In evolutionary games,most studies on finite populations have focused on a single updating ***,given the differences in individual cognition,individuals may change their strategies according to different updating *** this reason,we consider two different aspiration-driven updating mechanisms in structured populations:satisfied-stay unsatisfied shift(SSUS)and satisfied-cooperate unsatisfied defect(SCUD).To simulate the game player’s learning process,this paper improves the particle swarm optimization algorithm,which will be used to simulate the game player’s strategy selection,i.e.,population particle swarm optimization(PPSO)*** find that in the prisoner’s dilemma,the conditions that SSUS facilitates the evolution of cooperation do not enable cooperation to *** contrast,SCUD conditions that promote the evolution of cooperation enable cooperation to *** addition,the invasion of SCUD individuals helps promote cooperation among SSUS *** by the PPSO algorithm,the theoretical approximation results are found to be consistent with the trend of change in the simulation results.

BACKGROUND No guideline recommends antiviral therapy for hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive chronic hepatitis B patients with persistently normal alanine aminotransferase levels and a high hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA viral *** To evaluate the feasibility and safety of a Chinese herbal formula as a therapeutic option for chronic HBV *** In total,395 patients(30–65 years old)with confirmed HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B infection and persistently normal alanine aminotransferase were randomized to receive either Chinese herbal formula or placebo for 96 *** to evaluate therapeutic efficacy included:(1)HBV DNA levels decreased to less than 4 log10 IU/mL at weeks 48 and 96;and(2)HBeAg clearance and seroconversion rates at weeks 48 and *** HBV DNA levels≤4 log10 IU/mL were 10.05%at week 48 and 18.59%at week 96 in the treatment *** HBeAg clearance and conversion rates were 8.54%and 8.04%at week 48 and 16.08%and 14.57%at week 96,***,HBV DNA levels≤4 log10 IU/mL were 2.55%and 2.55%at weeks 48 and 96,respectively,and the HBeAg clearance rates were 3.06%and 5.61%at weeks 48 and 96,respectively,in the control *** quantitative hepatitis B surface antigen and HBeAg levels at baseline and changes during the treatment period as well as the alanine aminotransferase elevation at weeks 12 and 24 were strong predictors of HBeAg *** High rates of HBV DNA reduction,HBeAg clearance and seroconversion could be achieved with Chinese herbal formula treatments,and the treatments were relatively safe for HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B-infected patients with persistently normal alanine *** ability of the compound to modulate host immune function probably contributed to this effect.

Owing to the promising therapeutic effect and one-time treatment advantage, gene therapy may completely change the management of eye diseases, especially retinal diseases. Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is considered one of the most promising viral gene delivery tools because it can infect various types of tissues and is considered as a relatively safe gene delivery vector. The eye is one of the most popular organs for gene therapy, since its limited volume is suitable for small doses of AAV stably transduction. Recently, an increasing number of clinical trials of AAV-mediated gene therapy are underway. This review summarizes the biological functions of AAV and its application in the treatment of various ocular diseases, as well as the characteristics of different AAV delivery routes in clinical applications. Here, the latest research progresses in AAV-mediated gene editing and silencing strategies to modify that the genetic ocular diseases are systematically outlined, especially by base editing and prime editing. We discuss the progress of AAV in ocular optogenetic therapy. We also summarize the application of AAV-mediated gene therapy in animal models and the difficulties in its clinical transformation.

Enhancing catalytic activity through modulating the interaction between N-doped carbon and metal phosphides clusters is an effective ***,the electronic structure modulation of CoP_(2) supported N-modified carbon(CoP_(2)/NC)has been designed and prepared as efficient electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER),and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Notably,CoP_(2)/NC-1 catalyst exhibits impressive performance in alkaline media,with an ORR half-wave potential of 0.84 V,as well as OER and HER overpotentials of 290 and 129 mV(at 10 mA·cm^(−2)),*** addition,CoP_(2)/NC-1 produces a power density as high as 172.9 mW·cm^(−2),and excellent reversibility of 100 h at 20 mA·cm^(−2) in home-made Zn-air *** experimental results demonstrate that the synergistic interactions between N modified carbon substrate and CoP_(2) material significantly enhance the kinetics of ORR,OER,and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal the strong electrons redistribution of CoP_(2) induced by high-density N atoms at the interface,thus optimizing the key intermediates and significantly lower the energy barrier of *** electronic adjustments of CoP_(2) greatly enhance its kinetics of ORR/OER/HER,leading to faster *** study provides profound insights into the specific modification of CoP_(2) by N-doped carbon,enabling the construction of efficient catalysts.

Spring steel is an indispensable basic part manufacturing material in mechanical equipment,which is widely used in transportation tools such as automobiles,railways,construction machinery and other *** effects of rare earth(RE)on inclusions,microstructure,carbides and impact toughness of 50CrV spring steel were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope and impact *** results show that the addition of rare earth can modify the main MnS and Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in steel to form spherical or near-spherical rare earth inclusions,and the size of inclusions is significantly *** the quenched structure,the size of martensite slab becomes smaller and the structure is *** tempering,the carbide changes from sheet to ellipse,which makes it easier for spring steel to form stress concentration cracks under *** becomes finer and more dispersed,which leads to better pinning of grain boundaries and smaller grain *** impact toughness of 50CrV-RE spring steel increased from 21 to 41 J by 95%due to the improvement of inclusions,microstructure and carbides by rare *** is possible to improve the strength and toughness of spring steel for the improvement of railway running speed and the development of vehicle lightweight in China.
