Energy consumption mechanism simulation and experimental study of reciprocating vibration for Chinese wolfberry picking

In order to find out the matching principle of excitation force and energy consumption of reciprocating vibrating Chinese wolfberry picking device,the energy consumption mechanism of reciprocating vibrating Chinese wolfberry picking device is *** to the structural characteristics and operating principle of the picking device,the no-load and load movement and force characteristics of the crank bearing and vibrating component are analyzed,and the theoretical model of energy consumption of the reciprocating vibration picking device is jointly constructed,and the simulation analysis is carried *** results show that the vibrating component and load mass have a significant influence on torque,the load air resistance phase has a significant effect on torque,and the load air resistance and friction coefficient have no significant influence on ***,by building an AC servo motor torque detection system and a torque sensing detection system,verification experiments are carried out,the maximum torque of the preset system is 1.3 N∙m,the rated power is 400 W,the motor frequency is 2. Hz,the amplitude is 15 mm,and the total mass of the vibrating component is 0.143 *** results show that,the no-load operation,the change trend of detected torque is consistent with simulation,the torque model is verified to be *** maximum torque of simulation and detection are 0.52.N∙m and 0.57 N∙m respectively,and the error between test and simulation is 9.6%.For load operation,the maximum torque of five groups of branch loads of 2. g,60 g,100 g,140 g,180 g and 2.0 g are detected to be 0.73 N∙m,0.74 N∙m,0.75 N∙m,0.82.N∙m and 0.83 N∙m,respectively,and the relationship model between load and torque is obtained by *** research results can provide a theoretical basis which can configure a suitable motor in the reciprocating vibration Chinese wolfberry picking device with a certain load limit.

Flax is a crucial fiber crop that exhibits excellent textile properties and serves as a model plant for investigating phloem fiber development. The regulation of multiple genes significantly influences fiber development, notably involving NAC(NAM, ATAF1/2. CUC2. transcription factors in forming the fiber secondary cell wall(SCW).Overexpression of LuNAC61 in flax resulted in sparse top meristematic zone leaves and significantly reduced stem cellulose content. Scanning electron microscopy and staining observations revealed a significant reduction in fiber bundles. β-Glucuronidase(GUS) staining analysis demonstrated high activity of the LuNAC61 promoter in the bast fibers of the flax stem. Additionally, several members of the LuPLATZ and LuCesA families exhibited significant coexpression with LuNAC61. Subcellular localization indicated the presence of LuPLATZ2. protein in the nucleus and cytoplasm, LuNAC61 protein exclusively in the nucleus, and LuCesA10 in the nucleus and endoplasmic reticulum. LuPLATZ2. positively regulates LuNAC61, whereas LuNAC61 negatively affects LuCesA10, suggesting the involvement of a metabolic network in regulating flax fiber development. In conclusion, this study provides a critical opportunity for a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the mechanisms governing flax fiber development and the potential use of biotechnology to enhance flax fiber yield.

To investigate the mechanical failure characteristics of volcanic breccia with different bedding dip angles in deep layers,triaxial compression experiments were conducted on specimens taken from volcanic rock layers in the Junggar Basin,*** changing the confining pressure,we compared the mechanical properties,acoustic emission characteristics,and fractal features of the acoustic emission sequence for volcanic breccia with different bedding dip *** research results indicate that as the bedding dip angle increases,peak strength,internal friction angle,and cohesion exhibit a“U-shaped”variation *** correlation dimension of the acoustic emission amplitude was calculated using the G-P algorithm,revealing that volcanic breccia exhibits fractal ***,a positive correlation between the correlation dimension and the bedding dip angle was *** the stress of the test specimen reaches 0.8σ_(c),there is a significant decrease in the fractal dimension,serving as a criterion for predicting the failure of the *** analyzing the changes in fractal dimension at different stress levels,the slope of the fractal dimension△D<-0.5 can be used as a precursor to failure for test specimens with a bedding dip angle of 15°≤β≤45°.Similarly,when the bedding dip angle of the specimen is 0°≤β<15°or 45°<β≤90°,△D<0 can be considered as a precursor to specimen *** study provides theoretical references for understanding the failure patterns of volcanic rock.

The Sb^(3+) doping strategy has been proven to be an effective way to regulate the band gap and improve the photophysical properties of organic-inorganic hybrid metal halides(OIHMHs).However,the emission of Sb^(3+) ions in OIHMHs is primarily confined to the low energy region,resulting in yellow or red *** date,there are few reports about green emission of Sb^(3+)-doped ***,we present a novel approach for regulating the luminescence of Sb^(3+) ions in 0D C_(10)H_(2._(2.N_(6)InCl_(7)·H_(2.O via hydrogen bond network,in which water molecules act as agents for hydrogen ***^(3+)-doped C_(10)H_(2.2._(6)InCl_(7)·H_(2.O shows a broadband green emission peaking at 540 nm and a high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 80%.It is found that the intense green emission stems from the radiative recombination of the self-trapped excitons(STEs).Upon removal of water molecules with heat,C_(10)H_(2._(2.N_(6)In_(1-x)Sb_(x)Cl_(7) generates yellow emis-sion,attributed to the breaking of the hydrogen bond network and large structural distortions of excited *** water molecules are adsorbed by C_(10)H_(2._(2.N_(6)In_(1-x)Sb_(x)Cl_(7),it can subsequently emit green *** water-induced reversible emission switching is successfully used for optical security and information *** findings expand the under-standing of how the local coordination structure influences the photophysical mechanism in Sb^(3+)-doped metal halides and provide a novel method to control the STEs emission.
