Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)might have great effect on ecological security and human *** are important reservoirs that receive tremendous amounts of pollutants ***,information on the proliferation of ARGs in seawater is still *** study performed field sampling to investigate the occurrence and distribution of ARGs in seawater of the South China Sea,which is the deepest and largest sea in *** results showed that the total absolute abundances of ARGs in seawater samples ranged from 2.1×10^(3)to 2.3×10^(4)copies/mL,with an of 5.0×10^(3)copies/mL and a range of 2.2×10^(3)–1.8×10^(4)copies/mL for those with mobile genetic elements(MGEs).Genes resistant to multidrug,aminoglycoside,tetracycline,and fluoroquinolone antibiotics accounted for 77.3%–88.6%of total ARGs in *** and Cyanobacteria represented 32.1%–56.2%and 30.4%–49.5%of microbial community,***_MIT9313 and Clade_la were the prevalent genera in seawater of the South China *** co-occurrence relationship existed among ARGs,MGEs,and *** activities had critical influence on ARGs and *** wastewater,wastewater treatment plant effluent,sewage,aquaculture tailwater,and runoff were determined as the important sources of ARGs in seawater of the South China Sea based on positive matrix factorization analysis.

Laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)is considered to be one of the most promising additive manufacturing technologies for producing components with geometries and high geometrical precision that are unattainable by traditional *** superalloy exhibits exceptional mechanical and high-temperature performances,rendering it a prime candidate for advanced aero-engine *** the high demand for LPBF-manufactured superalloys,the superalloy is one of the materials manufactured difficultly by LPBF due to their large laser absorptivity fluctuation,poor molten pool stability and sharp temperature ***,superalloys are characterized by severe pores,undesirable coarse columnar grains and poor mechanical *** this work,the effect of nano-TiN particles on defects,molten pool characteristics and microstructure and performance of the composites were *** 4.5 wt%TiN/Haynes230 samples exhibited exceptional nanohardness and elastic modulus with maximum values reaching 5.53 GPa and 240.03 GPa,*** superior mechanical properties were attributed to the combined effects of spatter and gas pore inhibition,grain refinement and duplex nanophases ***,the stability of molten pool was enhanced,and spatter was effectively suppressed by adding nano-TiN particles,while grain refinement and columnar to equiaxed transitions were ***,the matrix exhibited a high dislocation density due to a significant hindrance of dislocation movement caused by massive nano-phases(e.g.,TiN and M_(23)C_(6)),resulting in the formation of extensive dislocation tangles and *** work offers novel insights into the role of nanoparticles reinforced superalloy composites by LPBF.

Low carbon development of blast furnaces is one of the key technological directions in the current development of *** to the differences in the physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and carbon,hydrogen-rich media entering a blast furnace will change the heat distribution,thus affecting the stability of ***,a heat distribution model was proposed to study the temperature distribution in a blast furnace,simultaneously considering gas-solid heat exchange,slag and iron melting,and chemical *** model was used to analyze the temperature distribution of a 2300 m^(3) blast furnace and was verified via comparison with actual production ***,the effects of the injection rate of hydrogen-rich media,H2 concentration,and oxygen enrichment rate of the blast on the temperature distribution were *** indicated that the increase in the injection rate of the hydrogen-rich media decreased the amount of direct reduction and led to an increase in the furnace ***,an increase in the oxygen enrichment rate led to a decrease in the furnace temperature,but could reduce the solid fuel ratio,while the change in H2 concentration had less effect on the temperature *** combination of hydrogen-rich media injection and the increase in the oxygen enrichment rate would help to adjust the temperature distribution to the same level as the conventional blast furnace conditions.

Deep oil and gas reservoirs are under high-temperature conditions, but traditional coring methods do not consider temperature-preserved measures and ignore the influence of temperature on rock porosity and permeability, resulting in distorted resource assessments. The development of in situ temperaturepreserved coring(ITP-Coring) technology for deep reservoir rock is urgent, and thermal insulation materials are key. Therefore, hollow glass microsphere/epoxy resin thermal insulation materials(HGM/EP materials) were proposed as thermal insulation materials. The materials properties under coupled hightemperature and high-pressure(HTHP) conditions were tested. The results indicated that high pressures led to HGM destruction and that the materials water absorption significantly increased; additionally,increasing temperature accelerated the process. High temperatures directly caused the thermal conductivity of the materials to increase; additionally, the thermal conduction and convection of water caused by high pressures led to an exponential increase in the thermal conductivity. High temperatures weakened the matrix, and high pressures destroyed the HGM, which resulted in a decrease in the tensile mechanical properties of the materials. The materials entered the high elastic state at 150.C, and the mechanical properties were weakened more obviously, while the pressure led to a significant effect when the water absorption was above 10%. Meanwhile, the tensile strength/strain were 13.62 MPa/1.3%and 6.09 MPa/0.86% at 100.C and 100 MPa, respectively, which meet the application requirements of the self-designed coring device. Finally, K46-f40 and K46-f50 HGM/EP materials were proven to be suitable for ITP-Coring under coupled conditions below 100.C and 100 MPa. Owing to the promising therapeutic effect and one-time treatment advantage, gene therapy may completely change the management of eye diseases, especially retinal diseases. Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is considered one of the most promising viral gene delivery tools because it can infect various types of tissues and is considered as a relatively safe gene delivery vector. The eye is one of the most popular organs for gene therapy, since its limited volume is suitable for small doses of AAV stably transduction. Recently, an increasing number of clinical trials of AAV-mediated gene therapy are underway. This review summarizes the biological functions of AAV and its application in the treatment of various ocular diseases, as well as the characteristics of different AAV delivery routes in clinical applications. here, the latest research progresses in AAV-mediated gene editing and silencing strategies to modify that the genetic ocular diseases are systematically outlined, especially by base editing and prime editing. We discuss the progress of AAV in ocular optogenetic therapy. We also summarize the application of AAV-mediated gene therapy in animal models and the difficulties in its clinical transformation.

Crude oil scheduling optimization is an effective method to enhance the economic benefits of oil *** uncertainties,including uncertain demands of crude distillation units(CDUs),might make the production plans made by the traditional deterministic optimization models infeasible.A data-driven Wasserstein distributionally robust chance-constrained(WDRCC)optimization approach is proposed in this paper to deal with demand uncertainty in crude oil ***,a new deterministic crude oil scheduling optimization model is developed as the basis of this *** Wasserstein distance is then used to build ambiguity sets from historical data to describe the possible realizations of probability distributions of uncertain demands.A cross-validation method is advanced to choose suitable radii for these ambiguity *** deterministic model is reformulated as a WDRCC optimization model for crude oil scheduling to guarantee the demand constraints hold with a desired high probability even in the worst situation in ambiguity *** proposed WDRCC model is transferred into an equivalent conditional value-at-risk representation and further derived as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming *** case studies from a real-world refinery are conducted to show the effectiveness of the proposed ***-of-sample tests demonstrate that the solution of the WDRCC model is more robust than those of the deterministic model and the chance-constrained model.
