Under the influence of special terrain and climatic conditions,lightning weather in Ulanqab City is more frequent from June to August,and lightning disaster has become one of the important tasks of disaster prevention and *** this paper,based on the characteristics of lightning weather in Ulanqab City,the impact of lightning disaster on the city was analyzed,and lightning protection measures,such as strengthening supervision of lightning protection safety,establishing a long-term lightning protection mechanism,doing a good job in lightning protection construction and detection in key places,and further improving public awareness of lightning protection,were put forward to reduce and avoid urban lightning disasters as much as possible and ensure urban safety.

The wetlands on the Zoige Plateau have experienced serious degradation,with most of the original marsh being converted to marsh meadow or *** on the 3 wetland degradation stages,we determined the effects of wetland degradation on the structure and relative abundance of nitrogencycling(nitrogen-fixing,ammonia-oxidizing,and denitrifying) microbial communities in 3 soil types(intact wetland:marsh soil;early degrading wetland:marsh meadow soil;and degraded wetland:meadow soil) using *** structure and relative abundance of nitrogen-cycling microbial communities differed in the 3 soil *** was the predominant phylum in most soil samples but the most abundant soil nitrogenfixing and denitrifying microbial bacteria differed at the class,order,family,and genus levels among the 3soil *** the genus level,the majority of nitrogenfixing bacterium sequences related to Bradyrhizobium were from marsh and marsh meadow soils;whereas those related to Geobacter originated from meadow *** majority of ammonia-oxidizing bacterium sequences related to Nitrosospira were from marsh(except for the 40-60 cm layer),marsh meadow and meadow soils;whereas those related to Candidatus Solibacter originated from 40-60 cm layer of marsh *** majority of denitrifying bacterium sequences related to Candidatus Solibacter and Anaeromyxobacter were from marsh and meadow soils;whereas those related to Herbaspirillum originated from meadow *** distribution of operational taxonomic units(OTUs)and species were correlated with soil type based upon Venn and Principal Coordinates Analysis(PCoA).Changes in soil type,caused by different water regimes were the most important factors influencing compositional changes in the nitrogen-fixing,ammonia-oxidizing,and denitrifying microbial communities.

腐殖化过程是赤泥土壤化及堆场生态修复的重要环节。本研究采用腐殖质分级和高通量测序技术,探究了秸秆和磷石膏联用对赤泥腐殖质组分和微生物群落的影响。结果表明,秸秆-磷石膏联用显著增加赤泥胡敏酸和富里酸含量,提高微生物群落多样性和丰富度,促进赤泥腐殖化过程。施用秸秆后,赤泥中葡萄糖苷酶、纤维素水解酶、多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶分别升高7.15~8.76倍、5.64~7.12倍、2.69~4.57倍和2.59~4.24倍,显著增加Devosiaceae、Rhizobiaceae、Flavobacteriaceae、Caulobacteraceae和Cellvibrionaceae等具有纤维素降解和固氮功能微生物类群相对丰度,提高微生物群落稳定性。研究结果为外源生物质促进腐殖质累积、驱动赤泥成土进程提供科学依据。

京津冀地区臭氧与温度的关系研究

为探究气象条件对臭氧(O_(3))长期变化趋势的影响,基于京津冀地区多站点长时间序列污染物和气象观测数据对两种气候惩罚因子进行统计分析.结果表明,2016年之后,京津冀地区O_(3)对温度的敏感性增强.对比2016年前后两个时期(2010~2015年,P2;2016~2020年,P3)的区域气象条件发现高温是导致这种现象的主要气象原因.P3时期的高温日数出现频率比P2时期偏高0.6%~5.1%,而这种高温日的频繁发生与京津冀地区在P3时期受焚风影响增多有关.P3阶段具备焚风发生条件的日数频率是P2时期的2.7倍,焚风条件下高温天气的发生频率是非焚风条件下的1.0~1.9倍.这种O_(3)对温度的敏感性增强意味着一旦气象条件有利于O_(3)污染的发生,O_(3)浓度会在短时间内达到与温度相关的最大反应速率,从而使高浓度O_(3)维持更长时间.与北京相比,京津冀其他地区的O_(3)污染形势更为严峻,需持续加强区域污染的联防联治,协同减排.

温度对中国鲎幼体蜕壳及成活的影响

为了评价温度对中国鲎(Tachypleus tridentatus)幼体培育效果的影响,在实验室条件下利用自行设计的中国鲎幼体培育系统,比较了仔鲎和稚鲎在4种水温(25、28、31和34℃)条件下的蜕壳率、蜕壳时间和死亡率。结果表明,经过120d的培育,仔稚鲎的总存活率在各温度组之间无显著差异(P>0.05),但较高培育温度能显著促进仔稚鲎蜕壳。实验结束时, 34℃组多数幼体为4龄稚鲎,部分已进入5龄; 31℃组多数为4龄稚鲎; 28℃组多数为3龄稚鲎,部分进入4龄;25℃组多数为2龄稚鲎,仅少数个体进入3龄。在实验期间内,1龄仔鲎的死亡率为6.00%～19.33%,其中25℃温度组1龄仔鲎的死亡率显著高于31℃和34℃温度组(P0.05); 2～4龄稚鲎的死亡率在不同温度组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。1龄仔鲎最早蜕壳时间在不同温度组之间差异显著(P<0.05),水温越高,开始出现蜕壳的时间越早。根据各龄幼体蜕壳的加权平均时间和最早蜕壳时间推测,在25～34℃条件下,2～4龄幼体各龄期发育所需时间介于27～43d。1龄期的发育时间受温度的影响显著大于2龄以上幼体。综合分析,在适宜温度范围内,水温升高能有效促进中国鲎仔鲎和稚鲎蜕壳, 31℃和34℃均能获得很好的培育效果。结果提示,在室内大规模培育大规格稚鲎是可行的,鲎卵孵出1龄仔鲎后,应及时采用较高温度进行培育,使其能尽快发育蜕壳进入2龄,避免低温导致仔鲎进入滞育状态。
