The practical application of energetic materials, particularly 2.4,6,8,10,12.hexanitro-2.4,6,8,10,12.hexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-2.), is frequently impeded by phase transition challenges. In this study, we propose a novel strategy to enhance the stability of CL-2. by employing a thermo-sensitive polymer,poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM), to modulate its phase transitions. Our approach involves the use of an in-situ polymerized polydopamine(PDA) shell as a platform for surface grafting through atom transfer radical polymerization, yielding a core-shell structured CL-2.@PDA-PNIPAM. Through comprehensive characterization, the successful grafting of PNIPAM is confirmed, significantly enhanced the phase stability of CL-2.. Notably, our core-shell structure exhibits a 13℃ increase in phase transition temperature compared to raw CL-2., thereby delaying the ε→a phase transition by over 80 min under combined thermal and solvent conditions. The enhanced stability is attributed to the hydrophobic nature of PNIPAM above its low critical solution temperature in water, which effectively shields the CL-2. crystal. These findings provide new insights into enhancing the stability and safety of energetic materials in complex environments, highlighting the potential of our molecular switch mechanism.

Thermally chargeable supercapacitors can collect low-grade heat generated by the human body and convert it into electricity as a power supply unit for wearable ***,the low Seebeck coefficient and heat-to-electricity conversion efficiency hinder further *** this paper,we designed a high-performance thermally chargeable supercapacitor device composed of ZnMn_(2.O_(4)@Ti_(3)C_(2.T_(x)MXene composites(ZMO@Ti_(3)C_(2.T_(x)MXene)electrode and UIO-66 metal–organic framework doped multichannel polyvinylidene fluoridehexafluoro-propylene ionogel electrolyte,which realized the thermoelectric conversion and electrical energy storage at the same *** thermally chargeable supercapacitor device exhibited a high Seebeck coefficient of 55.4 mV K^(−1),thermal voltage of 2.3 mV,and outstanding heat-to-electricity conversion efficiency of up to 6.48%at the temperature difference of 4.4 *** addition,this device showed excellent charge–discharge cycling stability at high-temperature differences(3 K)and low-temperature differences(1 K),*** two thermally chargeable supercapacitor units in series,the generated output voltage of 500 mV further confirmed the stability of *** a single device was worn on the arm,a thermal voltage of 2.8.3 mV was obtained indicating the possibility of application in wearable electronics.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the pharmacodynamic effects and potential mechanisms of Shuangling extract against ulcerative colitis(UC). METHODS: The bioinformatics method was used to predict the active ingredients and action targets of Shuangling extract against UC in mice. And the biological experiments such as serum biochemical indexes and histopathological staining were used to verify the pharmacological effect and mechanism of Shuangling extract against UC in mice. RESULTS: The Shuangling extract reduced the levels of seruminterleukin-1β(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-N), interleukin-6(IL-6) and other inflammatory factors in UC mice and inhibited the inflammatory response. AKT Serine/threonine Kinase 1 and IL-6 may be the main targets of the anti-UC action of Shuangling extract, and the TNF signaling pathway, Forkhead box O signaling pathway and T-cell receptor signaling pathway may be the main signaling pathways. CONCLUSION: The Shuangling extract could inhibit the inflammatory response induced by UC and regulate intestinal immune function through multiple targets and multiple channels, which provided a new option and theoretical basis for anti-UC.

Computer-generated aesthetic patterns arewidely used as design materials in various fields. Themost common methods use fractals or dynamicalsystems as basic tools to create various patterns. Toenhance aesthetics and controllability, some researchershave introduced symmetric layouts along with thesetools. One popular strategy employs dynamical systemscompatible with symmetries that construct functionswith the desired symmetries. However, these aretypically confined to simple planar symmetries. Theother generates symmetrical patterns under theconstraints of tilings. Although it is slightly moreﬂexible, it is restricted to small ranges of tilingsand lacks textural variations. Thus, we proposed anew approach for generating aesthetic patterns bysymmetrizing quasi-regular patterns using general kuniformtilings. We adopted a unified strategy toconstruct invariant mappings for k-uniform tilings thatcan eliminate texture seams across the tiling ***, we constructed three types of symmetriesassociated with the patterns: dihedral, rotational, andreﬂection symmetries. The proposed method can beeasily implemented using GPU shaders and is highlyefficient and suitable for complicated tiling with regularpolygons. Experiments demonstrated the advantages of our method over state-of-the-art methods in terms ofﬂexibility in controlling the generation of patterns withvarious parameters as well as the diversity of texturesand styles.

The Effects of Mindfulness-Based Interventions on Symptoms of Mild Traumatic Brain Injury:A Systematic Review

Mindfulness-based interventions(MBIs)are emerging non-pharmacological treatments for mild traumatic brain injury(mTBI).In this systematic review,the authors aimed to evaluate the potential efficacy of MBIs to provide recommendations for treating patients with *** searched of the English literature on MBIs for patients with mTBI as of 01 September,2.2.,using the PubMed,Web of Science,PsycINFO,and Scopus *** author performed data extraction and quality scoring of the included literature according to the proposed protocol,and another conducted the *** review was not registered.A total of 11 studies met the final inclusion criteria,5 of which involved military personnel(veterans).MBIs covered in this review include goal-oriented attention self-regulation(GOALS),mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR),acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT),and so *** shows that MBSR mainly reduces mental fatigue symptoms in mTBI patients,and GOALS tend to improve their cognitive *** effect of MBIs on psychological symptoms needs further *** studies,such as mindfulness-based group therapy and intervention studies targeting mTBI military personnel,are relatively *** have specific effects on mental fatigue and cognitive dysfunction in patients with ***,the effect on psychological distress and the sustained effectiveness across all symptoms still need further *** the particularity of military personnel suffering from mTBI,researchers need to do more intervention studies targeting mTBI military ***,the design of future MBIs trials for mTBI patients’needs to take into account all the factors,such as different populations and severity of traumatic brain injury,to verify the effectiveness of MBIs in alleviating mTBI symptoms and explore the mechanism of intervention.

A Well Productivity Model for Multi-Layered Marine and Continental Transitional Reservoirs with Complex Fracture Networks

Using the typical characteristics of multi-layered marine and continental transitional gas reservoirs as a basis,a model is developed to predict the related well production *** model relies on the fractal theory of tortuous capillary bundles and can take into account multiple gas flow mechanisms at the micrometer and nanometer scales,as well as the flow characteristics in different types of thin layers(tight sandstone gas,shale gas,and coalbed gas).Moreover,a source-sink function concept and a pressure drop superposition principle are utilized to introduce a coupled flow model in the reservoir.A semi-analytical solution for the production rate is obtained using a matrix iteration method.A specific well is selected for fitting dynamic production data,and the calculation results show that the tight sandstone has the highest gas production per unit thickness compared with the other types of ***,desorption and diffusion of coalbed gas and shale gas can significantly contribute to gas production,and the daily production of these two gases decreases rapidly with decreasing reservoir ***,the gas production from fractures exhibits an approximately U-shaped distribution,indicating the need to optimize the spacing between clusters during hydraulic fracturing to reduce the area of overlapping fracture *** coal matrix water saturation significantly affects the coalbed gas production,with higher water saturation leading to lower production.
