BACKGROUND Cardioneuroablation(CNA)has shown encouraging results in patients with vasovagal syncope(VVS).However,data on different subtypes was *** This observational study retrospectively enrolled 141 patients[mean age:40±18 years,51 males(36.2.)]with the diagnosis of *** characteristics among different types of VVS and the outcomes after CNA were *** After a mean follow-up of 4.3±1.5 years,41 patients(2..1%)experienced syncope/pre-syncope events after ***/pre-syncope recurrence significantly differed in each subtype(P=0.04).The cardioinhibitory type of VVS had the lowest recurrence rate after the procedure(n=6,16.7%),followed by mixed(n=2.,30.6%)and vasodepressive(n=9,45.0%).Additionally,a significant difference was observed in the analyses of the Kaplan-Meier survival curve(P=0.02..Syncope/pre-syncope burden was significantly reduced after CNA in the vasodepressive type(P2.2.30.0,P=0.02.times risk of syncope/pre-syncope recurrence after CNA compared to patients with DC≥8.4 ms,and this association still existed after adjusting for age and sex(HR=8.1,95%CI:2.2.30.1,P=0.02..CONCLUSIONS Different subtypes exhibit different event-free *** vasodepressive type exhibited the lowest event-free rate,but those patients with DC≥8.4 ms might benefit from CNA.

A Fair and Trusted Trading Scheme for Medical Data Based on Smart Contracts

Data is regarded as a valuable asset,and sharing data is a prerequisite for fully exploiting the value of ***,the current medical data sharing scheme lacks a fair incentive mechanism,and the authenticity of data cannot be guaranteed,resulting in low enthusiasm of participants.A fair and trusted medical data trading scheme based on smart contracts is proposed,which aims to encourage participants to be honest and improve their enthusiasm for *** scheme uses zero-knowledge range proof for trusted verification,verifies the authenticity of the patient’s data and the specific attributes of the data before the transaction,and realizes privacy *** the same time,the game pricing strategy selects the best revenue strategy for all parties involved and realizes the fairness and incentive of the transaction *** smart contract is used to complete the verification and game bargaining process,and the blockchain is used as a distributed ledger to record the medical data transaction process to prevent data tampering and transaction ***,by deploying smart contracts on the Ethereum test network and conducting experiments and theoretical calculations,it is proved that the transaction scheme achieves trusted verification and fair bargaining while ensuring privacy protection in a decentralized *** experimental results show that the model improves the credibility and fairness of medical data transactions,maximizes social benefits,encourages more patients and medical institutions to participate in the circulation of medical data,and more fully taps the potential value of medical data.

Enhanced memristor performance via coupling effect of oxygen vacancy and ferroelectric polarization

As a new type of nonvolatile memory,the resistive memristor has broad application prospects in in-formation storage and neural computing based on its excellent resistive switching(RS)*** present,it is still a great challenge to improve both ferroelectric polarization and leakage current to achieve a high RS on/offratio of ferroelectric ***,epitaxial Pb(Zr_(0.40)Ti_(0.60))O_(3)(PZT)thin films with low content Ca doping were deposited on the Nb:SrTiO_(3)substrate to prepare PCZT/NSTO het-erostructures and their RS behaviors were *** research findings show that compared with pure PZT film,the ferroelectric polarization of 1-mol%-Ca-doped PZT film is slightly improved,while the leak-age current is increased by three orders of ***,the RS on/offratio reaches 2.5×10^(5),about three orders of magnitude higher than pure PZT *** theoretical analysis reveals that the RS behavior of PCZT/NSTO heterostructures is controlled by the PCZT/NSTO interfacial barrier and the space charge-limited current *** results demonstrate that the ferroelectricity and electricity of ferroelectric thin films can be improved simultaneously by doping low-content Ca ions to increase the RS performance,which provides a good reference for the development of high-performance ferroelectric memristor devices.

Tensor perturbations from bounce inflation scenario in f(Q)gravity

In this paper,we construct a bounce inflation cosmological scenario in the framework of the modified symmetric teleparallel gravity,namely f(Q)theory,and investigate the tensor perturbations *** is well-known,the tensor perturbations generated in the very early Universe(inflation and pre-inflation regions)can account for the primordial gravitational waves(PGWs)that are to be detected by the next generation of GW *** discuss the stability condition of the tensor perturbations in the bounce inflation process and investigate in detail the evolution of the perturbation *** general form of the tensor power spectrum is obtained both for large as well as small scale *** a result,we show both kinds of modes(short or long wavelength modes),and the tensor spectrum may get a positive tilt in the parametric range where the tensor perturbation proves to be stable—this interestingly hints an enhancement of gravitational waves’amplitude in the background of the f(Q)bounce-inflation ***,we study the LQC-like scenario as a specific case of our model,in which,the primordial tensor power spectrum turns out to be nearly scale-invariant on both small and large scales.

Causal association between 2.-hydroxyvitamin D status and cataract development:A two-sample Mendelian randomization study

BACKGROUND Vitamin deficiencies are linked to various eye diseases,and the influence of vitamin D on cataract formation has been noted in prior ***,detailed investigations into the causal relationship between 2.-(OH)D status and cataract development remain *** To explore a possible causal link between cataracts and vitamin *** In this study,we explored the causal link between 2.-(OH)D levels and cataract development using Mendelian *** analytical approach included inverse-variance weighting(IVW),MR-Egger,weighted median,simple mode,and weighted mode *** primary analyses utilized IVW with random effects,supplemented by sensitivity and heterogeneity tests using both IVW and ***-Egger was also applied for pleiotropy ***,a leave-one-out analysis helped identify potentially impactful single-nucleotide *** The analysis revealed a positive association between 2.-(OH)D levels and the risk of developing cataracts(OR=1.11,95%CI:1.00-1.2.;P=0.032..The heterogeneity test revealed that our IVW analysis exhibited minimal heterogeneity(P>0.05),and the pleiotropy test findings confirmed the absence of pleiotropy within our IVW analysis(P>0.05).Furthermore,a search of the human genotype-phenotype association database failed to identify any potentially relevant risk-factor single nucleotide *** There is a potential causal link between 2.-(OH)D levels and the development of cataracts,suggesting that greater 2.-(OH)D levels may be a contributing risk factor for cataract *** experimental research is required to confirm these findings.
