Mechanical excavation,blasting,adjacent rockburst and fracture slip that occur during mining excavation impose dynamic loads on the rock mass,leading to further fracture of damaged surrounding rock in three-dimensional high-stress and even causing ***,a novel complex true triaxial static-dynamic combined loading method reflecting underground excavation damage and then frequent intermittent disturbance failure is *** triaxial static compression and intermittent disturbance tests are carried out on *** effects of intermediate principal stress and amplitude on the strength characteristics,deformation characteristics,failure characteristics,and precursors of monzogabbro are analyzed,intermediate principal stress and amplitude increase monzogabbro strength and tensile fracture *** increases in microseismic parameters during rock loading can be precursors for intermittent rock *** on the experimental result,the new damage fractional elements and method with considering crack initiation stress and crack unstable stress as initiation and acceleration condition of intermittent disturbance irreversible deformation are proposed.A novel three-dimensional disturbance fractional deterioration model considering the intermediate principal stress effect and intermittent disturbance damage effect is established,and the model predicted results align well with the experimental *** sensitivity of stress states and model parameters is further explored,and the intermittent disturbance behaviors at different f are *** study provides valuable theoretical bases for the stability analysis of deep mining engineering under dynamic loads.

The real-time dynamic deformation monitoring of offshore platforms under environmental excitation is crucial to their safe *** Global Navigation Satellite System-Precise Point Positioning(GNSS-PPP)has been considered for this purpose,its monitoring accuracy is relatively ***,the influence of background noise on the dynamic monitoring accuracy of GNSS-PPP remains ***,it is imperative to further validate the feasibility of GNSS-PPP for deformation monitoring of offshore *** address these concerns,vibration table tests with different amplitudes and frequencies are *** results demonstrate that GNSS-PPP can effectively monitor horizontal vibration displacement as low as±30 mm,which is consistent with ***,the spectral characteristic of background noise in GNSS-PPP is similar to that of GNSS-RTK(Real Time Kinematic).Building on this observation,an improved Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise(CEEMDAN)has been proposed to de-noise the data and enhance the dynamic monitoring accuracy of *** monitoring application research is also undertaken,successfully extracting and analyzing the dynamic deformation of an offshore platform structure under environmental excitation using GNSS-PPP monitoring in conjunction with improved CEEMDAN *** comparing the de-noised dynamic deformation trajectories of the offshore platform during different periods,it is observed that the platform exhibits reversible alternating vibration responses under environmental excitation,with more pronounced displacement deformation in the direction of load *** research results confirm the feasibility and potential of GNSS-PPP for dynamic deformation monitoring of offshore platforms.

Autonomous indoor humidity control is gaining more and more attention but is limited by the trade-offs among pore volume,pore size and water stability of water *** solve this problem by using a unique coordination network topology combined with hydrolytically stable M(Ⅲ)carboxylate *** extending the ligand length from 9.0 to 11.2 and 13.7?,the pore volume significantly increases from 0.99 to 1.40 and 1.78 cm^(3)g^(-1),which proportionally increases the saturated water adsorption ***,the pore size slightly increases from 10.4 to 11.0 and 13.5A,which restricts the isotherm inflection pressure and hysteresis width to meet the requirement of indoor humidity *** single-crystals suitable for Xray diffraction studies were obtained by using Fe(Ⅲ)salts,while isostructural frameworks with sufficiently high water stabilities were synthesized by using Cr(Ⅲ)salts,which offer record working capacity of 0.90 and 1.10 g g^(-1)for indoor humidity control.

Background The PACS gene family has been demonstrated to be related to intracellular vesicular *** phenotypic manifestations caused by the pathogenic variants of PACS include epilepsy,intellectual disability/developmental delay,and malformations,such as facial *** We identified seven new cases with pathogenic or likely pathogenic PACS variants using next-generation *** information obtained from these patients was analyzed along with that obtained from previously reported *** With the inclusion of the newly diagnosed cases in this study,103 cases with PACS gene family-related neurological diseases were reported,of which 43 were PACS2-related cases and the remaining were PACSI-related *** patients had seizures,which have been reported to be effectively controlled by several types of anti-seizure medications(ASMs).The most efficacious and frequently prescribed ASMs included sodium valproate(43.3%,13/30),oxcarbazepine/carbamazepine(26.7%,8/30),and levetiracetam(20%,6/30).Almost all patients had intellectual disability/developmental *** most common pathogenic missense variants were PACSI ***203Trp and PACS2 *** addition,we report a patient carrying a likely pathogenic copy number variation(CNV)(de novo heterozygous deletion of chr14:105821380-106107443,286 kilobase,destroyed part of the furin-binding region domain and the protein structure after it)with more severe and refractory late-onset *** The clinical phenotypes of the different PACS heterozygous missense variants were *** pathogenic variant sites of PACSI and PACS2 were quite limited but located in different regions.A CNV destroying part of the PACS2 gene might also be *** findings may provide an important clue for further functional studies on the pathogenic mechanism of neurological disorders related to the PACS gene family.

Electromagnetic stirring is one of the widely applied techniques to modify the quality of casting *** from conventional rotate stirring,the helical stirring is more professional in assisting multi-dimensional flow of molten metal and eliminating solidification *** this study,the single-winding helical stirring(SWHS)was introduced,offering advantages such as smaller volume and lower electromagnetic shielding compared to traditional helical stirring *** a comprehensive numerical simulation,the stirring parameters of SWHS were adjusted to yoke inclination angle of 43°and frequency of 12 *** higher electromagnetic force and flow velocity in drawing direction,as well as the lower temperature gradient induced by the SWHS,are positive factors for homogeneous solidification of *** experimental results on Al-8%Si alloy and 0.4%C-1.1%Mn steel demonstrate that compared to rotate stirring,the SWHS process can induce better billet quality and is more effective in accelerating the equiaxed expansion and reducing element *** SWHS process can enhance the equiaxed ratio of the billet by 58.3%and reduce segregation degree of carbon element by 10.97%.Consequently,SWHS holds great promise as a potential approach for improving the quality of continuous casting billets.

To promote charge transfer and separation for efficient photocatalysis,a direct Z-scheme heterostructure was constructed by coupling polymeric carbon nitride(PCN) and WO_(3).Interestingly,the obtained PCN/WO_(3)Z-scheme heterostructure could photocataly tic ally produce hydrogen and value-added chemicals(e.g.,formate and acetate) by reforming of plastic polylactic acid(PLA) in alkaline aqueous *** optimizing WO_(3) contents and reaction conditions,the obtained PCN/WO_(3)heterostructure exhibits much increased photocatalytic activity for PLA photoreforming under visible light,with hydrogen evolution rate reaching 402.90 μmol·g~(-1)·h~(-1),which is 3.5 times that of *** is revealed that the Z-scheme charge transfer between PCN and WO_(3) mainly contributes to the promoted charge separation and thus the improved photocatalytic ***,with h+and·OH experimentally evidenced as the predominant active species,a possible reaction pathway for the reforming of PLA into value-added chemicals(e.g.,formate and acetate)over PCN/WO_(3) Z-scheme heterostructure is cleared by monitoring the reaction intermediates and *** work paves a carbon neutrality and scalable route toward the synergistical production of hydrogen and value-added chemicals by utilizing and recycling plastic waste.

Today, clusters based on concentrations of small-and medium-size enterprises （SMEs） are widely acknowledged as the driving force for industrialization and urbanization in rural China. Clusters efficiently pool and distribute elements of production, and provide better division among small specialized firms in given local regions. Economic agglomerations are the typical spatial structures of clusters. Clusters drive forward industrialization, and this path of industrialization in China is similar to the industrialization wave based on industrial districts（ IDs or clusters） with concentrations of SMEs that started in west European countries, particularly in Italy and Germany, since the 1960s. However, in contrast to developed EU countries, Chinese clusters are mainly concentrations of labor-intensive and low-tech industries, without independent intellectual property fights or leading brands. China＇s industrial clusters＇ capaciW for innovation is rather weak. Chinese clusters participate in the international trade and world division of production from the node of processing, stopping at the lower end of Global Value Chain of industrial production. By reviewing Zhejiang clusters, this study examines the innovation capacity of Chinese clusters in the process of development and industrialization, so as to provide advice on the future development of Chinese clusters.
