When travelling,people are accustomed to taking and uploading photos on social media websites,which has led to the accumulation of huge numbers of geotagged *** with multisource information(***,transportation,or textual information),these geotagged photos could help us in constructing user preference profiles at a high level of ***,using these geotagged photos,we built a personalised recommendation system to provide attraction recommendations that match a user’s ***,we retrieved a geotagged photo collection from the public API for Flickr(***)and fetched a large amount of other contextual information to rebuild a user’s travel *** then created a model-based recommendation method with a two-stage architecture that consists of candidate generation(the matching process)and candidate *** the matching process,we used a support vector machine model that was modified for multiclass classification to generate the candidate *** addition,we used a gradient boosting regression tree to score each candidate and rerank the ***,we evaluated our recommendation results with respect to accuracy and ranking *** with widely used memory-based methods,our proposed method performs significantly better in the cold-start situation and when mining‘long-tail’data.

BACKGROUND Radical D2 lymphadenectomy for advanced gastric cancer as a standard procedure has gained global consensus. Mounting studies have shown that the number of lymph nodes dissection directly affects the prognosis and recurrence of gastric cancer. Our previous study showed that there was no obvious lymph node around the abnormal hepatic artery derived from the superior mesenteric artery. AIM To investigate the relationship between celiac artery variation and the number of lymph nodes dissection in gastric cancer surgery. METHODS The clinicopathological data of 421 patients treated with radical D2 lymphadenectomy were analyzed retrospectively. The difference of the number of lymph nodes dissection between the celiac artery variation group and the normal vessels group and the relationship with prognosis were analyzed. RESULTS Celiac artery variation was found in 110 patients, with a variation rate of 26.13%. Celiac artery variation, tumor staging, and Borrmann typing were factors that affected lymph node clearance in gastric cancer, and the number of lymph nodes dissection in patients with celiac artery variation was significantly less than that of non-variant groups (P 0.05). Univariate and multiple Cox regression analysis showed that celiac artery variation was not a prognostic factor for gastric cancer (P > 0.05). Tumor staging, intraoperative bleeding, and positive lymph node ratio were prognostic factors for gastric cancer patients (all P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The number of lymph nodes dissection in patients with celiac artery variation was reduced, but there was no obvious effect on prognosis. Therefore, lymph nodes around the abnormal hepatic artery may not need to be dissected in radical D2 lymphadenectomy.

Acquirement and degradation kinetics of anthocyanin from powdered blueberry were studied to analyze the degradation reason and improve the yield of anthocyanin under microwave assisted extraction(MAE)*** reflux extraction(HRE)method was employed as a reference with MAE to discriminate the influences of the microwave irradiation under the same extraction temperature at 30℃-70℃.Ethanol was selected as extraction *** volumetric heating improves the diffusion and solubility of anthocyanin within powdered blueberry particles in the pre-heating *** kinetic coefficients,in terms of delivery kinetic and diffusion kinetic,are lower in MAE than that in *** anthocyanins including delphinidin,cyanidin,malvidin and pelaronidin were detected in the anthocyanin extracts from ***,cyaniding,and pelargonidin contents significantly decrease,but malvidin was unchanged in *** yield increases with elevating extraction temperatures,but anthocyanin degradation occurred at 41.2℃.The acquirement amount of anthocyanin is lower than its degradation amount when microwave extraction temperature is higher than 53.6℃.The self-aggregation of anthocyanin molecules and degradation results in the reduction of anthocyanin yield extracted from blueberry *** MAE,microwave volumetric heating results in the rapidly elevated temperature in pre-heating stage and generation of internal pressure to improve the acquirement of anthocyanin and the non-thermal effect from microwave field may weak the effect of temperature to decline the degradation of anthocyanin to *** non-thermal microwave irradiation has pronounced effects compared to the effects of temperature on the structure changes of anthocyanin molecules at extraction temperature below 50℃.In HRE,convection mode of heat transfer in extraction system form the non-uniform distribution of temperature in the extraction vials to decrease the acquirement yield of anthocyanin from t

Au-Pd-Zr ternary alloy phase diagram at 25℃ was calculated by Panda phase calculation software,and the thermodynamic data were based on three binary alloy phase diagrams：Pd-Au,Au-Zr,and *** composition points in the ternary phase diagram were selected to predict the precipitation ***（32Au-32Pd-36Zr） of the five composition points in ternary phase diagram was chosen to verify the correctness of the phase diagram calculation and the precipitation order by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,energy dispersive spectroscopy（EDS）,and X-ray diffraction（XRD）.The unknown phase in XRD patterns was predicated by EDS and materials studio（MS） *** experimental results show that there are seven key ternary reactions points and 17 phase regions in all isothermal sections at 25℃.The thermodynamic process and microstructure for the alloy phase can be described in order according to the vertical section in phase *** phase compositions of the chosen one point are consistent with calculation *** unknown phase in XRD patterns should be Zr_2AuPd by the first principle X-ray simulation.

Nutritional assessment with different tools in leukemia patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Objective： Correct nutritional assessment is essential for leukemia patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT）. This study aimed to investigate the best nutritional assessment method for leukemia patients after HSCT, and find the possible nutritional risk of the patients during the transplantation process in order to intervene in the patients with nutritional risks and undernourished patients timely, so that the entire transplantation process could be successfully completed. Methods： A prospective study was performed in 108 leukemia patients after HSCT, and different nutritional assessment methods, including nutritional risk screening 2002 （NRS2002）, mini nutritional assessment （MNA）, subjective globe assessment （SGA） and malnutritional universal screening tools （MUST）, were used. The associations between nutritional status of these patients and nutritional assessment methods were analyzed. Results： A total of 108 patients completed SGA, and 99 patients completed NRS2002, MNA and MUST. During the treatment process, 85.2% of the patients lost weight, wherein, 50% lost weight greater than 5%, and 42.6% had significantly reduced food intake. For nutritional risk assessment, the positive rates of NRS2002, MNA and MUST were 100%, 74.7% and 63.6%, respectively. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05） among the positive rates of NRS2002, MNA and MUST. In undernutrition assessment, the positive rate of SGA （83.3%） was significantly higher than that of MNA （17.2%）（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of nutritional risk among leukemia patients _〈30 years old was greater than that of patients 〉30 years old （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Patients with leukemia were in poor nutritional status during and after HSCT. The leukemia patients 〈30 years old had a greater incidence rate of nutritional risk. With the rapid development of population and urbanization and the progress of lighting technology, the influence of artificial light sources has *** this context, the problem of light pollution has attracted wide *** studies have revealed that light pollution can affect biological living environments, human physical and mental health, astronomical observations and many other ***, organizations internationally have begun to advocate for measures to prevent light pollution, many of which are recognized by the International Dark-Sky Association(IDA).In addition to improving public awareness, legal protections, technical treatments and other means, the construction of Dark Sky Reserves(DSR) has proven to be an effective preventive *** far, as a pioneer practice in this field, the IDA has identified 11 DSRs *** on the DA requirements for DSRs, this paper utilizes NPP-VIIRS nighttime light data and other multi-source spatial data to analyze possible DSR sites in *** land of China was divided into more than ten thousand 30 km × 30 km fishnets, and constraint and suitable conditions were designated, respectively, as light and cloud conditions, and scale, traffic and attractiveness *** a multiple criteria evaluation, 1443 fishnets were finally selected as most suitable sites for the construction of *** found that less than 25% of China is not subject to light pollution, and less than 13% is suitable for DSR construction, primarily in western and northern areas, including Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu and Inner Mongolia.

Background: Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays an important role in pancreatic cancer (PC). In the present study, we investigated the effects of KAI1 gene overexpression on the EMT of human PC cell lines, MIA PaCa-2 and PACN-1. Methods: Plasmids overexpressing KAI1 and pCMV were transfected into MIA PaCa-2 and PACN-1 cells, respectively. After selection of differently transfected cells by G418, KAI1 protein levels were examined by Western blotting, and transfected cells were renamed as MIA PaCa-2-K, MIA PaCa-2-p, PACN-1-K and PACN-1-p. Wound healing and Transwell migration assays were then performed comparing the two groups of cells. EMT-related markers were analyzed by Western blotting. Results: The percentage of wound closure significantly decreased in MIA PaCa-2-K cells compared with MIA PaCa-2-p and MIA PaCa-2 cells after 24, 48 and 72 h ( P < 0.05). In PACN-1-K cells, the percentage of wound closure significantly decreased as well ( P < 0.05). Numbers of invading MIA PaCa-2, MIA PaCa-2-p and MIA PaCa-2-K cells were determined as 48.0 ±15.4, 50.0 ±12.4, and 12.0 ±3.8, respectively. The corresponding numbers of invading PACN-1, PACN-1-p and PACN-1-K cells were 29.0 ±10.6, 31.0 ±11.4, and 8.0 ±4.2, respectively. KAI1 overexpression induced a significant upregulation of E-cadherin and also significant downregulation of Snail, vimentin, matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2) and MMP9 (all P < 0.05) in PC cells. Conclusions: KAI1 reversed EMT-related marker expression and inhibited migration and invasion of PC cells. Thus, KAI1 might represent a novel potential therapeutic target for PC.

Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)represents the second most common type of stroke,with high mortality and disability rates.^([1,2])In 2010,there were approximately 5.3 million ICH cases,with 3 million deaths worldwide.^([1])However,there is still no validated medical treatment for ICH,with the role of surgery remaining controversial.^([2,3])Cusack et al^([4])demonstrated that lowering blood pressure rapidly in hypertensive ICH patients may be safe and at least partially effective in inhibiting hematoma expansion.
