Rechargeable aqueous zinc-iodine（Zn-I2） batteries are widely regarded as a promising contender for energy-storage devices,due to their intrinsic safety,low cost,and high ***,the severe shuttle effect of polyiodides and the large volume change of I2cathode induce severe capacity loss and poor electrochemical reversibility,hindering their commercial ***,we report that the low-cost gelatinized starch（Gstarch） can be used as a bifunctional binder for Zn-I2batteries to circumvent the above problems *** on both calculation and experimental data,it is demonstrated that the double-helix structure of G-starch with both α-1,4-and α-1,6-glycosidic bonds can strongly interact with polyiodides to suppress the shuttle ***,the G-starch with multiple hydrogen-bonded cross-linking networks exhibits a much-enhanced adhesion ability and can buffer the volume expansion of active *** contrast,the traditional carboxymethyl cellulose sodium-based aqueous binder lacks these *** a result,the G-starch binder enables the aqueous Zn-I2battery to achieve a high reversible capacity of212.4 mAh·g-1at 0.2 A·g-1after 1000 cycles and ultralong-cycling life over 48,000 cycles with 135.4 mAh·g-1and 89.6% capacity retention at 2 A·*** work develops a simple yet efficient strategy to construct highperformance Zn-I2batteries.

Diffusion bonding of as-cast Mg−6Gd−3Y magnesium alloy was carried out at temperatures of 400−480℃ with bonding pressure of 6 MPa for 90 *** bonded joints were solution treated at 495℃ for 14 h and then aged at 200℃ for 30 *** and mechanical properties of joints were *** results showed that rare earth elements and their compounds gathering at bonding interface hindered the grain boundary migration crossing bonding *** strength of as-bonded and as-solution treated joints increased firstly and then decreased with the bonding temperature increasing due to the combined effects of grain coarsening and solid-solution ***-bonded and solution-treated joints fractured at matrix except the joint bonded at 400℃,while aged joints fractured at bonding *** highest ultimate tensile strength of 279 MPa with elongation of 2.8%was found in joint bonded at 440℃ with solution treatment followed by aging treatment.

With the deepening of China’s power market, bilateral transactions will continue to grow in large scale. The release of bilateral transactions locked more regulatory resources of the power grid, will directly affect the operation mode of the unit and the implementation of planned electricity. In the paper, considering the large-scale bilateral trade effect on the peak regulation of power grid, energy saving and emission reduction, power system security and other factors, and then putting forward the method of long term generation planning and annual planning model to adapt to the safe operation of power grid in China. In the model, the target is minimizing the monthly load rate deviation and the annual electric quantity deviation rate, the latter includes the capacity factor. In addition, the constraints include the monthly quantity of electricity, adjustable utilization rate deviation, load rate, reserve and key sections, etc. Through an example to verify the correctness of the model, the planning and power transaction results can satisfy the peak regulation of load, energy saving and emission reduction and safety operation of the power grid requirements.

Characterization of petrophysical and seismic properties for CO2 storage with sensitivity analysis

Saline aquifers are considered as highly favored reservoirs for CO2sequestration due to their favorable properties. Understanding the impact of saline aquifer properties on the migration and distribution of CO2plume is crucial. This study focuses on four key parameters—permeability, porosity, formation pressure, and temperature—to characterize the reservoir and analyse the petrophysical and elastic response of CO2. First, we performed reservoir simulations to simulate CO2saturation, using multiple sets of these four parameters to examine their significance on CO2saturation and the plume migration ***, the effect of these parameters on the elastic properties is tested using rock physics *** established a relationship of compressional wave velocity（Vp） and quality factor（Qp） with the four key parameters, and conducted a sensitivity analysis to test their sensitivity to Vpand Qp. Finally, we utilized visco-acoustic wave equation simulated time-lapse seismic data based on the computed Vpand Qpmodels, and analysed the impact of CO2saturation changes on seismic data. As for the above numerical simulations and analysis, we conducted sensitivity analysis using both homogeneous and heterogeneous models. Consistent results are found between homogeneous and heterogeneous models. The permeability is the most sensitive parameter to the CO2saturation, while porosity emerges as the primary factor affecting both Qpand Vp. Both Qpand Vpincrease with the porosity, which contradicts the observations in gas reservoirs. The seismic simulations highlight significant variations in the seismic response to different parameters. We provided analysis for these observations, which serves as a valuable reference for comprehensive CO2integrity analysis, time-lapse monitoring, injection planning and site selection.

Recent observations by pulsar timing array collaborations have detected a stochastic common-spectrum signal, which may originate from scalar-induced gravitational waves generated by primordial curvature perturbations during *** the NANOGrav 15-year data set, we explore this hypothesis by constraining the primordial curvature power spectrum and reheating energy scale. We model the primordial power spectrum with a lognormal form and consider reheating with the equation of state parameter w = 1/6. Our Bayesian analysis reveals a narrow peak in the primordial power spectrum(the width of the spectrum △ < 0.05 at the 95% confidence level) and constrains the reheating temperature to be 0.03 GeV

High strength steels exhibit superior mechanical properties due to the unique microstructure,which successfully solves the drawback of the inevitable strength-toughness trade-off that occurs in traditional *** we investigated the effect of matrix and precipitates on mechanical properties of Cr-Ni-Mo-V/Nb steel after water quenching and tempering(150-500℃).The results showed that the microstructure of the present steel is noticeably tuned by changing the tempering *** excellent combination of strength(a yield strength of 1308 MPa with a total elongation of 8.2%)and toughness(Charpy V-notch impact toughness of 40.5 J/cm^(2))is obtained upon tempering at 200℃.This is attributed to the lath martensite containing high dislocation density,the martensite-twin substructure,and the strengthening effects of the precipitated needle-likeε-carbides and spherical VC *** acicularε-carbides are replaced by the rod-shaped Fe_(3)C at the tempering temperature of 350℃,resulting in the remarkable deterioration in strength,hardness,and *** carbides formed at a tempering temperature of 500℃ are beneficial to the enhancement of the elongation and toughness,but the strength decreases due to the matrix softening caused by the recovery of dislocation.

The design and synthesis of vanadium-based denitration catalysts with low-temperature activity pose significant challenges in the field of toxic gas *** this study,we have developed a novel approach to fabricate highly efficient V2O5-WO3/TiO2monolithic mesh catalysts for NOxreduction at low ***,TiO2nanosheets with strong adhesion and large surface area were grown on Ti mesh using plasma electrolytic oxidation technology and hydrothermal ***,super-small traces of WO3and V2O5active nano-species were subsequently deposited on TiO2nanosheets using the deposition-precipitation *** to traditional ceramic-based V2O5-WO3/TiO2catalysts,our V2O5-WO3/TiO2monolithic mesh catalyst exhibits superior mechanical performance,excellent thermal conductivity,lower pressure drop,higher utilization of active components,and stronger synergistic ***,the V2O5-WO3/TiO2monolithic mesh catalysts exhibited excellent low-temperature catalytic activity with 98% of NOxconversion at 220℃,and remarkable long-term SO2tolerance and water resistance in the selective catalytic reduction（SCR） of NOxwith *** SCR reaction of tiny V2O5and WO3active species supported on TiO2nanosheets directly demonstrated to follow the Eley-Rideal mechanism by in situ infrared spectra.
