BACKGROUNDOver the past 20 years,we have gained a deep understanding of the biologicalheterogeneity of diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL)and have developed arange of new treatment programs based on the characteristics of the disease,bringing us to the era of ***,the effectiveness andmolecular mechanisms of targeted-immunotherapy remain unclear in ***-immunotherapy may be beneficial for specific subgroups of patients,thus requiring biomarker *** SUMMARYHere,we report a case of MCD subtype DLBCL with MYD88L265P and CD79Bmutations,considered in the initial stage as lymphoplasmic lymphoma(LPL)orWaldenstrom macroglobulinemia(WM).Flow cytometry supported this view;however,the immunohistochemical results of the lymph nodes overturned theabove diagnosis,and the patient was eventually diagnosed with MCD *** presence of a monoclonal IgM component in the serum and infiltrationof small lymphocytes with a phenotype compatible with WM into the bonemarrow led us to propose a hypothesis that the case we report may have transformedfrom LPL/*** highlights the possible transformation from WM to DLBCL,CD79B mutationmay be a potential biomarker for predicting this conversion.

As a new type of nonvolatile memory,the resistive memristor has broad application prospects in in-formation storage and neural computing based on its excellent resistive switching(RS)*** present,it is still a great challenge to improve both ferroelectric polarization and leakage current to achieve a high RS on/offratio of ferroelectric ***,epitaxial Pb(Zr_(0.40)Ti_(0.60))O_(3)(PZT)thin films with low content Ca doping were deposited on the Nb:SrTiO_(3)substrate to prepare PCZT/NSTO het-erostructures and their RS behaviors were *** research findings show that compared with pure PZT film,the ferroelectric polarization of 1-mol%-Ca-doped PZT film is slightly improved,while the leak-age current is increased by three orders of ***,the RS on/offratio reaches 2.5×10^(5),about three orders of magnitude higher than pure PZT *** theoretical analysis reveals that the RS behavior of PCZT/NSTO heterostructures is controlled by the PCZT/NSTO interfacial barrier and the space charge-limited current *** results demonstrate that the ferroelectricity and electricity of ferroelectric thin films can be improved simultaneously by doping low-content Ca ions to increase the RS performance,which provides a good reference for the development of high-performance ferroelectric memristor devices.

Toughening the petroleum-based epoxy resin blends with bio-based modifiers without compromising their modulus, mechanical strength, and other properties is still a big challenge in view of the sustainability. In this study, a bio-based liquid crystal epoxy resin (THMT-EP) with an s-triazine ring structure was utilized to modify a petroleum-based bisphenol A epoxy resin (E51) with 4,4 '-diaminodiphenylsulfone (DDS) as a curing agent, and the blended systems were evaluated for their thermal stability, mechanical properties, and flame retardancy. The results showed that the impact strength of the blended system initially increased and then decreased with the increase in THMT-EP content, and it reached the a maximum value of 26.5 kJ/m2 when the THMT-EP content was 5%, which was 31.2% higher than that of E51/DDS. Notably, the flexural strength, modulus, and glass transition temperature of the blended system were all simultaneously improved with the addition of THMT-EP. At the same time, the addition of THMT-EP enhanced the flame retardancy of the system by increasing the char yield at 700 degrees C and decreasing the peak heat release rate and total heat release rate. This work paves the way for a more sustainable improvement in the comprehensive performance of epoxy resin.

Layered materials exhibit different electronic and phonon properties along in-plane and out-of-plane directions;existing studies focus on their in-plane behaviors,and the influence of such anisotropies on the dynamics of photocarriers and phonons is ***,we fabricate layered PdSe_(2)crystals with flat edge surfaces and compare the time-resolved ultrafast spectroscopies on their basal and edge *** differences in the transient reflection spectroscopies reveal the inconsistent photocarrier and phonon dynamics behaviors on the two surfaces:the slow hot carrier relaxation process is accelerated and the thermoelasticity-induced longitudinal coherent acoustic phonon oscillation completely vanishes on the edge surface,as compared with the basal *** analysis reveals that the inconsistent hot carrier dynamics originate from the anisotropic properties of low-energy phonons in PdSe_(2),and the absence of phonon oscillation on the edge surface results from the wavevector-limited sensitivity of acoustic B_(1u)***,polarization-dependent spectroscopies indicate the diverse optical anisotropies beyond the in-plane of PdSe_(2).This work provides a new method to explore unique physical properties and modulate the optical anisotropy of layered materials.

Aluminum hypophosphite microspheres(AHP) were synthesized by hydrothermal method using NaH2PO2·H2O and AlCl3·6H2O as raw materials, and then the AHP microspheres were polymerized by surface polymerization of micro-nanospheres with cyclic cross-linked poly(cyclotriphosphazene-co-4,4'-sulfonyldiphenol)(PZS). A new organic-inorganic poly(phosphonitrile)-modified aluminum hypophosphite microspheres(PZS-AHP) were synthesized by encapsulation and applied to flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU). The microstructure and chemical composition of the PZS-AHP microsphere were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray spectroscopy. The thermal stability of PZS-AHP microsphere was explored with thermogravimetric analysis. Thermogravimetric data indicate that the PZS-AHP microspheres have excellent thermal stability. The thermal and flame-retarding properties of the TPU composites were evaluated by thermogravimetric(TG), limited oxygen index tests(LOI), and cone calorimeter test(CCT). The TPU composite achieved vertical burning(UL-94) V-0 grade and LOI value reached 29.2% when 10 wt% PZS-AHP was incorporated. Compared with those of pure TPU, the peak heat release rate(pHRR) and total heat release(THR) of TPU/10%PZS-AHP decreased by 82.2% and 42.5%, respectively. The results of CCT indicated that PZS-AHP microsphere could improve the flame retardancy of TPU composites.

The effect of lanthanum on the characteristics of inclusions in the slab of non-oriented electrical steels was investigated through industrial trials and thermodynamic *** number,size,and chemical composition of inclusions in the surface,one-quarter of thickness and the center of slabs with and without lanthanum addition were statistically analyzed using an automatic inclusion analysis *** the lanthanum-free slab,inclusions were predominately ***_(2)O_(3),MgO,and AlN as well as a small number of Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO-CaO and *** number densities of oxide inclusions and AlN decreased from the surface to the center of the slab,which was ascribed to the difference in cooling intensity during the continuous *** the steel with lanthanum addition,inclusions were modified into LaAlO_(3) and La_(2)O_(2)S and gradually transformed into dual-phase MgO-La_(2)S3 with an increasing distance from the slab surface due to the reaction between the lanthanum-containing inclusion and the steel *** uneven distribution of oxide inclusions along the thickness of the slab was eliminated in the lanthanum-bearing slab because the dissolved oxygen was remarkably decreased by ***-bearing inclusions were more likely to agglomerate AlN by inducing the heterogeneous nucleation of AlN on their surface,while small-size ***_(2)O_(3) inclusions hardly showed a coarsening effect on the size of AlN.
