pluripotency factors are discussed.

Dynamic Setting Method of Assessment Indicators for Power Curves of Renewable Energy Sources Considering Scarcity of Reserve Resources

With the increasing proportion of renewable energy sources(RESs)in power grid,the reserve resource(RR)scarcity for correcting power deviation of RESs has become a potential ***,the power curve of RES needs to be more rigorously *** RR scarcity varies during different time periods,so the values of assessment indicators should be dynamically *** assessment indicators in this paper include two aspects,i.e.,deviation exemption ratio and penalty ***,this paper proposes a method for dynamically calculating the supply capacity and RR cost,primarily taking into account the operating status of thermal units,forecast information of RES,and load ***,after clarifying the logical relationship between the degree of RR scarcity and the values of assessment indicators,this paper establishes a mapping function between *** on this mapping function,a dynamic setting method for assessment indicators is *** the future,RES will generally be equipped with battery energy storage systems(BESSs).Reasonably utilizing BESSs to reduce the power deviation of RESs can increase the expected income of ***,this paper proposes a power curve optimization strategy for RESs considering self-owned *** case study demonstrates that the dynamic setting method of assessment indicators can increase the revenue of RESs while ensuring that the penalty fees paid by RESs to the grid are sufficient to cover the RR ***,the power curve optimization strategy can help RESs further increase income and fully utilize BESSs to reduce power deviation.

对于长波红外长焦距光学系统,大孔径能使系统具有更好的成像亮度,但也带来了孔径边缘像差较大且难以校正的问题。利用折反射式结构减少光学系统总长,采用两块反射镜结构作为基础,在其后搭配一组校正折射透镜构成光学系统,并应用光焦度分配、消热差及消色差条件,设计出大孔径、长焦距的长波红外无热化光学系统。该光学系统工作波段为8~12μm,焦距为800 mm,全视场角为0.6°,F数为2.5,遮拦比为0.2,光学系统总长为344.62 mm;在-40~60℃工作温度范围内,全视场角的调制传递函数值在奈奎斯特频率20 lp/mm处均大于0.25。设计的长波红外大孔径长焦距光学系统由2块反射镜和4块折射透镜组成,系统结构紧凑,成像性能稳定,可为类似此类光学系统设计提供参考。

It is of great significance to quickly detect underwater cracks as they can seriously threaten the safety of underwater *** to date has mainly focused on the detection of above-water-level cracks and hasn’t considered the large scale *** this paper,a large-scale underwater crack examination method is proposed based on image stitching and *** addition,a purpose of this paper is to design a new convolution method to segment underwater *** improved As-Projective-As-Possible(APAP)algorithm was designed to extract and stitch keyframes from *** graph convolutional neural network(GCN)was used to segment the stitched *** GCN’s m-IOU is 24.02%higher than Fully convolutional networks(FCN),proving that GCN has great potential of application in image segmentation and underwater image *** result shows that the improved APAP algorithm and GCN can adapt to complex underwater environments and perform well in different study areas.
