The interfacial characteristics of the Li metal anode(LMA)play a crucial role in its overall *** various materials being applied to modify the interface,a comprehensive understanding of their specific mechanisms remains to be ***,we have prepared carbon cloth(CC)frameworks with their surfaces modified using ferromagnetic metal/LiF heterogeneous films(T^(M)-LiF-CC)as the substrate for LMA,which exhibit superior electrochemical *** ferromagnetic Co as a representative example,our study demonstrates that the enhanced performance of Co-LiF-CC,compared to bare CC,is attributed to the spinpolarized interface contributed by the Co/LiF *** and LiF play individual roles in redistributing electrons and Li^(+)to promote homogeneous Li *** nanoparticles play a crucial role in generating strong surface capacitance by storing electrons in spin-split bands,while LiF,with low surface diffusion barriers,ensures fast transportation of Li^(+).The Co-LiF-CC@Li electrodes deliver long lives of 7400 and 3600 h at 1 and 2 mA·cm^(-2)in symmetric cells,respectively;moreover,they enable full batteries with high and durable capacities,particularly when the N/P ratios are low(3.3 or even 1.7).

Incorporation of the Monte Carlo(MC)algorithm in optimizing CyberKnife(CK)plans is cumbersome,and early models unconfigured MC calculations,therefore,this study investigated algorithm-based dose calculation discrepancies by selecting different prescription isodose lines(PIDLs)in head and lung CK *** plans were based on anthropomorphic *** shells were set at 2-60 mm from the target,and the constraint doses were adjusted according to the design *** optimization,30%-90%PIDL plans were generated by ray tracing(RT).In the evaluation module,CK plans were recalculated using the MC ***,the dosimetric parameters of different PIDL plans based on the RT and MC algorithms were obtained and *** discrepancies(mean+SD)were 3.72%+0.31%,3.40%+0.11%,3.47%+0.32%,0.17%+0.11%,0.64%+3.60%,7.73%+1.60%,14.62%+3.21%and 10.10%+1.57%for Djs,Dmeam),Dys,and coverage of the PTV,DGI,V,,V;and V,in the head plans and-6.32%+1.15%,-13.46%+0.98%,-20.63%+2.25%,-34.78%+25.03%,12248%+175.60%,-12.92%+5.41%,3.19%+4.67%and 7.13%+1.56%in the lung plans,*** following parameters were significantly correlated with PIDL:dp98%at the 0.05 level and dpal,dys and dv3 at the 0.01 level for the head plans;dp98e%at the 0.05 level and do1e%,dpmeam,Ccoweange,dool,dvs and dv;at the 0.01 level for the lung *** may be used to calculate the dose in CK head plans,but when the dose of organs at risk is close to the limit,it is necessary to refer to the MC results or to further optimize the CK plan to reduce the *** lung plans,the MC algorithm is *** early models without the MC algorithm,a lower PIDL plan is recommended;otherwise,a large PIDL plan risks serious underdosage in the target area.

Low-alloyed magnesium(Mg)alloys have emerged as one of the most promising candidates for lightweight ***,their further application potential has been hampered by limitations such as low strength,poor plasticity at room temperature,and unsatisfactory *** address these challenges,grain refinement and grain structure control have been identified as crucial factors to achieving high performance in low-alloyed Mg *** effective way for regulating grain structure is through grain boundary(GB)*** review presents a comprehensive summary of the distribution criteria of segregated atoms and the effects of solute segregation on grain size and growth in Mg *** analysis encompasses both single element segregation and multi-element co-segregation behavior,considering coherent interfaces and incoherent ***,we introduce the high mechanical performance low-alloyed wrought Mg alloys that utilize GB segregation and analyze the potential impact mechanisms through which GB segregation influences materials *** upon these studies,we propose strategies for the design of high mechanical performance Mg alloys with desirable properties,including high strength,excellent ductility,and good formability,achieved through the implementation of GB *** findings of this review contribute to advancing the understanding of grain boundary engineering in Mg alloys and provide valuable insights for future alloy design and optimization.

In this article,by studying the Bernstein degrees and Goldie rank polynomials,we es-tablish a comparison between the irreducible representations of G=GL_(n)(C)possessing the minimal Gelfand-Kirillov dimension and those induced from finite-dimensional representations of the maximal parabolic subgroup of G of type(n-1,1).We give the transition matrix between the two bases for the corresponding coherent families.

Vegetable fields are often contaminated by heavy metals,and Spodoptera exigua is a major vegetable pest which is stressed by heavy metals mainly by *** this study,cadmium accumulation in the tissues of *** exposed to cadmium and its effects on the growth and development of the parents and the offspring were *** the stress of different concentrations of cadmium(0.2,3.2,and 51.2 mg kg^(-1)),the cadmium content in each tissue of *** increased in a dose-dependent *** the larval stage,the highest cadmium accumulation was found in midgut in all three cadmium treatments,but at the adult stage,the highest cadmium content was found in fat *** addition,the cadmium content in ovaries was much higher than in *** *** was stressed by cadmium and the F_(2)generation was not fed a cadmium-containing diet,the larval survival,pupation rate,emergence rate and fecundity of the F_(2)generation were significantly reduced in the 51.2 mg kg^(-1)treatment compared to the corresponding *** in the F_(2)generation of the 3.2 mg kg^(-1)treatment,the fecundity was significantly lower than in the parental *** fecundity of the only-female stressed treatment was significantly lower than that of the only-male stressed treatment at the 3.2 and 51.2 mg kg^(-1)cadmium exposure *** only mothers were stressed at the larval stage,the fecundity of the F_(2)generation was significantly lower than that of the F1generation in the 51.2 mg kg^(-1)treatment,and it was also significantly lower than in the 3.2 and 0.2 mg kg^(-1)*** results of our study can provide useful information for forecasting the population increase trends under different heavy metal stress conditions and for the reliable environmental risk assessment of heavy metal pollution.

In this study,we reported the discovery and structure-activity relationship analysis of chrysin derivatives as a new class of inhibitors targeting poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase 1(PARP1).Among these derivatives,compound 5d emerged as the most effective chrysin-based inhibitor of PARP1,with an IC50 value of 108 nmol·L^(-1).This compound significantly inhibited the proliferation and migration of breast cancer cell lines HCC-1937 and MDA-MB-436 by inducing DNA ***,5d induced apoptosis and caused an extended G1/S-phase in these cell *** docking studies revealed that 5d possesses a strong binding affinity toward *** vivo,in a xenograft model,5d effectively reduced tumor growth by downregulating PARP1 ***,compound 5d shows promise as a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of BRCA wild-type breast cancer.

Background More patients receive organ transplantation surgeries due to the advancement in immunosuppressive agents and surgical techniques. Some of those patients may need to undergo plastic or reconstructive surgery. Long-term use of immunosuppressive agents raises some serious problems. Therefore, this study aimed to introduce our experience about the safety and effectiveness of plastic surgeries after solid organ allograft transplantation. Methods A retrospective review of 17 transplant recipients who underwent different reconstructive or cosmetic operations was carried out. The subjects included 1 heart transplant, 1 liver transplant and 15 kidney transplant recipients. Results All patients tolerated the plastic surgery procedures well. Flaps and skin grafts were the main constructive methods. There were no postoperative infections and wound dehiscence. Transferred flaps survived completely. Skin grafts took well. Three of the cosmetic surgery patients were satisfied with the results. Conclusions Immunosuppressed organ transplant recipients can successfully undergo major reconstructive and cosmetic surgery when given special attention.
