In this study,we investigate the effect of rail vibrations on the lubrication and efficiency of a splash-lubricated gearbox;specifically,the gearbox of a rail-transit vehicle.A high-fidelity 3D numerical model of the gearbox in a moving reference system is described,as well as computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations of the gearbox with different vibration *** effects of rotational speed,oil-immersion depth,and different oil-injection volume rates on lubrication and efficiency are *** propose a method of evaluating the internal lubrication condition of a splash-lubricated gearbox and quantitatively compare the effects of different operating parameters on lubrication and ***,our experiment to verify the feasibility of the simulation method is *** results show that with vibration,the churning loss and oil supply for the bearings are significantly higher than those under static *** addition,among different vibrational directions,lateral vibration has the greatest influence on the lubrication condition and efficiency of the *** the studied railway-vehicle gearbox,the best lubrication condition is achieved at a rotational speed of 1600 r/min and an oil-immersion depth of two times the tooth height(***).Rotational speed is the operating parameter that has the most significant effect on the lubrication and efficiencyofthegearbox.

Indoor positioning is a key technology in today’s intelligent environments,and it plays a crucial role in many application *** paper proposed an unscented Kalman filter(UKF)based on the maximum correntropy criterion(MCC)instead of the minimummean square error criterion(MMSE).This innovative approach is applied to the loose coupling of the Inertial Navigation System(INS)and Ultra-Wideband(UWB).By introducing the maximum correntropy criterion,the MCCUKF algorithm dynamically adjusts the covariance matrices of the system noise and the measurement noise,thus enhancing its adaptability to diverse environmental localization *** in the presence of non-Gaussian noise,especially heavy-tailed noise,the MCCUKF exhibits superior accuracy and robustness compared to the traditional *** method initially generates an estimate of the predicted state and covariance matrix through the unscented transform(UT)and then recharacterizes the measurement information using a nonlinear regression method at the cost of ***,the state and covariance matrices of the filter are updated by employing the unscented transformation on the measurement ***,to mitigate the influence of non-line-of-sight(NLOS)errors positioning accuracy,this paper proposes a k-medoid clustering algorithm based on bisection k-means(Bikmeans).This algorithm preprocesses the UWB distance measurements to yield a more precise position *** results demonstrate that MCCUKF is robust to the uncertainty of UWB and realizes stable integration of INS and UWB systems.

In near-field communication(NFC)antennas,soft magnetic ferrites are usually applied as a substrate to reduce eddy current loss and increase magnetic field *** this purpose,the applied ferrites are required to have high permeability and saturation magnetization together with low magnetic loss and dielectric ***,for most soft magnetic ferrites,it is difficult to meet all the *** novel Ni-Zn ferrite ceramics co-doped by Ho^(3+)and Co^(2.)ions with chemical formula Ni_(0.5-x)Zn_(0.5)Ho_(0.02.Co_(x)Fe_(1.98)O_(4)(x=0-0.2.were designed and prepared to balance these needs on the basis of molten salt synthesis with metal nitrates as raw materials and potassium hydroxide(KOH)as the precipitation agent and molten salt *** the substitution of Ho^(3+),the saturation magnetization and initial permeability decrease,but with further doping of Co^(2.),the saturation magnetization gradually increases,while the initial permeability continues to *** x=0.1,the sample will have the lowest dielectric constant,magnetic and dielectric loss,as well as the highest Curie temperature(305℃).Moreover,the acquired Ni-Zn ferrites have been applied simulatively in NFC antennas,revealing that the device manufactured with the optimal Ni_(0.4)Zn_(0.5)Ho_(0.02.Co_(0.1)Fe_(1.98)O_(4)ferrite ceramics would have significantly improved performance at 13.56 MHz with low leakage and long transmit distance of magnetic ***,the Ni_(0.4)Zn_(0.5)Ho_(0.02.Co_(0.1)Fe_(1.98)O_(4)ferrite ceramics would be a good candidate for NFC antenna substrates.

A new robust bio-inspired route by using lysozyme aqueous solution for surface modification on 1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocane(HMX)was described in this *** crystals were coated by in situ phase transition of lysozyme(PTL)*** HMX decorated by PTL was characterized by SEM,XRD,FTIR and XPS,demonstrating a dense core-shell coating *** coverage of lysozyme on HMX crystal was calculated by the ratio of sulfur *** surface coverage increased from 60.5% to 93.5% when the content of PTL was changed from 0.5 wt% to 2.0 wt%,indicating efficient *** thermal stability of HMX was investigated by in situ XRD and *** thermal phase transition temperature of HMX(β to δ phase)was delayed by 42. with 2.0 wt% PTL coating,which prevented HMX from thermal damage and sensitivity by the effect of PTL *** heating at 2.5℃,large cracks appeared in the naked HMX crystal,while the PTL coated HMX still maintained intact,with the impact energy of HMX dropped dramatically from 5 J to 2.***,the impact energy of HMX with 1.0 wt% and 2.0 wt% coating content(HMX@PTL-1.0 and HMX@PTL-2.0)was unchanged(5 J).Present results potentially enable large-scale fabrication of polymorphic energetic materials with outstanding thermal stability by novel lysozyme coating.
