Establishing supply chains for future ammonia energy systems requires the development of efficient materials and processes for ammonia production under mild *** researches disclose unique functionalities of binary alkali and alkaline earth metal hydrides in mediating ammonia *** to the rich compositional and structural properties of the metalhydrogen system,we herein report that LiBaH3,as a narrow band gap perovskite hydride,exhibits a strong response to visible light ***,hydridic hydrogen undergoes reductive elimination of producing H2and creates an electron-rich *** an environment favors dinitrogen fixation to form N–H *** on this chemical property,a chemical looping ammonia synthesis process mediated by LiBaH3and driven by both photo and thermal energies was proposed and *** work demonstrates that hydride perovskites are promising candidates for mediating photo-assisted nitrogen fixation reactions.

Understanding the mechanical properties of the lithologies is crucial to accurately determine the horizontal stress *** investigate the correlation between the rock mass properties and maximum horizontal stress,the three-dimensional(3D)stress tensors at 89 measuring points determined using an improved overcoring technique in nine mines in China were adopted,a newly defined characteristic parameter C_(ERP)was proposed as an indicator for evaluating the structural properties of rock masses,and a fuzzy relation matrix was established using the information distribution *** results indicate that both the vertical stress and horizontal stress exhibit a good linear growth relationship with *** is no remarkable correlation between the elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio and depth,and the distribution of data points is scattered and ***,there is no obvious relationship between the rock quality designation(RQD)and *** maximum horizontal stress σ_(H) is a function of rock properties,showing a certain linear relationship with the C_(ERP)at the same *** addition,the overall change trend of σ_(H) determined by the established fuzzy identification method is to increase with the increase of C_(ERP).The fuzzy identification method also demonstrates a relatively detailed local relationship betweenσ_H and C_(ERP),and the predicted curve rises in a fluctuating way,which is in accord well with the measured stress data.

Exploring the spatio-temporal interactions between "spatial-economic-demographic" carbon strength and ecosystem services can effectively reveal the correlation and evolutionary differences between human social development and natural ecology under land-use change and provide a reference for comprehensive and high-quality development in the region under the goal of"double carbon."Taking the Shandong Section of the Yellow River Basin as an example，ecosystem services and carbon strengths of spatial，economic，and demographic dimensions were measured at the county scale from 2000 to 2020，the interaction elasticity index（IEI）was built to quantify the spatio-temporal interactions between each dimension's carbon strengths and ecosystem services，and the pattern of multi-dimensional interaction zoning and countermeasure suggestions were explored. The results showed that：① The spatial and demographic carbon strengths were mainly changed positively，whereas the economic carbon strength was more negatively changed;the high values of the composite index of ecosystem services were concentrated in the east，and the index showed an overall increasing trend. ② The interaction between spatial and demographic carbon strength and ecosystem services was an ecological absolute decline relationship from 2005 to 2010，the ecological absolute increase relationship increased from 2010 to 2020，and the interaction between economic carbon strength and ecosystem services was dominated by an ecological invisible increase relationship. ③ The pattern of multi-dimensional interaction zoning was characterized by significant spatial and temporal variations，with the number of three-dimensional ideal interaction zones being the highest from 2010 to 2015，and two-dimensional undesirable interaction zones being the most widespread type of zoning. Doubly-Fed Pumped Storage Units Participation in Frequency Regulation Control Strategy for New Energy Power Systems Based on Model Predictive Control

Large-scale new energy grid connection leads to the weakening of the system frequency regulation capability,and the system frequency stability is facing unprecedented *** order to solve rapid frequency fluctuation caused by new energy units,this paper proposes a new energy power system frequency regulation strategy with multiple units including the doubly-fed pumped storage unit(DFPSU).Firstly,based on the model predictive control(MPC)theory,the state space equations are established by considering the operating characteristics of the units and the dynamic behavior of the system;secondly,the proportional-differential control link is introduced to minimize the frequency deviation to further optimize the frequency modulation(FM)output of the DFPSU and inhibit the rapid fluctuation of the frequency;lastly,it is verified on theMatlab/Simulink simulation platform,and the results show that the model predictive control with proportional-differential control link can further release the FM potential of the DFPSU,increase the depth of its FM,effectively reduce the frequency deviation of the system and its rate of change,realize the optimization of the active output of the DFPSU and that of other units,and improve the frequency response capability of the system.

Mercury(Hg),especially methylmercury(MeHg),accumulation in rice grain due to rice paddy possessing conditions conducive to Hg methylation has led to human Hg exposure through consumption of rice-based daily *** addition to being a food staple,rice is widely used as a raw material to produce a vast variety of processed food *** is known about Hg levels in snacking rice-food products and potential Hg exposure from consumption of them,besides previous studies on infant rice *** to provide complementary information for a more complete assessment on Hg exposure risk originated from Hgcontaining rice,this study determined total Hg(THg)and MeHg levels in 195 rice-containing and rice-free processed food products covering all major types of snack foods marketed in China and the estimated daily intake(EDI)of dietary Hg from the consumption of these *** results clearly showed THg and MeHg contents in rice-containing foods were significantly higher than rice-free products,suggesting the transfer of Hg and MeHg from the rice to the end products,even after manufacturing ***,significant positive correlations were observed between THg,MeHg,or MeHg/THg ratio and rice content for samples containing multiple grains as ingredients,further indicating the deciding role of rice for Hg levels in the end food *** the EDI of THg and MeHg via ricebased food products were relatively low compared to the reference dose,it should be considered these snacking food products would contribute additive Hg intake outside of the daily regular meals.

The seemingly useless reeds are prepared as thermal insulation materials,which not only meet the requirements of environmental sustainability but also enhance the added value of reeds,creating new economic *** hydrophobicity of raw biomass surfaces leads to problems such as weak bonding strength and non-dense structure in the formed materials,as well as issues related to the residual insect infestations on the *** this study,reed straw was used as the raw material,and foamed geopolymer was used as the binder to prepare building insulation materials based *** improve the interfacial adhesion performance between reed straw and foamed geopolymer,a thermochemical modification method-thermal carbonization,was *** this study,the mechanical properties and hydraulic properties of the studied materials with different degrees of surface thermal modification were tested,especially the fire resistance performance,and weathering resistance performance rarely found in published *** the surface thermal modification condition of reed straw was 250℃(30 min),the comprehensive performance of reed-based building insulation materials was the best,when the studied material density was 321.3 kg/m^(3);the compressive strength was 0.59 MPa;the thermal conductivity was 0.101 W/(m·K);the pH was 11.27;the moisture absorption rate was 25.1%,and the compressive strength loss rate in wet-dry cycles was 18.5%.In addition,it had excellent fire resistance performance and weathering resistance *** new material can be widely used to improve the thermal insulation of traditional buildings and as sandwich filler in prefabricated buildings,such as preparing insulating walls.

Shotcrete is one of the common solutions for shallow *** works by forming a protective layer with high strength and cementing the loose soil particles on the slope surface to prevent shallow ***,the solidification time of conventional cement paste is long when shotcrete is used to treat cohesionless soil *** idea of reinforcing slope with polyurethane solidified soil(i.e.,mixture of polyurethane and sand)was *** tests and finite element analysis were carried out to study the effectiveness of the proposed new method on the emergency treatment of cohesionless soil *** loading on the crest of the slope was applied step by step until landslide was triggered so as to test and compare the stability and bearing capacity of slope models with different *** simulated slope displacements were relatively close to the measured results,and the simulated slope deformation characteristics were in good agreement with the observed phenomena,which verifies the accuracy of the numerical *** the condition of surcharge loading on the crest of the slope,the unreinforced slope slid when the surcharge loading exceeded 30 k Pa,which presented a failure mode of local instability and collapse at the shallow layer of slope *** reinforced slope remained stable even when the surcharge loading reached 48 k *** displacement of the reinforced slope was reduced by more than 95%.Overall,this study verifies the effectiveness of polyurethane in the emergency treatment of cohesionless soil landslide and should have broad application prospects in the field of geological disasters concerning the safety of people's live.

Squeezed reservoir engineering is a powerful technique in quantum information that combines the features of squeezing and reservoir engineering to create and stabilize non-classical quantum states. In this paper, we focus on the previously neglected aspect of the impact of the squeezing phase on the precision of quantum phase and amplitude estimation based on a simple model of a two-level system(TLS) interacting with a squeezed reservoir. We derive the optimal squeezed phase-matching conditions for phase φ and amplitude θ parameters, which are crucial for enhancing the precision of quantum parameter estimation. The robustness of the squeezing-enhanced quantum Fisher information against departures from these conditions is examined, demonstrating that minor deviations from phase-matching can still result in remarkable precision of estimation. Additionally, we provide a geometric interpretation of the squeezed phase-matching conditions from the classical motion of a TLS on the Bloch sphere. Our research contributes to a deeper understanding of the operational requirements for employing squeezed reservoir engineering to advance quantum parameter estimation.

Plant-derived natural products have long been a vital source for developing therapeutic drugs. Wedelolactone(WDL), a coumestan isolated from Eclipta prostrata, Wedelia calendulacea, Wedelia chinensis, and Sphagneticola trilobata, demonstrates a broad spectrum of therapeutic potential, including anticancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-obesity, anti-myotoxic,antimicrobial, anti-diabetic, and tissue-protective activities. This review synthesizes information on the isolation, total synthesis, pharmacological activity, underlying mechanisms, and pharmacokinetic properties of WDL. Additionally, it offers insights into potential clinical applications and future drug discovery avenues utilizing WDL or its derivatives, either independently or in combination with other pharmaceuticals.
