Ocean fronts play important roles in nutrient transport and in the shaping ecological *** zones in small bays are typically small in scale,have a complex structure,and they are spatially and temporally variable,but there are limited data on how biological communities respond to this *** Bay,a mediumsized estuary in China,is an ideal place in which to study the response of plankton to small-scale ocean fronts,because three water masses(Qiantang River Diluted Water,Changjiang River Diluted Water,and the East China Sea current) converge here and form dynamic salinity fronts throughout the *** investigate zooplankton communities,and temperature,salinity and chlorophyll a(Chl a) in Hangzhou Bay in June(wet perio d) and December(dry period) of 2022 and examine the dominant environmental factors that affect zooplankton community spatial *** then match the spatial distributions of zooplankton communities with those of salinity fronts.S alinity is the most important explanatory variable to affect zooplankton community spatial variability during both wet and dry periods,in that it contributes>60% of the variability in community ***,the spatial distributions of zooplankton match well with salinity *** December,with weaker Qiantang River Diluted Water and a stronger secondary Changjiang River Plume,zooplankton communities occur in moderate salinity(MS,salinity range 15.6±2.2) and high salinity(HS,22.4±1.7) regions,and their ecological boundaries closely match the Qiantang River Diluted Water *** June,different zooplankton communities occur in low salinity(LS,3.9±1.0),MS(11.7±3.6) and HS(21.3±1.9) *** the LS region occurs abnormally in the central bay rather than its apex because of the anomalous influence of rising and falling tides during the sampling perio d,the ecological boundaries still match salinity ***-salinity or brackish-water zooplankter taxa are relatively more abunda

不同马铃薯品种(系)在尼泊尔北部山区的适应性评价与筛选

为筛选出适宜尼泊尔北部山区种植的优异马铃薯品种(系),引进‘陇薯7号’‘陇薯10号’‘陇薯14号’‘LK99’‘L0109-4’‘云薯105’‘云薯603’‘紫云1号’‘米拉’‘青薯9号’‘艾玛1号’‘艾玛2号’等12个马铃薯品种(系),以当地主栽品种‘Rosita’为对照(CK),于2019-2021年在尼泊尔北部山区进行品种(系)比较试验,开展生育期、农艺性状、块茎性状、病害发生情况的调查,测定口感评价、产量及产量性状等指标,并利用主成分分析的方法对13个供试品种(系)的综合品质进行分析。结果表明:供试的13个马铃薯品种(系)均能成熟。所有品种(系)均未发生花叶病毒病、青枯病、早疫病,‘云薯105’‘云薯603’和‘紫云1号’晚疫病病株率最低,病情指数均为0;‘云薯105’3年平均产量为23.94 t/hm^(2),较CK增产72.73%,‘青薯9号’3年平均产量为21.01 t/hm^(2),较CK增产51.59%;‘云薯105’蒸食口感得分82.6分,质地粉或糯,气味清香,接受度高、综合评价中上;块茎营养品质主成分分析综合得分排名前4的依次为:‘艾玛1号’‘陇薯14号’‘陇薯7号’和‘云薯105’。综上,根据尼泊尔缺乏高产品种的现状,‘云薯105’可作为尼泊尔北部山区首选马铃薯推广品种,‘青薯9号’可作为高产备选推广品种,‘艾玛1号’‘陇薯14号’‘陇薯7号’可作为尼泊尔北部山区马铃薯生产中的优质备选品种。

为探究小型河口浮游植物群落的时空变化特点,于丰水期、平水期及枯水期采集甬江口表层水样,分析浮游植物的主要驱动因子。结果表明:共检出浮游植物9门123属358种,丰水期、平水期和枯水期物种数分别为276、154和151种,丰度分别为(170.45±225.43)×10~3、(51.92±30.28)×10~3和(31.65±12.79)×10^(3)cells·L^(-1)。浮游植物群落以硅藻为主,优势种有梅尼小环藻、中肋骨条藻、具槽帕拉藻等。Shannon多样性指数与Pielou均匀度指数在丰水期由口门内向口门外呈下降趋势,在平水期和枯水期空间差异较小。多维尺度分析和相似性分析表明,不同区域(口门内、口门和口门外)与不同水文期的浮游植物群落组成均差异显著。相关性分析表明,在丰水期,浮游植物丰度与温度、溶解无机氮、活性磷酸盐呈显著正相关,与盐度呈显著负相关;在平水期,丰度与温度呈显著负相关;在枯水期,丰度与环境因子无明显相关性。冗余分析表明,温度、盐度、铵氮和活性磷酸盐分别解释了浮游植物群落变化的19.5%、11.9%、9.4%和8.2%。甬江口浮游植物群落以硅藻主导,温度、盐度和营养盐是其主要驱动因子。

为更好地了解嵊泗列岛海域在人类活动和气候变暖影响下的生态现状以及变化特征,于2020年秋季和2021年春季在该海域进行了浮游植物的拖网与水样采集及环境要素分析。水采样品中共检出浮游植物6门54属105种。其中,硅藻33属68种,甲藻14属30种,蓝藻、金藻和隐藻各2属2种,绿藻1属1种。春、秋季浮游植物主要优势种为骨条藻(Skeletonema spp.),并在秋季占据绝对优势(Y=0.975)。春季平均细胞丰度[(7.17±7.78)个/mL]明显低于秋季[(77.23±73.44)个/mL]。春季Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数均高于秋季。Spearman相关分析表明,浮游植物丰度与水温和透明度呈显著正相关,与盐度呈显著负相关。冗余分析显示,浮游植物群落组成与水温、营养盐密切相关。网采样品中共检出浮游植物4门46属94种,硅藻占比最大;春、秋季平均细胞丰度分别为838.17×10^(3)和19406.43×10^(3)个/m^(3)。与水样相比,骨条藻仍为主要优势种,且优势度更高;网采获得的秋季多样性指数和均匀度指数(分别为0.23和0.05)低于水采(分别为0.38和0.10)。将本次网采结果与1990年、2007年调查资料对比发现,嵊泗列岛春、秋季浮游植物群落组成发生了明显改变:丰度明显升高,硅甲藻占比无明显变化,暖水种种类数明显增加,骨条藻优势地位增强,多样性指数和均匀度指数下降。这可能与变暖与富营养化加剧相关。近30年来,溶解无机氮在春季无显著变化,但在秋季显著升高;活性磷酸盐浓度在春、秋季均显著降低;氮磷比在春、秋季均显著升高。浮游植物的变化特征较好地指示了嵊泗列岛海域在富营养化和气候变暖下的生态环境变化。

过量施氮对西藏河谷农区青稞生长发育的影响

摸清过量施氮下不同青稞品种(系)生长发育指标的变化和调控机制,为西藏河谷农区青稞高产高效栽培提供科学依据。本研究设置N_(1)(施氮量70 kg/hm^(2),常规施氮处理)、N_(2)(施氮量172.5 kg/hm^(2))、N_(3)(施氮量275 kg/hm^(2))、N_(4)(施氮量345 kg/hm^(2))4个施氮处理,CK(施氮量0 kg/hm^(2))为不施氮处理,比较分析不同施氮量水平下,青稞品种‘藏青3000’和青稞品系‘6927’的株高、分蘖和成穗、叶绿素、粒重和籽粒灌浆特性、氮素利用和产量等因子的变化。结果表明,施氮对青稞的基本苗没有影响,青稞分蘖率呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,相同处理下‘6927’的最高茎蘖数高于‘藏青3000’;随着施氮量的增加,青稞成穗数呈现减少的趋势;随着施氮量的增加,所有生育期的株高均表现为先升高后降低或增加不明显的趋势;随着施氮量的增加,叶绿素SPAD值呈先增加后不再显著增加或降低的趋势,‘藏青3000’各施氮处理的旗叶叶绿素SPAD值高于‘6927’;施氮可明显提高青稞各生育期粒重,粒重在开花后7~28 d时增高趋势十分明显,于花后35 d达到最大值,常规施氮的实际粒重和理论最大千粒重均高于其他处理,本研究2个青稞品种(系)最大灌浆速率(V_(max))和平均灌浆速率(V_(mean))均出现在N_(2)处理;青稞的产量随着施氮量的增加呈现出减少的趋势,相同处理下‘藏青3000’产量均高于‘6927’;氮肥农学利用率和氮肥偏生产力均随着施氮量的增加而降低。

Epipelagic mesozooplankton communities in the northeastern Indian Ocean off Myanmar during the winter monsoon

The northern Andaman Sea off Myanmar is one of the relatively high productive regions in the Indian *** abundance,biomass and species composition of mesozooplankton and their relationships with environmental variables in the epipelagic zone(~200 m)were studied for the first time during the Sino-Myanmar joint cruise(February 2020).The mean abundance and biomass of mesozooplankton were(1916.7±1192.9)ind./m3and(17.8±7.9)mg/m3,respectively.A total of 213 species(taxa)were identified from all *** omnivorous Cyclopoida Oncaea venusta and Oithona *** the top two dominant *** mesozooplankton communities were determined via cluster analysis:the open ocean in the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal(Group A),the transition zone across the Preparis Channel(Group B),and nearshore water off the Ayeyarwady Delta and along the Tanintharyi Coast(Group C).Variation partitioning analysis revealed that the interaction of physical and biological factors explained 98.8%of mesozooplankton community spatial variation,and redundancy analysis revealed that column mean chlorophyll a concentration(CMCHLA)was the most important explanatory variable(43.1%).The abundance and biomass were significantly higher in Group C,the same as CMCHLA and column mean temperature(CMT)and in contrast to salinity,and CMT was the dominant *** taxon spatial variations were controlled by CMCHLA,salinity and *** study suggested that mesozooplankton spatial variation was mainly regulated by physical processes through their effects on *** physical processes were simultaneously affected by heat loss differences,freshwater influx,eddies and depth.

Variations of Summer Phytoplankton Community Related to Environmental Factors in a Macro-Tidal Estuarine Embayment, Hangzhou Bay, China

To explore the distribution and composition of phytoplankton community and their responses to environmental changes, summer net-collected phytoplankton and physicochemical parameters in the Hangzhou Bay during 2004–2010 were investigated. A total of four phyla and 84 species were identified, including 67 diatom and 12 dinoflagellate species. The dominant species con- stantly consisted of the diatoms, although the dominance of dinoflagellate and cyanobacteria increased recently. Due to great spa- tio-temporal variations in environmental factors(salinity, suspended solids, and nutrient concentration), significant heterogeneities in community compositions among different years and subregions(inner and middle sections, and bay mouth) were found based on the analyses of multidimensional scaling and similarity. Canonical correspondence analysis showed that salinity and Si/N were the main variables associated with algal assemblage. Compared with the historical data since the 1980 s, eutrophication(N, P, and N/P increased with decreasing Si/N) was exacerbated drastically. Moreover, climatic forcing and human activities resulted in a series of physical alterations, including sediment retention, temperature increase, and salinity decrease as well as reduction in water exchanges. All these changes induced obvious increases in cell density and Chl-a while decreases in species diversity and diatom-dinoflagellate ratio as well as the shifting of dominant species. Therefore, the long-term phytoplankton variations were closely related to anthropogenic and climatic perturbations in the Hangzhou Bay.

Seasonal Variations of Net-Phytoplankton Community Structure in the Southern Yellow Sea

Based on the field survey data of four cruises in 2011,all phytoplankton communities in the southern Yellow Sea (SYS) were investigated for the species composition,dominant species,abundance and diversity indices.A total of 379 species belonging to9 phyla were identified,of which the most abundant group was Bacillariophyta (60.9%) ,followed by Pyrrophyta (23.7%) and Haptophyta (6.9%) .The seasonal distribution of abundance was:summer (4137.1×103ind m 3) >spring (3940.4×103ind m 3) >winter (3010.6×103ind m 3) >autumn (340.8×103ind m 3) ,while the horizontal distribution showed a decreasing tendency from inshore to offshore *** dominant species of phytoplankton varied in different *** dominant species were Thalassiosira pacifica,Skeletoema *** Chaetoceros cinctus in spring,Chaetoceros debbilis,Chaetoceros pseudocurvisetus and Chaetoceros curvisetus in summer,Thalassiosira curviseriata,Alexandrium catenella and Ceratium fusus in autumn,Paralia sulcata,Phaeocystis *** Bacillaria paradoxa in winter,*** SYS,the group of temperate coastal species was the major ecotype,and the groups of the central SYS species and oceanic species were also important *** average values of Shannon-Weaver diversity index (H’) and Pielou evenness index (J) were 2.37 and 0.65 *** indices H’and J in the open sea were higher than those in coastal *** co-variation tendencies between H’and J were observed in all but the summer cruise of this survey.
