The monoaminotrinitro iron phthalocyanine(FemaTNPc)is used to connect with isonicotinic acid(INA)for amide bonding and axial coordination to synthetic a unique catalyst FemaTNPc-INA,which is loaded in polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofibers by electrospinning.The introduction of INA destroys theπ-πconjugated stack structure in phthalocyanine molecules and exposes more active sites.The FemaTNPc-INA structure is characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV-visible absorption spectrum,and the FemaTNPcINA/PAN structure is characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.The FemaTNPc-INA/PAN can effectively activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)to eliminate carbamazepine(CBZ)within 40 minutes(PMS 1.5 mmol/L)in the dark.The effects of catalyst dosage,PMS concentration,pH and inorganic anion on the degradation of CBZ are investigated.It has been confirmed by electron paramagnetic resonance,gas chromatography–mass spectroscopy and free radical capture experiments that the catalytic system is degraded by·OH,SO4^(·-)and Fe(IV)=O are the major active species,the singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))is the secondary active species.The degradation process of CBZ is analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and the aromatic compounds have been degraded to small molecular acids.

Bridged polycyclic lactams are important structural units in organic functional materials,natural products,and pharmaceuticals.A flexible and efficient anion cascade reaction was developed for the preparation of bridged polycyclic lactams from readily available malonamides and 1,4‑dien-3-ones.Various highly substituted bridged polycyclic lactams were synthesized in good to excellent yields by tandem nucleophilic sequences in the presence of t BuOK in commercially available EtOH solvent at 60℃.Notably,the simple reactions can be run on a gram scale.Mechanistically,bis-Michael addition reaction and hemiaminalization reactions are involved in the tandem transformation.

Exploration of Waterproofness of Concrete and Alkali-Aggregate Using Hydrophobic Impregnation and Coating

Part of the tunnel spoil can not be used for concrete due to alkali aggregate reaction(AAR).Water is an indis-pensable condition for AAR,so separating the alkali-aggregate from water is of great benefit to controlling the AAR.This paper investigates the modification of concrete and aggregate by hydrophobic impregnation and organic coating and then evaluates their waterproof and me chanical properties by dynamic contact angle(DCA),ultrasonic wave velocity,scanning electron microscope(SEM),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),and so on.For waterproofness,hydrophobic impregnation and organic coating can both improve the waterproof-ness of concrete and aggregate.The organic coating is suitable for aggregate because it wrap aggregate well.And aggregate coated by PVA can improve the interfacial transition zone(ITZ).For mechanical properties,both mate-rials will weaken the strength of the interface.Furthermore,concrete made by aggregate with organic coating shows plastic deformation and has a good correlation with the film thickness,a plastic estimation model based on flm thickness is proposed.This paper evaluates the waterproof of concrete and aggregate and finds plastic con-crete with good aggregate waterproofness which provides a new idea for the application of alkali aggregate in see-page control facilities of water conservancy projects.

Stability of liposomes plays a crucial role in drug delivery,especially in oral aspect.The structural modification of liposomes has been the orientation of efforts to improve their stability and enable the controllability of payload release.This study reported a selenylation strategy to optimize the liposomal structure in an attempt to enhance the nanocarrier’s stability,hence the bioavailability of emodin(EM),an active compound with poor water-solubility.EM-loaded selenized liposomes(EM-Se@LPs)were prepared by thin film dispersion followed by in situ reduction technique.The results showed that EM-Se@LPs were provided with enhancive gastrointestinal stability and exhibited sustained release of drug compared with EM-loaded liposomes(EM-LPs).However,the modified liposomes with Se depositing onto the interior and exterior bilayers did not substantially facilitate absorption of EM.The reinforced structure of liposomes irrelevant to absorption was affirmed to be due to good stability and absorbability of EM itself.Nevertheless,the present work provides an alternative option for stabilization of liposomes instead of conventional methods,which may be promising for oral delivery of physiologically unstable and/or poorly absorbed drugs and systemic drug delivery.

数据资产证券化探索的法律困境与解决路径

数据已成为推动经济发展的核心驱动力,盘活数据资产价值、促进数据资产运用是当前推进数据要素市场化配置、全面建设数字中国的主要目标。由于数据价值实现进程中受到资金与技术投入的制约,数据潜能释放面临瓶颈。在此背景下,数据资产证券化作为数据资产与证券融资结合的创新业态,能够为企业激活数据资产价值拓展融资渠道、降低融资成本,所以,一经提出便备受关注并持续传递新动向。目前,这一证券新模式正处于初步探索阶段,有必要基于数据资源化到数据资产化再至数据资本化的三重价值演进形态,释明其价值实现的内在理路,即是历经初始生成数据资源到加工获取数据资产再到实现数据资产证券化的动态实践,体现了数据要素价值增值的“变现”之路。在此动态进程中,数据要素的独特属性使得数据资产证券化区别于传统资产证券化,呈现出与新兴科技尤其是区块链技术的深度联系,其技术原生特性有助于促进证券全流程的数字化重塑。通过检视当前“数据+资本”双要素耦合的证券新模式发展现状,发现数据资产证券化探索存在产权规范不明、交易机制缺失、监督管理失配等诸多问题,成为激活数据资产价值的掣肘因素。鉴于此,立足兼顾金融创新与风险防控的二元目标,应从法律与技术协同作用的双维视角进行路径设计,对破解当前数据资产证券化实践的现实困局予以合理化规制,即以健全产权制度、交易规范与监管规则的方式加强法律制度供给,优化数据资产证券化探索的制度环境;以推动技术运用、完善技术规范的方式增强区块链技术支持,提升数据资产证券化探索的实践效能;以目标共识、规则衔接与利益协调的协同作用机制,促进法律供给与技术赋能整体效应的发挥,从而为释放数据资产价值潜能、推进数据资产证券化工作提供有益参考。

中医药传统知识专门保护制度构建研究

中医药传统知识是中医药的核心内容,兼具卫生、经济、科技、文化、生态五重资源价值。目前中医药传统知识面临国外不当占有、盗用,国内传承、保护不力的双重困局,现行法律制度无法实现全面、系统保护,建立专门保护制度已成为必然选择。专门保护制度需要解决四个核心问题:对外防御侵占和不当占有,对内保护持有人权利并规范知识的获取与利用,化解持有人利益与社会公共利益之间的矛盾,处理与现行法律制度的衔接。在此基础上,提出构建中医药传统知识专门保护制度的四个机制,即阻却外国不当专利申请的防御机制、持有人权利保护机制、持有人利益与社会公共利益平衡机制、与现行法律制度的衔接机制,以更好促进中医药传统知识的保护、传承、创新、发展。

Patients with advanced gastric cancer typically face a grim prognosis.This phase 1a(dose escalation)and phase 1b(dose expansion)study investigated safety and efficacy of first-line camrelizumab plus apatinib and chemotherapyfor advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.The primary endpoints included maximum tolerated dose(MTD)in phase 1a and objective response rate(ORR)across phase 1a and 1b.Phase 1a tested three dose regimens of camrelizumab,apatinib,oxaliplatin,and S-1.Dose regimen 1:camrelizumab 200 mg on day 1,apatinib 250 mg every other day,oxaliplatin 100 mg/m^(2) on day 1,and S-140 mg twice a day on days 1-14.Dose regimen 2:same as dose regimen 1,but oxaliplatin 130mg/m.Dose regimen3:same as dose regimen 2,but apatinib 250 mg daily.Thirty-four patients were included(9 in phase 1a,25 in phase 1b).No dose-limiting toxicities occurred so no MTD was identified.Dose 3 was set for the recommended phase 2 doses and administered in phase 1b.The confrmed ORR was 76.5%(95%CI 58.8-89.3).The median progression-free survival was 8.4 months(95%CI 5.9-not evaluable[NE]),and the median overall survival(OS)was not mature(11.6-NE).Ten patients underwent surgery after treatment and the multidisciplinary team evaluation.Among 24 patients without surgery,the median OS was 19.6 months(7.8-NE).Eighteen patients(52.9%)developed grade≥3 treatment-emergent adverse events.Camrelizumab plus apatinib and chemotherapy showed favorable clinical outcomes and manageable safety for untreated advanced gastric cancer(ChiCTR2000034109).

面对隧道支护参数设计与实际地质条件匹配度较低的“通病”,智能支护理念呼声日趋增高,但实际研究与实施较少,建立智能支护决策方法对解决此问题具有重要意义。综合考量支护参数多样性与智能算法的适应性,通过改进随机森林算法与粒子群优化算法,提出一种适配多标签多输出数据类型的IPSO-MOC-RF智能决策算法。以勘察设计阶段、施工阶段及岩爆灾害为研究场景,建立支护参数分类指标体系;结合工程成功案例分别收集285,480和543份数据样本用于训练模型,MR值分别为0.886,0.917和0.897,汉明损失值为0.046~0.091;训练效果相比传统算法有明显提升,验证了该模型能有效提取地质指标与支护参数之间的复杂非线性映射特性。此外,通过Cesium平台集成BIM模型和智能决策模型建立隧道智能支护云平台,并应用于峨汉高速大峡谷隧道;采用统计对比分析、理论分析与现场连续监测的方法验证智能决策结果的有效性。结果表明:勘察设计阶段的7个样本中仅有1个结果失效;施工阶段的47个断面中仅有3个结果失效,选用的3个试验段全部成功,拱顶最大位移变形量为36.4 mm,边墙为25.8 mm;岩爆灾害的3个试验段均成功应用。模型应用效果显著,验证了该方法工程实际应用的可行性,可为隧道智能化建造的研究提供一种新思路。

分区内排露天煤矿压帮留沟模式及参数优化

大型露天煤田安全高效集约化开发是露天煤炭开发的发展趋势,以分区开采为主要开发模式的大型露天煤田具有安全高效、回采率高、投资回收期短的显著优势,同时可以利用开采形成的采空区回填剥离物料形成内排土场,并降低剥离物料对土地的压占及破坏。针对大型露天煤矿分区开采衍生出相邻采区间二次剥离量大的问题,在考虑压帮内排留沟模式影响基础上,结合外排空间受限条件,以内排加高分析不同压帮留沟模式对剥采与运输系统的影响,建立全压帮及半压帮内排总费用模型,并对半压帮倒三角和倒梯形留沟模式进行对比分析。基于费用补偿法,以全压帮内排为参照,在剥离物料不外排的条件下,综合考虑内排容量,构建压帮内排倒三角留沟模式与倒梯形留沟模式的留沟高度优化模型以及内排搭桥移设步距优化模型。对山西河曲露天煤矿首采区与二采区间留沟高度及运输系统进行综合优化。结果表明:半压帮内排经济效益显著,压帮内排倒三角留沟总费用随着留沟高度的增加先增大后减小,总经济效益先减小后增大,最佳留沟高度为110 m,内排搭桥最佳移设步距为104 m,相对全压帮内排节约10080万元;压帮内排倒梯形留沟总费用随着留沟深度的增加先减小后增大,总收益先增大后减小,最佳留沟高度为67 m,内排搭桥最佳移设步距为264 m,相对全压帮内排节约24540万元。留沟面积相等的条件下,倒三角留沟模式留沟深度较大,对单侧剥离物料运输系统影响较大,内排土场工作线长度较长,一般适用于内排空间紧张的露天煤矿;倒梯形留沟模式留沟深度较小,内排容量受到一定限制,一般适用于内排空间较大的露天煤矿。

Joint Optimization of Satisfaction Index and Spectrum Efficiency with Cache Restricted for Resource Allocation in Multi-Beam Satellite Systems

Dynamic resource allocation(DRA) is a key technology to improve system performances in GEO multi-beam satellite systems. And, since the cache resource on the satellite is very valuable and limited, DRA problem under restricted cache resources is also an important issue to be studied. This paper mainly investigates the DRA problem of carrier resources under certain cache constraints. What's more, with the aim to satisfy all users' traffic demands as more as possible, and to maximize the utilization of the bandwidth, we formulate a multi-objective optimization problem(MOP) where the satisfaction index and the spectrum efficiency are jointly optimized. A modified strategy SA-NSGAII which combines simulated annealing(SA) and non-dominated sorted genetic algorithm-II(NSGAII) is proposed to approximate the Pareto solution to this MOP problem. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of satisfaction index, spectrum efficiency, occupied cache, and etc.
