This study is the result of long-term efforts of the authors’team to assess ground response of gob-side entry by roof cutting(GSERC)with hard main roof,aiming at scientific control for GSERC deformation.A comprehensive field measurement program was conducted to determine entry deformation,roof fracture zone,and anchor bolt(cable)*** results indicate that GSERC deformation presents asymmetric *** maximum convergence near roof cutting side is 458 mm during the primary use process and 1120 mm during the secondary reuse *** entry deformation is closely associated with the primary development stage,primary use stage,and secondary reuse *** key block movement of roof cutting structure,a complex stress environment,and a mismatch in the supporting design scheme are the failure mechanism of GSERC.A controlling ideology for mining states,including regional and stage divisions,was *** dynamic and permanent support schemes have been implemented in the *** practice results indicate that the new support scheme can efficiently ensure long-term entry safety and could be a reliable approach for other engineering practices.

As a classic noninvasive physiotherapy,photobiomodulation,also known as low-level laser therapy,is widely used for the treatment of many diseases and has anti-inflammatory and tissue repair *** has been shown to promote spinal cord injury *** our previous study,we found that 810 nm low-level laser therapy reduced the M1 polarization of macrophages and promoted motor function ***,the mechanism underlying this inhibitory effect is not *** recent years,transcriptome sequencing analysis has played a critical role in elucidating the progression of ***,in this study,we performed M1 polarization on induced mouse bone marrow macrophages and applied low-level laser *** sequencing results showed the differential gene expression profile of photobiomodulation regulating macrophage *** analyzed these genes using gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment *** of protein-protein interactions and competing RNA endogenous networks were *** found that photobiomodulation inhibited STAT3 expression through increasing the expression of miR-330-5p,and that miR-330-5p binding to STAT3 inhibited STAT3 *** nitric oxide synthase showed trends in changes similar to the changes in STAT3 ***,we treated a mouse model of spinal cord injury using photobiomodulation and confirmed that photobiomodulation reduced inducible nitric oxide synthase and STAT3 expression and promoted motor function recovery in spinal cord injury *** findings suggest that STAT3 may be a potential target of photobiomodulation,and the miR-330-5p/STAT3 pathway is a possible mechanism by which photobiomodulation has its biological effects.

Increasing evidence indicates that mitochonarial lission imbalance plays an important role in derayed neuronal cell death. Our previous study round that photo biomodulation improved the motor function of rats with spinal cord ***,the precise mechanism remains *** investigate the effect of photo biomodulation on mitochondrial fission imbalance after spinal cord injury,in this study,we treated rat models of spinal co rd injury with 60-minute photo biomodulation(810 nm,150 mW) every day for 14 consecutive *** electron microscopy results confirmed the swollen and fragmented alte rations of mitochondrial morphology in neurons in acute(1 day) and subacute(7 and 14 days) *** biomodulation alleviated mitochondrial fission imbalance in spinal cord tissue in the subacute phase,reduced neuronal cell death,and improved rat posterior limb motor function in a time-dependent *** findings suggest that photobiomodulation targets neuronal mitochondria,alleviates mitochondrial fission imbalance-induced neuronal apoptosis,and thereby promotes the motor function recovery of rats with spinal cord injury.

In this paper, we are concerned with the Riesz transform on the direct product manifold H^(n)× M,where H^(n) is the n-dimensional real hyperbolic space, and M is a connected complete non-compact Riemannian manifold satisfying the volume doubling property and generalized Gaussian or sub-Gaussian upper estimates for the heat kernel. We establish its weak type(1, 1) property. In addition, we obtain the weak type(1, 1) of the heat maximal operator in the same setting. Our arguments also work for a large class of direct product manifolds with exponential volume growth. Particularly, we provide a simpler proof of weak type(1, 1) boundedness of some operators considered in the work of Li et al.(2016).

The most critical part of a neutron computed tomography(NCT) system is the image processing algorithm,which directly affects the quality and speed of the reconstructed *** types of noise in the system can degrade the quality of the reconstructed ***,to improve the quality of the reconstructed images of NCT systems,efficient image processing algorithms must be *** anisotropic diffusion filtering(ADF) algorithm can not only effectively suppress the noise in the projection data,but also preserve the image edge structure information by reducing the diffusion at the image ***,we propose the application of the ADF algorithm for NCT image *** compare the performance of different algorithms in NCT systems,we reconstructed images using the ordered subset simultaneous algebraic reconstruction technique(OS-SART) algorithm with different regular terms as image processing *** the iterative reconstruction,we selected two image processing algorithms,the Total Variation and split Bregman solved total variation algorithms,for comparison with the performance of the ADF ***,the filtered back-projection algorithm was used for comparison with an iterative *** reconstructing the projection data of the numerical and clock models,we compared and analyzed the effects of each algorithm applied in the NCT *** on the reconstruction results,OS-SART-ADF outperformed the other algorithms in terms of denoising,preserving the edge structure,and suppressing *** example,when the 3D Shepp–Logan was reconstructed at 25 views,the root mean square error of OS-SART-ADF was the smallest among the four iterative algorithms,at only *** universal quality index,mean structural similarity,and correlation coefficient of the reconstructed image were the largest among all algorithms,with values of 0.9877,0.9878,and 0.9887,respectively.
