Gaussian assumptions of non-Gaussian noises hinder the improvement of state estimation *** this paper,an asymmetric generalized Gaussian distribution(AGGD),as a unified representation of various unimodal distributions,is applied to formulate the non-Gaussian forecasting-aided state estimation *** address the problem,an improved particle filter is proposed,which integrates a near-optimal AGGD proposal function and an AGGD sampling method into the typical particle *** AGGD proposal function can approximate the target distribution of state variables to greatly alleviate particle degeneracy and promote precise estimation,through considering both state transitions and latest *** rapid particle generation from the AGGD proposal function,an efficient inverse cumulative distribution function(CDF)sampling method is employed based on the derived approximation of inverse CDF of *** simulations are carried out on a modified balanced IEEE 123-bus test *** results validate that the proposed method outperforms other popular state estimation methods in terms of accuracy and robustness,whether in Gaussian,non-Gaussian,or abnormal measurement errors.

This paper investigates network partition and edge server placement problem to exploit the benefit of edge computing for distributed state estimation.A constrained many-objective optimization problem is formulated to minimize the cost of edge server deployment,operation,and maintenance,avoid the difference in the partition sizes,reduce the level of coupling between connected partitions,and maximize the inner cohesion of each *** of edge server are constrained against underload and *** efficiently solve the problem,an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm III(NSGA-III)is developed,with a specifically designed directed mutation operator based on topological characteristics of the partitions to accelerate *** study validates that the proposed formulations effectively characterize the practical concerns and reveal their trade-offs,and the improved algorithm outperforms existing representative ones for large-scale networks in converging to a near-optimal *** optimized result contributes significantly to real-time distributed state estimation.

The construction of integrated energy systems can help improve energy efficiency and promote global energy ***,in recent years,the occurrence of extreme natural disasters has brought certain threats to the safe and stable operation of the integrated energy ***,it is necessary to improve the ability of the integrated energy system to resist disasters,reduce disaster losses,and restore energy supply as soon as possible,i.e.,improve its *** the influence of pre-disaster prevention measures and disaster-time operational measures on sys-tem disaster resilience and the correlation between the two,this paper proposes a system hardening strategy based on three-layer robust *** upper layer formulates the optimal hardening strategy of the system before the disaster event occurs,the middle layer identifies the failed elements in the worst disaster situation,while the lower layer realizes the system operational optimization by coordinating the energy storage charging and discharging plan of each *** strategy can reduce the total supply shortage of the integrated energy system and improve the flexibility of the system in the pre-disaster prevention and disaster resistance integration stages.

This paper proposes a new deep learning framework for the location of broken insulators(in particular the self-blast glass insulator)in aerial *** address the broken insulators location problem in a low signal-noise-ratio(SNR)*** deal with two modules:1)object detection based on Faster R-CNN,and 2)classification of pixels based on *** the first time,our paper combines the above two *** combination is motivated as follows:Faster R-CNN is used to improve SNR,while the U-net is used for classification of pixels.A diverse aerial image set measured by a power grid in China is tested to validate the proposed ***,a comparison is made among different methods and the result shows that our approach is accurate in real time.

This study proposes a method for measuring the operational current of high temperature superconducting(HTS)non‐insulation(NI)closed‐loop coils,which operate in the steady persistent‐current‐mode(PCM).HTS NI closed‐loop coils are promising for many easily‐quenching direct‐current(DC)applications,where their performance is determined by magnetomotive forces,total number of turns,and *** the primary interface parameter in an application system,the operational current must be accurately and rapidly ***,this is achieved by dividing the measured magnetic field by the coil ***,even if the influence of the screening current induced field(SCIF)is not considered,existing methods for the coil constant may be disturbed by the performance and location of Hall sensors,or experience a long measuring ***,a relatively accurate and fast method is proposed in this study,which is based on adjusting the output current of the adjustable power supply and monitoring the coil voltage as an *** proposed method was validated through experiments and simulations using an equivalent circuit model coupled with a finite element method(FEM)model,and its current accuracy can be equivalent to the resolution of the employed power *** was demonstrated that this method reduced the requirements for Hall sensor’s performance and location,and has a more reliable accuracy in contrast to the simulation *** to the experimentally conventional method,the proposed method presents a significantly faster *** impact of the SCIF was considered and proven to be negligible for the tested pancake *** for coils whose coil constant vibrates owing to the SCIF,this method can be adapted to directly measure various operational ***,it was demonstrated that the measurement error can be influenced by the current discrepancy among turns when the coil is not in the steady PCM,and a procedure for reducing this error was pr

为适应高温超导电缆商业化运行需求,提出一种考虑不同应用模式下制冷系统和过热保护影响的含高温超导电缆的配电网可靠性评估方法。依据高温超导电缆制冷系统的工作原理、故障特性及过热保护装置的动作逻辑和自动重合规则,对高温超导电缆系统可靠性进行建模分析。考虑了低压联络和配电线路增效2种典型应用模式下高温超导电缆接入对配电网的可靠性影响,采用融入了计及高温超导电缆的新增故障模式的最小割集法求解配电网可靠性指标,实现含高温超导电缆的配电网可靠性评估。以某实际配电网为算例,通过仿真分析了制冷系统故障和过热保护对配电网不同可靠性指标的影响,并与传统的配电网改造方案进行对比,验证了所提方法的有效性。

A floating conductor exhibits a bipolar corona phenomenon with microscopic discharge characteristics that are still *** this study,a plasma simulation model of the bipolar corona with 108 chemical reaction equations is established by combining hydrodynamics and plasma chemical *** evolution characteristics of electrons,positive ions,negative ions and neutral particles,as well as the distribution characteristics of space charges are analyzed,and the evolutionary flow of microscopic particles is *** results indicate that the positive end of the bipolar corona initiates discharge before the negative end,but the plasma chemistry at the negative end is more *** electron generation rate can reach 1240 mol(m^(3) s)^(-1),and the dissipation rate can reach 34 mol(m^(3) s)^(-1).The positive ion swarm is dominated by O_(4)^(+),and the maximum generation rate can reach 440 mol((m^(3) s)^(-1).The negative ion swarm is mainly O_(2) and O_(4).The O_(2) content is approximately 1.5-3 times that of O_(4),and the maximum reaction rate can reach 51 mol(m^(3) s)^(-1).The final destination of neutral particles is an accumulation in the form of O_(3) and NO,and the amount of O3 produced is approximately 4-6 times that of *** positive end of the bipolar corona is dominated by positive space charges,which continue to develop and spread outwards in the form of a pulse *** negative end exhibits a space charge distribution structure of concentrated positive charges and diffused negative *** validity of the microscopic simulation analysis is verified by the macroscopic discharge phenomenon.

制定基于分时电价的需求响应激励策略需要充分掌握居民用户的用电特性。针对此问题,该文建立了基于蒙特卡洛方法的需求响应行为影响因素评估模型,基于此模型分析居民用户用电数据和调查问卷,得到了居民用户需求响应行为的主要影响因素。基于主成分分析和逐步线性回归建立了用电设备负荷曲线提取算法,剥离了与需求响应行为有较强相关性用电设备负荷曲线,提取了居民用户对分时电价机制的响应特性。与测量数据的对比表明,负荷曲线提取算法是准确和有效的。基于负荷曲线提取算法分析分时电价机制下负荷曲线的演变特性,可为峰时电价制定、需求响应等提供有效的数据支撑。

为了解决传统的断路器离线检修方法不能准确了解其在工频电压下的工作状态的问题,在分析了解断路器操作机构原理的基础上,利用交流钳式TA测试其分、合闸时间;利用电压探头测试其动作过程中直流电源电压波形;利用直流TA测试其直流控制回路电流波形;用纵向比较法、横向比较法、标准图谱法分析直流回路电流图谱。分析表明不同的故障类型有它典型的故障图谱,比较所测故障图谱和标准图谱可较早发现断路器机构故障。某变电站应用此法实现了快速锁定故障目标,说明提出的断路器状态在线分析技术能够测试其开合闸时间和较好反映其运行状态。
