7854是以掖478×156(156为PN78599选系)的杂交种组建基础材料,采用增加种植群体、测用结合、目标区域选育与南繁加代相结合的育种方法选育出的高产、多抗、适应性强、配合力高的玉米自交系。利用该自交系作为亲本组配出经过省级以上多区域审定,适宜西南高原玉米生态区种植的杂交种7个,拓宽了该区域玉米育种的种质基础。

Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is the most common type of oral malignancy,and metastasis accounts for the poor prognosis of *** is considered to facilitate OSCC development by mitigating various cellular stresses;nevertheless,the mechanisms of autophagy in OSCC cell proliferation and metastasis remain *** our study,high-sensitivity label-free quantitative proteomics analysis revealed nuclear protein 1(NUPR1)as the most significantly upregulated protein in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumour samples derived from OSCC patients with or without lymphatic metastasis.

This is our first report on the high performance 1 mm AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor(heMT)which was developed using home-made AlGaN/GaN epitaxy structures based on SiC ***-organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD)was used to generate the epitaxy *** experiments show that the device has a gate length of 0.8 mm exhibiting drain current density of 1.16 A/mm,transconductance of 241 ms/mm,a gate-drain break-down voltage larger than 80 V,maximum current gain frequency of 20 GHz and maximum power gain frequency of 28 *** addition,the power gain under the continues wave condition is 14.2 dB with a power density of 4.1 W/mm,while under the pulsed wave condition,power gain reaches 14.4 dB with power density at 5.2 W/***,the two-port network impedance characteristics display great potential in microwave application.

针对电液伺服系统位置跟踪控制中存在的输出约束和不确定性问题,提出一种基于正切型时变障碍Lyapunov函数的输出约束自适应滤波控制方法。构造具有时变约束边界的正切型时变障碍Lyapunov函数,通过时变边界函数的参数设置,使系统输出具有较好的瞬态和稳态性能;设计径向基函数(RBF)神经网络及权重自适应学习律,在线逼近由模型不确定性和未知干扰组成的复合干扰,并将逼近值用于反馈控制;采用二阶指令滤波反步法设计状态反馈控制律和误差补偿机制,避免反步设计中“计算爆炸”的问题,同时消除滤波误差,提高系统位置跟踪精度;依据Lyapunov稳定性理论证明闭环系统中所有误差信号的收敛性。仿真结果表明:系统的稳态误差在所提方法下约为3.48×10^(-8)m,相比于其他控制方法,跟踪误差始终约束在时变的约束边界内,跟踪精度和控制性能均得到提升。

: The effects of diffusion bonding temperature and holding time on the joint strength of Ti3Al base alloy has been investigated in this paper. The shear strength of Ti-14Al-21Nb-3Mo-V alloy diffusion bonding joint under pressure of 12 MPa at 990℃ for 70 min was obtained to 797.6 MPa which approaches the base material strength. In addition, a short-time diffosion bonding process was studied in order to decrease the bonding cost. With the deformation of the specimens of 2.5% and the bonding temperature of 990℃ for 15 min, the bonding strength could reach 801 MPa.

光固化制备陶瓷成为近年来快速发展的增材制造技术之一。生物陶瓷材料凭借良好的细胞相容性,在组织工程领域具有广阔前景,然而单一的生物陶瓷材料难以兼顾力学性能与生物相容性,其应用与推广受到极大限制。本文综述了适用于光固化的生物陶瓷材料改性及设计方法,重点讨论了材料改性、表面改性、结构设计以及微结构调控对于骨传导、骨诱导、抗菌、促进血管生成等生物性能及基础力学性能的综合影响,并指出通过改性及调控方法的组合探究多功能的实现及相互影响机理,能够充分实现光固化生物陶瓷的功能,推动其深层次应用。

本文旨在探讨长期游泳运动对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠血清中氨基酸谱的影响.30只大鼠随机分为高脂组、高脂运动组和正常组.高脂组和高脂运动组采用高脂饲料喂养.高脂运动组喂养4周后,进行20周的游泳运动.24周后,对3组大鼠取肝脏作病理分析,取血测定血清中ALT、AST、GLU、Chol、TG、HDL、LDL、CP,并采用HPLC测定血清中氨基酸谱,3组进行对照分析.结果显示,高脂运动组较高脂组肝脏的脂肪变性明显好转,血清中ALT、AST、GLU、Chol、TG、LDL、CP均趋向于正常.高脂运动组血清中天冬氨酸、丝氨酸、丙氨酸、鸟氨酸、酪氨酸、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸较高脂组显著下降,有统计学意义(Pher值(支/芳)明显上升(P<0.05).研究发现,长期耐力运动通过消耗多余的脂肪使非酒精性脂肪肝肝功能明显好转,血清中氨基酸谱的变化提示长期耐力运动在一定程度上能够纠正蛋白质代谢的紊乱.

不同产地续断木通皂甙D含量比较

本文以HPLC法测定药材中Akebia saponon D的含量为指标,分析不同产地继断的质量,结果显示四川的木里及盐源、湖北的五峰及长阳地区产的继断质量优良,其中以四川省盐源地区质量最佳,湖南省石门地区最次。
