Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most common intrinsic and aggressive primary brain tumor in adults,with a median survival of approximately 15 *** heterogeneity is considered responsible for the treatment resistance and unfavorable ***-mesenchymal transition(PMT)represents GBM malignant progression and recurrence,which might be a breakthrough to understand GBM heterogeneity and overcome treatment *** is a complicated process influenced by crosstalk between GBM and tumor microenvironment,depending on intricate ligand-receptor *** this review,we summarize the autocrine and paracrine pathways in the GBM microenvironment and related ligand-receptor interactions inducing *** also discuss the current therapies targeting the PMT-related autocrine and paracrine ***,this review offers a comprehensive understanding of the failure of GBM-targeted therapy and ideas for future tendencies of GBM treatment.

A geologic time scale is a chronological system that separates the geological strata of a planetary body into different units in temporal sequence and shows its progressive *** time scale of the Moon was established a half-century ago during the telescopic-early Apollo exploration era,using data with limited spatial coverage and *** past decades have seen a wide array of studies,which have significantly extended our understanding of global lunar geologic *** on a comprehensive review of lunar evolution with respect to the dynamical changes,we propose two major updates to the current lunar time scale paradigm to include the evolution of both endogenic and exogenic dynamic forces now known to have influenced early lunar ***,based on the temporal interplay of exogenic and endogenic processes in altering the Moon,we defined three Eon/Eonothem-level units to represent three dynamical evolutionary ***,the pre-Nectarian System is redefined and divided as the magma ocean-era Magma-oceanian System and the following Aitkenian System beginning with the South Pole-Aitken *** ejecta of this basin,Das Formation,was deposited on the primordial lunar crust as the oldest stratum produced from exogenic *** updated lunar time scale,facilitated by the post-Apollo exploration and research advances,provides an integrated framework to depict the evolution of the Moon and has important implications for the geologic study of other terrestrial planets.

Balancing family obligations and personal aspirations is crucial for college students in making life *** critical review examined empirical studies on the effects of filial piety on college students’vocational identity and *** to identity capital theory,college students need a sense of agency to construct identity consciously and adapt to *** piety may profoundly influence this process as the core value and internalized social structure for the role of being an adult child in a Chinese ***,no studies have been conducted from the identity capital *** review found that filial piety had direct effects on college students'vocational identity and also indirect effects by shaping specific agency *** impact of filial piety on the agency was more likely to occur through providing normative guidance about adult roles,influencing how college students view family as a supportive resource,and perpetuating parenting *** on these findings,this article suggested further examining the mediating role of agency between filial piety and identity development,as well as the effects of filial piety on the psychological foundation of agency *** review suggested enhancing the agency of college students and encouraging reflections on filial piety in career education.

The rise in wearable electronics has witnessed the advancement of self-healable wires, which are capable of recovering mechanical and electrical properties upon structural damage. However, their highly fluctuating electrical resistances in the range of hundreds to thousands of ohms under dynamic conditions such as bending, pressing, stretching and tremoring may seriously degrade the precision and continuity of the resulting electronic devices, thus severely hindering their wearable applications. Here, we report a new family of self-healable wires with high strengths and stable electrical conductivities under dynamic conditions, inspired by mechanical–electrical coupling of the myelinated axon in nature. Our self-healable wire based on mechanical–electrical coupling between the structural and conductive components has significantly improved the electrical stability under dynamic scenarios, enabling precise monitoring of human health status and daily activities, even in the case of limb tremors from simulated Parkinson's *** mechanical–electrical coupling strategy opens a new avenue for the development of dynamically stable electrodes and devices toward real-world wearable applications.

从宏观与微观层面分析了超声波对异辛烷燃烧的调控作用机理,利用发动机台架试验验证了原机三维燃烧数值模拟模型,基于燃烧室内物理嵌入动网格声源面方法,实现将20 kHz振幅为300μm超声波成功馈入燃烧室.将有、无超声波馈入燃烧室的工作缸压差值作为超声辐射压力扰动,研究了超声场激励对异辛烷的着火延迟期、中间反应组分及敏感性的影响特性.通过对比分析超声馈入方案S_(1)~S_(3)及无超声馈入方案S_(0),结果表明:S_(1)~S_(3)方案均使燃烧相位得以提前,S_(2)和S_(3)中C_(3)H_(6)、IC_(4)H_(8)和C_(2)H_(4)的峰值摩尔分数分别提升42.1%、24.7%、27.5%和21.5%、9.6%、5.3%,且两者异辛烷燃尽时间均提前0.18 s.当量比为1且初始温度分别为1300 K和1700 K时,着火延迟期分别缩短31.8%和6.4%,且均促进了OH自由基的大量生成.

A novel layered perovskite tantalate phosphor Sr_(3)LaTa_(3)O_(12):Sm^(3+)(SLTO:Sm^(3+)) with orange-red emission was obtained for the first time via the solid-phase synthetic method. The phase purity, surface morphology,element distribution and luminescent properties of the SLTO:xSm^(3+)(x= 0.01 mol%-0.30 mol%) phosphors were investigated. Under 408 nm excitation, the optimum doped SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+) phosphor emits orangered light at 598 nm with the highest emission peak(4G_(5/2)→6H_(7/2)). The critical energy transfer distance is 1.687 nm. The prepared SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+)phosphor has excellent thermal stability with temperature quenching temperature(T_(0.5)> 500 K) and high activation energy(E_(a)= 0.25 e V). Through calculation, the chromaticity coordinates of all samples are concentrated in the orange-red area, and the color purity reaches 99%. The fabricated white light-emitting diode(w-LED) has a good correlated color temperature(5132 K), a high R_(a)(89), and the CIE chromaticity coordinates(0.340, 0.327). Consequently, the superiority of orange-red-emitting tantalate SLTO:Sm^(3+) phosphors for w-LEDs is demonstrated.

The A_(2)B_(2)O_(7)-type rare earth zirconate compounds have been considered as promising candidates for thermal barrier coating(TBC) materials because of their low sintering rate,improved phase stability,and reduced thermal conductivity in contrast with the currently used yttria-partially stabilized zirconia (YSZ) in high operating temperature *** review summarizes the recent progress on rare earth zirconates for TBCs that insulate high-temperature gas from hot-section components in gas *** on the first principles,molecular dynamics,and new data-driven calculation approaches,doping and high-entropy strategies have now been adopted in advanced TBC materials *** this paper,the solid-state heat transfer mechanism of TBCs is explained from two aspects,including heat conduction over the full operating temperature range and thermal radiation at medium and high *** paper also provides new insights into design considerations of adaptive TBC materials,and the challenges and potential breakthroughs are further highlighted for extreme environmental *** for improving thermophysical performance are proposed in two approaches:defect engineering and material compositing.
