Near-infrared light-driven Janus capsule motors： Fabrication, propulsion, and simulation

We report a fuel-free, near-infrared （NIR）-driven Janus microcapsule motor. The Janus microcapsule motors were fabricated by template-assisted polyelectrolyte layer-by-layer assembly, followed by spraying of a gold layer on one side. The NIR-powered Janus motors achieved high propulsion with a maximum speed of 42μm.s-1 in water. The propulsion mechanism of the Janus motor was attributed to the self-thermophoresis effect： The asymmetric distribution of the gold layer generated a local thermal gradient, which in turn generated thermophoretic force to propel the Janus motor. Such NIR-propelled Janus capsule motors can move efficiently in cell culture medium and have no obvious effects on the cell at the power of the NIR laser, indicating considerable promise for future biomedical applications.

设计了一种基于多边形SMA驱动器的模块化欠驱动5指仿生手,整体质量260 g,每根手并通过内部的滑轮结构将驱动位移提高了1倍。建立了驱动电流与输出位移以及温度与驱动电压的数学模型,解决了驱动位移小、温度反馈控制实时性差的问题。实验结果表明,新型多边形SMA驱动器具有体积小、质量轻、驱动位移大的优点,通过电流和温度的双重反馈控制算法,实现了对输出位移的控制并提升了SMA驱动器在不同环境温度下的响应速度;抓取实验验证了仿生手的抓取能力。研究结果为推进SMA仿生手的应用提供了一种思路。

2003年广州乙烯装置在进行200 kt/a扩能改造期间,将汽油分馏塔由波纹筛板改为4段填料,改造后汽油分馏塔操作平稳,达到设计要求。2005年5月1日,由于装置停电,该塔发生堵塞,通过工艺调整,优化操作,筛选添加新型药剂和流程改造,延长塔运行周期,保证了高负荷生产。2006年底在装置大修中对该塔进行了第二次改造,塔堵塞问题基本得到解决,但仍存在塔顶温度偏高的问题。

Protective Effect of Shenlingbaizhu Powder on Peroxidation Injury and Inflammatory Response in Mice with Pneumonia

[Objectives]The study aims to explore the protective effect of Shenlingbaizhu powder on peroxidation injury and inflammatory response in mice with pneumonia.[Methods]60 NIH mice were randomly divided into the blank group,model group,control group,large dose group,medium dose group and small dose group of Shenlingbaizhu *** mice in the control group were given cefixime granules,while the mice in each group of Shenlingbaizhu powder were given corresponding concentrations of Shenlingbaizhu powder water decoction by *** 7 d,the content of MAD,SOD and CRP in the mice were detected by ELISA,while the content of NO was detected by fluorescence,and lung index was also detected.[Results]The medium dose and large dose of Shenlingbaizhu powder can effectively reduce the concentration of MAD and improve the level of SOD in mice with *** effect of the large dose of Shenlingbaizhu powder is more obvious than that of the control ***,the large dose of Shenlingbaizhu powder can effectively reduce the level of NO in mice with *** addition,the medium dose and large dose of Shenlingbaizhu powder can reduce the lung index and CRP level of mice with pneumonia,and the results are statistically significant.[Conclusions]The medium dose and large dose of Shenlingbaizhu powder can effectively reduce the concentration of MAD and improve the level of SOD in mice with *** effect of the large dose of Shenlingbaizhu powder is more obvious than that of the control ***,the large dose of Shenlingbaizhu powder can effectively reduce the level of NO in mice with *** addition,the medium dose and large dose of Shenlingbaizhu powder can reduce the lung index and CRP level of mice with pneumonia,and the results are statistically significant.

[Objectives]To explore the effect of Shenling Baizhu San combined with routine treatment on the clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function protection,inflammatory response and immune function of children with bacterial pneumonia.[Methods]From July 2017 to January 2018,80 children with bacterial pneumonia were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each *** control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu San on the basis of conventional treatment,with a period of 10 ***,we compared the clinical efficacy,incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms,WBC,CRP,CD4+and CD8+levels between the two groups.[Results]The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC and CRP in the two groups decreased,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of CD4+in both groups increased significantly,while the level of CD8+decreased significantly,and the level of CD4+in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after *** incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).[Conclusions]Shenling Baizhu San can obviously improve the clinical effect of bacterial pneumonia in children and has the protective effect of gastrointestinal tract,and its mechanism may be related to its anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.

以某乙烯装置USC-28型加氢尾油裂解炉为对象,根据反应动力学、物料衡算、热量守恒和动量守恒等对裂解炉的蒸汽-空气烧焦过程进行了模拟,得到了温度、压力、物料浓度和焦炭厚度随时间和空间变化的动态烧焦模型;采用隐式差分Wendroff格式进行数值计算,并通过工业中试装置对模型进行了验证。验证结果表明,裂解炉出口处CO_2含量的模拟值与实际值的变化趋势基本相同,证明了模型的可靠性。通过对模型的分析,得到烧焦过程的影响因素为空气流量、裂解炉出口处管壁温度和烧焦时间,并提出了改进烧焦工艺的方法。该模型为实际烧焦过程的操作提供了参考,并为后续先进烧焦技术的开发提供了基础。

The Peer-to-Peer(P2P)network traffic identification technology includes Transport Layer Identification(TLI)and Deep Packet Inspection(DPI)*** analyzing packets of the transport layer and the traffic characteristic in the P2P system,TLI can identify whether or not the network data flow belongs to the P2P *** DPI method adopts protocol analysis technology and reverting *** picks up data from the P2P application layer and analyzes the characteristics of the payload to judge if the network traffic belongs to P2P *** to its accuracy,robustness and classifying ability,DPI is the main method used to identify P2P *** the advantages of TLI and DPI,a precise and efficient technology for P2P network traffic identification can be designed.
