Role of elemental reduction in microstructure,microcrack,and mechanical properties of GH3230 by laser powder bed fusion

Two kinds of pre-alloyed GH3230 powders,each with different Si and Mn compositions,were employed to fabricate components through laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).Microstructural analysis reveals that microcrack formation in the GH3230 sample results from both microsegregation and thermal cycling-induced *** samples with different contents of Si and Mn exhibit typical epitaxial growth of columnar dendrites with directional anisotropy,indicating minimal variation in microstructure under identical thermal cycling *** occurrence of hot cracking is influenced by various factors,with chemical composition playing a crucial *** presence of these cracks significantly impacts the mechanical properties of the *** ultimate tensile strength and elongation of the GH3230-L sample,which has reduced Si and Mn content,show significant improvements compared to the GH3230 *** ultimate tensile strength increases from 735.0 MPa to 790.0 MPa,and elongation rises substantially from 11.3%to 35.2%.Thermodynamic simulations confirm that variations in Si and Mn content influence hot cracking *** Si and Mn levels narrows the solidification range,which helps to minimize the formation of hot cracks by enhancing liquid filling at grain boundaries.

Objective:This paper is to explore a method of transferring human SDF-1 and its mutant SDF-154 intrakine gene into COS-7 cells for determining their expression and subcelluar localization of the fusion *** could offer feasibility for inhibiting the metastasis of malignant tumors by phonotypic knockout for blocking functional expression of receptor on the ***:Amplify the target gene with PCR from the constructed plasimid SDF-WT-Gly×4-DecPET-30a(+) with a C-terminal retention signal fragment KDEL. After the pcDNA3.1 SDF-1KDEL,pcDNA3.1 SDF-154KDEL,pEGFPSDF-1KDEL and pEGFPSDF-154KDEL eukaryotic expression vectors were constructed and the DNA sequence was accurate,they were transferred into COS-7 cells with liposome . The exogenous expressions were observed, fusion protein SDF-1His and SDF-154His were confirmed by Western blot,and the SDF-1EGFP and SDF-154EGFP were determined by Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy. The Chinese classification system compared with TNM staging in prognosis of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma after resection

BACKGROUND: The life expectancy of a patient with primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) is hard to predict, and it is related to many prognostic factors. The Chinese classification system including five parameters: tumor, vascular thrombosis, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and Child-Pugh stage developed in 1999 was adopted by the 8th National Conference on liver Cancer of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association in 2001. In this study, the discriminatory ability of the Chinese classification system -was compared with that of the TNM staging in patients for resection of PHC, in addition to the evaluation of prognostic value. METHODS: The data of 246 patients who had undergone resection of PHC from January 1986 to December 2000 (average age, 51 years; male/female ratio, 213/33) were retrospectively studied. Among the 246 patients, 227 were followed up for at least 3 years. RESULTS: The 1-, 3-, 5-, 7-, and 10-year tumor-free survival rates were 55% , 30% , 25% , 20% and 18% , respectively. The Chinese classification system was better than the TNM staging system in predicting survival rate of patients with PHC, as confirmed by survival curves shown by the Kaplain-Meier method. The mean survival time was 155, 70, 39, 16, and 4 months in patients with die Chinese classification stages Ⅰa, Ⅰb, Ⅱa,Ⅱb, and Ⅲ, respectively. The 1-, 3-, 5-, 7-, and 10-year tumor-free survival rates of the Chinese classification system and TNM staging were statistically significant and had a slightly positive relationship. The predictive capacity of the Chinese classification system was confirmed in any two subgroups of patients undergoing operation. COX proportional hazards regression analysis showed that the Chinese classification system was the only independent prognostic factor for survival. CONCLUSIONS: Taking both tumor extension and liver function into account, we consider that the Chinese classification system making up for the deficiency of UICC TNM staging is more precise in predictin

在气候变化背景下预测藏药黑果枸杞在当代及未来的适生区分布格局,为其资源可持续利用及GAP规范化种植提供参考。基于黑果枸杞149个分布数据及当代(1950—2000年)和未来(21世纪20—80年代)的气候数据,同时考虑3种温室气体排放场景,应用最大墒模型(maxent)和地理信息系统(Arc GIS 10.3.1)软件,定量地预测了黑果枸杞在我国的潜在适生区及其适生等级。发现:(1)黑果枸杞的当代适生区主要分布于我国新疆、青海、甘肃、内蒙古、宁夏,陕西、山西、西藏境内也发现分布区;(2)黑果枸杞当代适生区总面积为284.506 949×104km2,占中国国土面积的29.6%;(3)相对稳定区域为总适生区的25.2%;(4)气候变化背景下,相较于当代,其在21世纪20—80年代的适生区总面积均有不同程度的减少,但是中度适生区又有不同程度的增加。气候变化对黑果枸杞适生区总面积及生境适宜度均会产生不同程度的双面影响。通过以气候变化为主导因素的黑果枸杞潜在适生区分布预测,可为今后科学的保护、开发与利用黑果枸杞资源提供战略性指导。
