Soil microorganisms play critical roles in ecosystem ***,the relative impact of the potassium(K)fertilizer gradient on the microbial community in wheat-maize double-cropping systems remains *** this long-term field experiment(2008-2019),we researched bacterial and fungal diversity,composition,and community assemblage in the soil along a K fertilizer gradient in the wheat season(K0,no K fertilizer;K1,45 kg ha^(-1) K_(2)O;K_(2),90 kg ha^(-1)K_(2)O;K3,135 kg ha^(-1)K_(2)O)and in the maize season(K0,no K fertilizer;K_(1),150 kg ha^(-1) K_(2)O;K_(2),300 kg ha^(-1)K_(2)O;K_(3),450 kg ha^(-1)K_(2)O)using bacterial 16S rRNA and fungal internally transcribed spacer(ITS)*** observed that environmental variables,such as mean annual soil temperature(MAT)and precipitation,available K,ammonium,nitrate,and organic matter,impacted the soil bacterial and fungal communities,and their impacts varied with fertilizer treatments and crop ***,the relative abundance of bacteria involved in soil nutrient transformation(phylum Actinobacteria and class Alphaproteobacteria)in the wheat season was significantly increased compared to the maize season,and the optimal K fertilizer dosage(K2 treatment)boosted the relative bacterial abundance of soil nutrient transformation(genus Lactobacillus)and soil denitrification(phylum Proteobacteria)bacteria in the wheat *** abundance of the soil bacterial community promoting root growth and nutrient absorption(genus Herbaspirillum)in the maize season was improved compared to the wheat season,and the K2 treatment enhanced the bacterial abundance of soil nutrient transformation(genus MND1)and soil nitrogen cycling(genus Nitrospira)genera in the maize *** results indicated that the bacterial and fungal communities in the double-cropping system exhibited variable sensitivities and assembly mechanisms along a K fertilizer gradient,and microhabitats explained the largest amount of the variation in crop yields,a

[Objectives]The extraction conditions of formula oolong tea were investigated by an orthogonal experiment.[Methods]The technical conditions were optimized by the 4C method,and the application of formula oolong tea extract in cigarettes was studied.[Results]①In the experimental range,the best sensory evaluation effect of formula oolong tea extract was obtained with extraction conditions of 70%ethanol as extraction solvent,extraction time h,extraction temperature 25℃,and ultrasonic frequency 80 kHz,and follow-up low-temperature concentration,low-temperature sedimentation and low-temperature centrifugation.②The effects of different centrifugal speeds on the quality of formula oolong tea extract were *** formula oolong tea extract obtained under the conditions of 3000 r/min and centrifugal time of 10 min showed the best evaluation effect with soft and delicate smoke,rich smoke fragrance,good comfort and refreshing mouthfeel.③The effective aroma components in the formula oolong tea extract were qualitatively analyzed by GC-MS.[Conclusions]This study provides high-quality raw materials and a theoretical basis for the research of independent flavor blending in cigarette industry enterprises.

近年来,遥感技术和遥感设备已被普遍应用于农业资源与土壤环境综合监测中,且在农业生产、环境保护和自然资源管理等几个方面成效卓著。但是,土壤问题依然影响着人类的生态文明建设,制约着人类健康和发展的稳定性。随着国内外对土壤问题研究和调查的不断深入,针对性提出的一系列解决方案和政策措施在一定程度上改善了土壤环境问题,但也暴露出监测技术不足、监测方法亟待改进等很多新问题。本文综述了遥感监测技术在农业生产、环境保护和自然资源管理三个方面的应用现状,重点对遥感监测手段、遥感技术在土壤监测方面的应用进行了较全面的阐述,对现有工作中存在的问题进行总结,并对今后的发展方向做出展望。

目的探讨院内发生的大血管闭塞性卒中行血管内治疗患者的临床特征、发病机制、血管内治疗及预后,为制订院内大血管闭塞性卒中预防策略提供参考信息。方法回顾性分析2020年7月—2023年7月因非缺血性卒中原因在徐州市中心医院住院期间发生大血管闭塞性卒中的45例患者(院内组)的临床资料。选择同期通过急诊绿色通道入院的大血管闭塞性卒中患者100例作为对照(院外组)。收集两组患者的基线资料、实验室指标以及血管内治疗相关资料,比较两组人口学信息、危险因素、发病机制及治疗结局。采用多因素logistic回归分析院内发生大血管闭塞性卒中对患者预后的影响。结果院内组大血管闭塞性卒中患者的首诊住院科室主要有脑外科(10/45,22.2%)、心脏外科(9/45,20.0%)、血甲疝外科(9/45,20.0%)及胸外科(5/45,11.1%)等,23例(51.1%)与外科手术有关。两组患者性别、年龄、烟酒史比例、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、冠心病、心脏瓣膜病、心功能不全及既往卒中病史差异无统计学意义。与院外组患者相比,院内组患者合并心房颤动(53.3%vs.19.0%,P<0.001)、恶性肿瘤(15.6%vs.1.0%,P=0.002)、其他动脉栓塞(15.6%vs.1.0%,P=0.002)以及围手术期(51.1%vs.1.0%,P<0.001)的比例更高,发病时NIHSS评分更高[21.0(14.5~35.0)分vs.18.0(13.5~24.5)分,P=0.019]。院内组的白细胞计数(U=1385.000,P<0.001)、D-二聚体(U=654.500,P<0.001)及IL-6(U=1376.000,P<0.001)水平高于院外组,血红蛋白(U=1758.000,P=0.035)、收缩压(t=-2.766,P=0.006)和舒张压(U=1317.500,P<0.001)水平低于院外组,差异均有统计学意义。院内组与院外组卒中在前后循环的分布上差异无统计学意义,院内组大动脉粥样硬化性、心源性、其他原因大血管闭塞性卒中患者分别有7例(15.6%)、22例(48.9%)、16例(35.6%),院外组分别有63例(63.0%)、26例(26.0%)、11例(11.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.432,P<0.001)。两组行血管内治疗前缺血区与梗死区的体积比以及术后TICI血流分级、出血转化/造影剂渗出及死亡患者比例差异无统计学意义。与院外组比较,院内组发病到血管内治疗时间及再通时间更短,术中使用补救措施更少(P<0.05)。在校正了发病时NIHSS评分、心房颤动、心脏瓣膜病、缺血区与梗死区的体积比后,院内卒中与大血管闭塞性卒中血管内治疗患者的良好预后结局仍呈负相关(OR 0.213,95%CI0.063~0.711,P=0.012)。结论院内外发生大血管闭塞性卒中行血管内治疗的患者有着不同的临床特征、发病机制及治疗结局。院内大血管闭塞性卒中患者的神经系统损伤症状较严重,合并基础疾病较多,病因机制复杂,易预后不良。严格把握手术适应证、预防及控制感染、积极干预危险因素可能会减少院内大血管闭塞性卒中的发生。

Effect of dispersion and distribution of tungsten on W/HZSM-5 for selective catalytic reduction of NO by acetylene

Catalytic performance of W/HZSM-5 in selective catalytic reduction of NO by acetylene was investigated in a reaction system with 1600 ppm of NO, 800 ppm of C2H2, and 9.95% of O2 in He. It was found that promotional effect of tungsten on the reaction is strongly affected by catalyst preparation conditions and Si/Al ratio of the parent zeolite. A better dispersion of tungsten on HZSM-5 and relatively more monomeric tungsten species were found on 8%W/HZSM-5 prepared by impregnation of the zeolite with lower SiO2/A1203 ratio （25） in ammonic ammonium tungstate solution and calcination of the resulting material at higher temperature （550 ℃）. The highest NO conversion to N2 of 86.3% in the reaction system was obtained at 350 ℃ over the catalyst thus prepared. The mechanism of monomeric tungsten species improving the C2H2-SCR can be attributed to accelerating the formation of active nitrate species.

Flexible pressure sensors with high sensitivity are desired in the fields of electronic skins,human-machine interfaces,and health *** ionic soft materials with microstructured architectures in the functional layer is an effective way that can enhance the amplitude of capacitance signal due to generated electron double layer and thus improve the sensitivity of capacitive-type pressure ***,the requirement of specific apparatus and the complex fabrication process to build such microstructures lead to high cost and low ***,we report a simple strategy that uses open-cell polyurethane foams with high porosity as a continuous three-dimensional network skeleton to load with ionic liquid in a one-step soak process,serving as the ionic layer in iontronic pressure *** high porosity(95.4%) of PU-IL composite foam shows a pretty low Young's modulus of 3.4 kPa and good compressibility.A superhigh maximum sensitivity of 9,280 kPa^(-1) in the pressure regime and a high pressure resolution of 0.125% are observed in this foam-based pressure *** device also exhibits remarkable mechanical stability over 5,000 compression-release or bending-release *** high porosity of composite structure provides a simple,cost-effective and scalable way to fabricate super sensitive pressure sensor,which has prominent capability in applications of water wave detection,underwater vibration sensing,and mechanical fault monitoring.

MicroRNA-21/PARP-1作为生物标志物在AR和CARAS中的诊断价值分析

目的:评估外周血microRNA(miR)-21、血浆聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶1[poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase-1,PARP-1]在过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)和过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome,CARAS)中的诊断价值。方法:收集44例CARAS患者、31例AR患者和42例健康对照的外周血,采用RT-qPCR法检测外周血中miR-21的表达水平,采用ELISA法检测血浆中PARP-1蛋白水平。应用Pearson进行相关性分析。受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线判断miR-21和PARP-1的诊断灵敏度与特异度。结果:CARAS组患者外周血miR-21的表达较健康对照组升高。AR组患者血浆PARP-1的水平较CARAS组和健康对照组升高。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,外周血miR-21的表达水平在AR患者中与嗜酸性粒细胞计数相关,在CARAS患者中与鼻呼出气一氧化氮(fractional nasal nitric oxide,FnNO)水平相关;血浆PARP-1在AR患者中与1秒钟用力呼气量占预计值百分比(forced expiratory volume in onesecond percent predicted,FEV_(1)%_(pred))相关,在CARAS患者中与FEV_(1)%_(pred)及1秒钟用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV_(1))/用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)(FEV_(1)/FVC)相关。ROC曲线分析显示,外周血miR-21作为CARAS的诊断标志物时,灵敏度为51.35%,特异度为80.95%。血浆PARP-1作为AR的诊断标志物时,灵敏度为90.32%,特异度为54.76%。血浆PARP-1作为AR进展为CARAS的诊断标志物时,灵敏度为45.45%,特异度为90.32%。结论:AR和CARAS患者外周血miR-21、PARP-1存在差异表达,外周血miR-21可作为CARAS的诊断标志物,PARP-1可作为AR的诊断标志物及AR进展为CARAS的生物标志物。这对寻求AR和CARAS的诊治靶点有十分重要的价值。
