Titanium-based composite coatings reinforced by in situ synthesized TiB and TiC particles were successfully fabricated on Ti6Al4V by laser cladding using Ti-B_4C-Al or Ti-B_4C-C-Al powders as the precursor *** microstructural and metallographic analyses were made by X-ray diffraction（XRD）,optical microscope（OM）,scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,and electron probe microanalysis （EPMA）.The results show that the coatings are mainly composed ofα-Ti cellular dendrites and a eutectic transformation product in which a large number of coarse and fine needle-shaped TiB and a few equiaxial TiC particles are homogeneously embedded.A thin dilution zone with a thickness of about 100μm is present at the interface,and it consists of a few TiB and TiC reinforcements and a large number of lamella grains growing parallel to the heat flux direction in which a thin needle-shaped microstructure exists due to the martensitic transformation. The microstructural evolution can be divided into four stages：precipitation and growth of primaryβ-Ti phase,formation of the binary eutecticumβ-Ti＋TiB,formation of the ternary eutecticumβ-Ti＋TiB＋TiC,and solid transformation fromβ-Ti toα-Ti.

BACKGROUND Research has found that the amygdala plays a significant role in underlying pathology of major depressive disorder(MDD).However,few studies have explored machine learning-assisted diagnostic biomarkers based on amygdala functional connectivity(FC).AIM To investigate the analysis of neuroimaging biomarkers as a streamlined approach for the diagnosis of MDD in *** Forty-four adolescents diagnosed with MDD and 43 healthy controls were enrolled in the *** resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging,the FC was compared between the adolescents with MDD and the healthy controls,with the bilateral amygdala serving as the seed point,followed by statistical analysis of the *** support vector machine(SVM)method was then applied to classify functional connections in various brain regions and to evaluate the neurophysiological characteristics associated with *** Compared to the controls and using the bilateral amygdala as the region of interest,patients with MDD showed significantly lower FC values in the left inferior temporal gyrus,bilateral calcarine,right lingual gyrus,and left superior occipital ***,there was an increase in the FC value in *** SVM analysis revealed that the reduction in the FC value in the right lingual gyrus could effectively differentiate patients with MDD from healthy controls,achieving a diagnostic accuracy of 83.91%,sensitivity of 79.55%,specificity of 88.37%,and an area under the curve of 67.65%.CONCLUSION The results showed that an abnormal FC value in the right lingual gyrus was effective as a neuroimaging biomarker to distinguish patients with MDD from healthy controls.

AIM： To establish nude mouse human gastric cancer orthotopic transplantation models using OB glue paste technique. METHODS： Using OB glue paste technique, orthtopic transplantation models were established by implanting SGC-7901 and NKN-45 human gastric cancer cell strains into the gastric wall of nude mice. Biological features, growth of the implanted tumors, the success rate of transplantation and the rate of auto-metastasis of the two models were observed. RESULTS： The success rates of orthotopic transplanration of the two models were 94.20% and 96%. The rates of hepatic metastasis, pulmonary metastasis, peritoneal metastasis, lymphocytic metastasis and splenic metastasis were 42.13% and 94.20%, 48.43% and 57.97%, 30.83% and 36.96%, 67.30% and 84.06%, and 59.75% and 10.53%, respectively. The occurrence of ascites was 47.80% and 36.96%. CONCLUSION： OB glue paste technique is easy to follow. The biological behaviors of the nude mouse human gastric cancer orthotopic transplantation models established with this technique are similar to the natural processes of growth and metastasis of human gastric cancer, and, therefore, can be used as an ideal model for experimental research of proliferative metastasis of tumors.

为了考察超声速混合层混合、燃烧流场特性,并探索其被动增强方法,利用高速纹影、自发辐射成像和平面激光诱导荧光(PLIF)技术对压力匹配条件下的超声速混合层在不同隔板构型下的流场特性进行研究.结果表明:相对于对混合层混合的影响,凹腔对燃烧的影响明显受到抑制;尾部交错结构隔板促进混合层流向涡的产生,大大提高了混合层内燃烧强度.

To the Editor:Organ donation after the citizen’s death program was fully launched in China in *** to the allocation regulations of donated organs,all donated lungs must be allocated through the China Organ Transplant Response System(COTRS,***).[1]To fully optimize the implementation of organ transportation sharing policy and coordinate multiple government departments and social groups involved in the process,the"Green Channel of Human Organ Transport(GCHOT)"was established on May 6th,2016 in China[Supplementary Figure 1,http://***/CM9/A431].[2]In this study,we reviewed and compared the status of lung transportation between the pre-and post-GCHOT periods based on data collected from the largest lung transplantation(LT)center in Wuxi,Jiangsu,China,with the aim of introducing the detailed process and implementation of GCHOT in China.

Sodium-ion batteries have emerged as competitive substitutes for low-temperature applications due to severe capacity loss and safety concerns of lithium-ion batteries at−20°C or ***,the key capability of ultrafast charging at ultralow temperature for SIBs is rarely ***,a hybrid of Bi nanoparticles embedded in carbon nanorods is demonstrated as an ideal material to address this issue,which is synthesized via a high temperature shock *** a hybrid shows an unprecedented rate performance(237.9 mAh g^(−1)at 2 A g^(−1))at−60℃,outperforming all reported SIB anode *** with a Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)cathode,the energy density of the full cell can reach to 181.9 Wh kg^(−1)at−40°*** on this work,a novel strategy of high-rate activation is proposed to enhance performances of Bi-based materials in cryogenic conditions by creating new active sites for interfacial reaction under large current.

This work reveals the significant effects of cobalt(Co)on the microstructure and impact toughness of as-quenched highstrength steels by experimental characterizations and thermo-kinetic *** results show that the Co-bearing steel exhibits finer blocks and a lower ductile-brittle transition temperature than the steel without ***,the Co-bearing steel reveals higher transformation rates at the intermediate stage with bainite volume fraction ranging from around 0.1 to *** improved impact toughness of the Co-bearing steel results from the higher dense block boundaries dominated by the V1/V2 variant ***,the addition of Co induces a larger transformation driving force and a lower bainite start temperature(BS),thereby contributing to the refinement of blocks and the increase of the V1/V2 variant *** findings would be instructive for the composition,microstructure design,and property optimization of high-strength steels.

The global spin alignment of vector mesons has been observed by the STAR collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider （RHIC） at Brookhaven National Laboratory （BNL）.It provides a unique opportunity to probe the correlation between the polarized quark and antiquark in the strongly coupled quark-gluon plasma （sQGP） produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions,opening a new window to explore the properties of s *** addition,spin alignments of vector mesons have also been observed in other high-energy particle collisions such as e+e-annihilations at high energies where hadron production is dominated by quark fragmentation *** results obtained are quite different from those obtained in heavy ion collisions where quark coalescence/combination mechanism dominates suggesting strong dependence on hadronization *** comprehensive studies in different hadronization processes are *** this article,we present a brief review of theoretical and experimental advances in the study of vector meson’s spin alignments in a variety of high-energy particle collisions,with emphasis on hadronization mechanisms.
