Coordinated responses of leaf and nodule traits contribute to the accumulation of N in relay intercropped soybean

Maize(Zea mays L.)-soybean(Glycine max ***.)relay intercropping provides a way to enhance land ***,the late-planted soybean suffers from shading by the *** maize harvest,how the recovery growth influences the leaf and nodule traits remains unclear.A three-year field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of genotypes,i.e.,supernodulating(nts1007),Nandou 12(ND12),and Guixia 3(GX3),and crop configurations,i.e.,the interspecific row spacing of 45(I45),60(I60),75 cm(I75),and sole soybean(SS),on soybean recovery growth and N *** results showed that intercropping reduced the soybean total leaf area(LA)by reducing both the leaf number(LN)and unit leaflet area(LUA),and it reduced the nodule dry weight(NW)by reducing both the nodule number(NN)and nodule diameter(ND)compared with the *** correlation and principal component analysis(PCA)indicated a co-variability of the leaf and nodule traits in response to the genotype and crop configuration *** the recovery growth stages,the compensatory growth promoted soybean growth to reduce the gaps of leaf and nodule traits between intercropping and *** relative growth rates of ureide(RGR_U)and nitrogen(RGR_N)accumulation were higher in intercropping than in *** achieved more significant sucrose and starch contents compared with ***12 and GX3 showed more robust compensatory growth than nts1007 in *** the recovery growth of relay intercropping soybean improved biomass and nitrogen accumulation,ND12 gained a more significant partial land equivalent ratio(pLER)than *** I60 treatment achieved more robust compensation effects on biomass and N accumulation than the other ***,I60 showed a higher nodule sucrose content and greater shoot ureide and N accumulation than ***,intercropping ND12 with maize using an interspecific row spacing of 60 cm was optimal for both yield advantage and N accumulation.

Maize-soybean relay cropping increases soybean yield synergistically by extending the post-anthesis leaf stay-green period and accelerating grain filling

Relay cropping of Poaceae and Fabaceae promotes high yield and land-use efficiency by allowing a double ***,it is difficult to increase yield synergistically because of the reduced photosynthetic abilities of legume leaves under the shade of *** photosynthetic capacity in relay cropping systems is associated with ecological niche differentiation and photosynthetic compensation after restoration of normal *** conducted a field experiment in southwest China in 2020–2021 to evaluate the effects of three cropping patterns:maize–soybean relay cropping(IMS),monoculture maize(MM),and monoculture soybean(SS),and N application levels:no N application(NN:0 kg N ha^(−1)),reduced N(RN:180 kg N ha^(−1)),and conventional N(CN:240 kg N ha^(−1)).Compared to monocropping,relay cropping increased the stay-green traits of maize and soybean by 13%and 89%,*** cropping prolonged the leaf stay-green duration in the maize and soybean lag phase by almost 4 and 8 days,*** cropping maize(IM)increased the leaf area index(LAI)by 79.4%to 88.5%under NN and 55.5%to 148%under *** cropping soybean(IS)increased the LAI from 115%to 437%at days 40 to 50 after *** increased yield by 65.6%.IS increased yield by 9.7%.HI and system yield were at their highest values under *** the relay cropping system,reduced N application extended green leaf duration,increased photosynthesis inside the canopy at multiple levels,ultimately increases soybean yield synergistically.

Excellent performance of Cu-Mn/Ti-sepiolite catalysts for low-temperature CO oxidation

The Ti-modified sepiolite （Ti-Sep）-supported Mn-Cu mixed oxide （yMn5Cu/Ti-Sep） catalysts were synthesized using the co-precipitation method. The materials were characterized by the X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscope, N2 adsorption-desorption, H2-TPR, O2-TPD, and XPS techniques, and their catalytic activities for CO oxidation were evaluated. It was found that the catalytic activities ofyMn5Cu/Ti-Sep were higher than those of 5Cu/Ti-Sep and 30Mn/Ti-Sep, and the Mn/Cu molar ratio had a distinct influence on catalytic activity of the sample. Among the yMn5Cu/Ti- Sep samples, the 30Mn5Cu/Ti-Sep catalyst showed the best activity （which also outperformed the 30Mn5Cu/Sep catalyst）, giving the highest reaction rate of 0.875 × 10^- 3 mmol· g^-1· s^-1 and the lowest T50%and T100% of 56℃ and 86℃, respectively. Moreover, the 30Mn5Cu/Ti-Sep possessed the best low-temperature reducibility, the lowest 02 desorption temperature, and the highest surface Mn3＋/ Mn4＋ atomic ratio. It is concluded that factors, such as the strong interaction between the copper or manganese oxides and the Ti-Sep support, good low-temperature reducibility, and good mobility of ehemisorbed oxygen species, were responsible for the excellent catalytic activity of 30Mn5Cu/Ti-Sep.

Catalytic oxidation of carbon monoxide, toluene, and ethyl acetate over the xPd/OMS-2 catalysts： Effect of Pd loading

The Pd catalyst supported on cryptomelanetype manganese oxide octahedral molecular sieve （OMS- 2） were prepared. The effect of Pd loading on the catalytic oxidation of carbon monoxide, toluene, and ethyl acetate over xPd/OMS-2 has been investigated. The results show that the Pd loading plays an important role on the physicochemical properties of the xPd/OMS-2 catalysts which outperform the Pd-free counterpart with the 0.5Pd/ OMS-2 catalyst being the best. The temperature for 50% conversion was 25, 240 and 160 ℃, and the temperature for 90% conversion was 55,285 and 200 ℃ for oxidation of CO, toluene, and ethyl acetate, respectively. The low- temperature reducibility and high oxygen mobility ofxPd/ OMS-2 are the factors contributable to the excellent catalytic performance of 0.5Pd/OMS-2.

为了有效去除大气污染物中的CO,使用氧化还原法制备层状锰氧化物MnOx-L,并用离子交换法制备了负载不同质量分数Fe的Fex/MnOx-L催化剂.使用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)技术、比表面积测定(brunauer emmett teller,BET)、热重分析(thermogravimetric analysis,TGA)、氢气程序升温还原(hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction,H2-TPR)、氧气程序升温脱附(oxygen temperature-programmed,O2-TPD)、X射线光电子能谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,XPS)等技术表征催化剂形貌、结构及性能.层状锰氧化物MnOx-L具有典型的八面体层状结构,Fe负载对催化剂结构影响不大,但对其理化性质产生了影响.Fe负载改变了催化剂的还原性及其表面的m(Fe^2+)/m(Fe^3+)和m(Oads)/m(Olatt)比例,提高了样品的催化活性.在所有Fex/MnOx-L样品中,Fe5/MnOx-L具有最高的低温还原性、氧移动性,m(Fe^2+)/m(Fe^3+)及表面吸附氧最高.催化氧化CO反应中,Fe5/MnOx-L具有最佳的催化活性(t 50=80℃和t 90=150℃),这与Fe和MnOx-L载体之间的相互作用有关.

绿色债券作为一种支持绿色经济发展,优化产业结构的金融工具,对于商业银行而言是一种重要的筹资途径。本文以2016年《关于构建绿色金融体系的指导意见》的出台作为准自然实验,选取2011—2022年中国105家商业银行作为样本,运用双重差分法研究绿色债券发行对商业银行盈利能力的影响。实证结果表明:(1)绿色债券的发行能显著提高商业银行的盈利能力;(2)发行绿色债券主要通过降低银行的成本来提高盈利能力;(3)绿色债券在非国有银行与区域型银行中发挥的作用较为显著,发行绿色债券更能促进非国有银行和区域性银行提高盈利能力。因此,商业银行应该积极开展绿色债券业务,强化信息披露意识;政府应制定差异化的绿色金融激励政策,针对不同定位的商业银行制定不同的政策支持方案。

针对疫情背景下同时考虑现货市场和期权市场的生鲜农产品供应链,运用Stackelberg博弈研究零售商的订货策略和供应商的期权定价策略。研究表明:零售商存在最优现货订购量和最优期权订购量,最优现货订购量是期权执行价的增函数,最优期权订购量是期权执行价的减函数,且最优现货订购量的增幅小于最优期权订购量的减幅。零售商的期望利润是期权执行价的减函数,而供应商的期望利润是期权执行价的增函数,且供应商利润的增幅大于零售商利润的减幅,故供应商可适当增加期权执行价,并通过共享供应链系统增加的利润来补偿零售商,实现合作共赢。另外,疫情风险会减少产品订购量,且对供应链各方收益均不利,可通过开辟基于互联网的送货上门、智能快递柜自提等少接触的营销渠道来增加收益。

【目的】揭示玉米/大豆套作系统下作物根际土壤细菌数量及群落多样性变化特征与土壤总氮含量、作物氮素吸收之间的关系,为禾/豆间(套)作减肥增效生产提供理论和技术支撑。【方法】大田试验于2013—2015年进行,采用两因素裂区设计,主因素为种植模式,设玉米单作(MM)、大豆单作(SS)和玉米/大豆套作(IMS);副因素为玉米、大豆施氮总量,设不施氮(NN:0)、减量施氮(RN:180 kg·hm)和常量施氮(CN:240 kg·hm)。在玉米V12期、VT期和R6期,大豆V5期、R2期、R5期和R8期,利用稀释平板法和凯氏定氮法测定各作物根际土壤细菌数量、非根际土壤和植株总氮含量;结合克隆文库和荧光定量PCR技术研究各处理氨氧化细菌(amo A基因)、反硝化细菌(nir S基因)多样性及其基因丰度。【结果】与相应的单作相比,套作玉米(IM)的作物根际土壤细菌数量提高2.6%,套作大豆提高12.9%;套作玉米土壤总氮含量和植株吸氮量分别提高13.39%和2.10%,大豆的分别降低5.81%和3.24%;套作玉米、大豆的amo A基因丰度比单作增加了38.5%、64.8%,nir S基因丰度比单作提高57.77%、126.39%。各施氮水平间,RN的玉米根际土壤细菌数量比NN和CN的分别提高9.6%和9.8%,大豆的分别提高11.7%和11.0%;施氮提高了玉米、大豆植株吸氮量和土壤总氮含量,单作玉米随施氮量的增加而增加,套作玉米及单、套作大豆的均在RN下最高;减量施氮提高了玉米、大豆amoA基因多样性指数和单作玉米nir S基因多样性指数,降低了套作玉米和单套作大豆nirS基因多样性指数。【结论】减量施氮有利于增加玉米/大豆套作系统中作物根际土壤细菌数量,调节氨氧化细菌和反硝化细菌群落结构及多样性,改善土壤氮素转化过程,促进玉米、大豆对氮素的吸收,实现节肥增效。
