The linjiasandaogou gold deposit is located in the Qingchengzi Orefield,North China Craton,China,and has not attracted many *** present geochronological,whole-rock geochemical,and Sr–Nd–Hf isotopic data to constrain the age and tectonic setting of the mineralization.U–Pb dating of zircon from pre-and post-ore dikes indicates the linjiasandaogou Au deposit formed at ca.227–226 *** granite porphyry(ca.227 Ma)and quartz diorite porphyry(ca.228 Ma),which are slightly older than the mineralization,have(;Sr/;Sr)i-=0.7127–0.7162,εNd(t)=–13.7 to–17.0,andεHf(t)=–14.6 to–16.9,and display enrichment in light rare earth elements and large ion lithophile elements and depletion in high field strength *** lamprophyres(226 and225 Ma),which are slightly younger than the mineralization,have higher(;Sr/;Sr)i(0.7165–0.7216),negativeεNd(t)(–11.2 to–14.3)andεHf(t)(–15.6 to–18.6)values,and are enriched in light rare earth elements but depleted in high field strength elements(Nb and Ta).The geochemical characteristics of the granitoid and lamprophyres indicate a lower crustal and enriched mantle source,*** infer that the linjiasandaogou Au deposit formed in a postcollisional tectonic setting,following the collision between the North China,Yangtze craton,and Central Asian Orogeny in Triassic.

Dissolved organic matter (DOM) is one of the most interesting and difficult problems in recent years due to its important functions in the ecological and environmental system and the complexity of its chemical composition and structure. It is well ac- cepted that fluorescence characteristics and mo- lecular weight distribution are two important pa- rameters in the DOM characterization. However, the relationship between them is still unknown. In this study, fluorescence and molecular weight distribution of DOM in lake Hongfeng, lake Baihua and their rivers, and their relationship were investigated using the combination of fluorescence spectroscopy and high-performance size exclusion chromatography (HPSEC) with on-line UV absorbance and fluores- cence detectors. The results show that there were two obvious humic-like fluorescence peaks (Peaks A and B) in DOM from lake water. But there was an- other obvious protein-like fluorescence peak (Peak C) in DOM from river water. The humic-like fluorescence material consisted of DOM fraction with smaller mo- lecular weight, ranging from 1.0 to 3.0 kDa, while the protein-like fluorescence material mainly consisted of DOM fraction with MW larger than 2.0 kDa. The cal- culation of MW using HPSEC was related to the UV absorbance wavelength chosen.

In this study,the effects of different salinity gradients and addition of compatible solutes on anaerobic treated effluent water qualities,sludge characteristics and microbial communities were *** increase in salinity resulted in a decrease in particle size of the granular sludge,which was concentrated in the range of 0.5-1.0 *** content of EPS(extracellular polymeric substances)in the granular sludge gradually increased with increasing salinity and the addition of betaine(a typical compatible solute).Meanwhile,the microbial community structure was significantly affected by salinity,with high salinity reducing the diversity of *** higher salinity,Patescibacteria and Proteobacteria gradually became the dominant phylum,with relative abundance increasing to 13.53%and 12.16%at 20 g/l *** and its subordinate Desulfovibrio,which secrete EPS in large quantities,dominated significantly after betaine *** relative abundance reached 13.65%and 7.86%at phylum level and genus *** effect of these changes on the treated effluent was shown as the average chemical oxygen demand(COD)removal rate decreased from 82.10%to 79.71%,78.01%,68.51%and 64.55%when the salinity gradually increased from 2 g/l to 6,10,16 and 20 g/*** the salinity of 20 g/l,average COD removal increased to 71.65%by the addition of 2 mmol/l *** gradient elevated salinity and the exogenous addition of betaine played an important role in achieving stability of the anaerobic system in a highly saline environment,which provided a feasible strategy for anaerobic treatment of organic saline wastewater.

About 70%of the flue gas in the iron-steel industry has achieved multi-pollutant ultra-low emissions in China until 2023,and then the blast furnace gas purification has become the control step and *** research group has designed and constructed the world’s first blast furnace gas desulfurization pilot plant with the scale of 2000 Nm^(3)/h in October *** pilot plant is a two-step combined desulfurization device including catalytic hydrolysis of carbonyl sulfur(COS)and absorption-oxidation of H_(2)S,continuously running for 120 *** the hydrolysis system,one reason for catalyst deactivation has been verified from the sulfur *** in blast furnace gas can be hydrolyzed on the hydrolysis catalyst to produce the nitrogen deposition,which is one of the reasons for catalyst deactivation and has never been found in previous *** deposition forms of S and N elements are determined,S element forms elemental sulfur and sulfate,while N element forms-NH_(2)and NH_(4)^(+).In the absorption-oxidation system,the O_(2)loading and the residence time have been optimized to control the oxidation of HS^(−)to produce elemental sulfur instead of by-product S_(2)O_(3)^(2−).The balance and distribution of S and N elements have been calculated for thewholemulti-phase system,approximately 84.4%of the sulfur is converted to solid sulfur product,about 1.3%of the sulfur and 19.2%of N element are deposited on the hydrolysis *** pilot plant provides technical support formulti-pollutant control of blast furnace.

A reduction in adult neurogenesis is associated with behavioral abnormalities in patients with Alzheimer's ***,enhancing adult neurogenesis represents a promising therapeutic approach for mitigating disease symptoms and ***,nonpharmacological interventions aimed at inducing adult neurogenesis are currently *** individual non-pharmacological interventions,such as aerobic exercise,acousto-optic stimulation,and olfactory stimulation,have shown limited capacity to improve neurogenesis and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer's disease,the therapeutic effect of a strategy that combines these interventions has not been fully *** this study,we observed an age-dependent decrease in adult neurogenesis and a concurrent increase in amyloid-beta accumulation in the hippocampus of amyloid precursor protein/presenilin 1 mice aged 2-8 *** deposition became evident at 4 months,while neurogenesis declined by 6 months,further deteriorating as the disease ***,following a 4-week multifactor stimulation protocol,which encompassed treadmill running(46 min/d,10 m/min,6 days per week),40 Hz acousto-optic stimulation(1 hour/day,6 days/week),and olfactory stimulation(1 hour/day,6 days/week),we found a significant increase in the number of newborn cells(5'-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine-positive cells),immature neurons(doublecortin-positive cells),newborn immature neurons(5'-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine-positive/doublecortin-positive cells),and newborn astrocytes(5'-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine-positive/glial fibrillary acidic protein-positive cells).Additionally,the amyloid-beta load in the hippocampus *** findings suggest that multifactor stimulation can enhance adult hippocampal neurogenesis and mitigate amyloid-beta neuropathology in amyloid precursor protein/presenilin 1 ***,cognitive abilities were improved,and depressive symptoms were alleviated in amyloid precursor protein/presenilin 1 mice

内蒙古乌努(奴)格吐山铜铅锌矿整装勘查区位于得尔布干成矿带西南段,是我国北方重要的Cu-Mo-Fe-Au-AgPb-Zn成矿带。近年来随着多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱(MC-ICP-MS)的广泛应用,使Mo、Cu、Fe、Zn等同位素的研究应用于矿床学研究中。本文通过对乌努格吐山斑岩型矿床黄铜矿Cu同位素、辉钼矿Mo同位素组成,绢云母Ar-Ar年龄进行研究,借此探讨该矿床的形成时代、矿床成因。结果显示,矿床成矿早阶段的绢云母坪年龄为181.9±1.1Ma,等时线年龄为181.0±2.3Ma,与辉钼矿Re-Os等时线年龄相一致。而石英+钾长石+辉钼矿+黄铜矿+黄铁矿脉中和石英+黄铜矿+黄铁矿脉中黄铜矿的δ65 Cu平均值分别为0.31y‰和0.40‰,显示黄铜矿的δ65 Cu值从早到晚逐渐增高,这可能为流体出溶过程中63 Cu优先进入富气相流体,残余岩浆流体逐渐富集65 Cu的结果。辉钼矿的δ98 Mo/δ95 Mo介于-0.16‰~0.35‰之间,说明在成矿作用的过程中Mo进入不同的矿物组合中并发生了同位素分馏,可能受到了氧化还原条件、温度等物理化学条件的变化,或者是辉钼矿的多型特征的影响。得尔布干成矿带矿床的形成与蒙古鄂霍次克洋的演化密切相关,结合前人研究成果,将成矿带斑岩型矿床分为240~230Ma、180~200Ma、150~160Ma三期。

位于南岭成矿带和钦-杭成矿带(简称钦-杭带)交汇部位的湖南大义山锡矿是南岭地区典型的富硼型锡多金属矿床。为厘清大义山锡矿成矿动力学背景,深化南岭地区钨锡矿成矿机制,本文以大义山成锡矿黑云母二长花岗岩为研究对象,开展了系统的岩石学和地球化学研究。研究发现,大义山锡矿具有富硼的特征,成矿黑云母二长花岗岩发育电气石"囊包",电气石在蚀变矿物中广泛发育,并与锡矿化紧密共生,这些特征表明成矿花岗岩具有富硼的特征,并发生了岩浆热液流体出溶。地球化学分析显示,黑云母二长花岗岩具有较高含量的Al2O3(13.67%~14.00%)、Na20(3.65%~3.90%)、K2O(3.49%~4.24%)以及较高的FeOT/(FeOT+MgO)比值(0.95~0.97)、FeOT/MgO比值(18.75~32.69)、A/CNK比值(1.15~1.26)和10000×Ga/Al比值(3.48~4.08),较低的CaO(0.54%~0.59%)、P2O5(0.04%~0.06%)含量和锆饱和温度(716~725℃)。球粒陨石标准化稀土元素配分具有明显的四分组效应,强烈的Eu负异常,微量元素富集Rb、Th、U、Ta和Nd等元素,亏损Ba、Nb、Sr、Eu等元素。表明成矿花岗岩具有高分异的特征,与A2型花岗岩特征相近。Nd-Hf同位素分析显示,黑云母二长花岗岩与南岭地区成锡矿花岗岩及钦-杭带A型花岗岩同位素特征基本一致,表明岩浆主要来源于中元古代壳源物质熔融,并有幔源物质的加入。综合本文及前人研究成果,推测南岭地区燕山期伸展作用与Izanagi俯冲板块开天窗或撕裂有关,在此背景下,软流圈物质上涌,引发下地壳物质熔融,形成了富硼的壳幔源混合型花岗质岩浆。岩浆中较高的硼含量促使岩浆发生强烈的结晶分异,并有利于晚期锡矿的形成。
