Quality of Service(QoS)in the 6G application scenario is an important issue with the premise of the massive data transmission.Edge caching based on the fog computing network is considered as a potential solution to effectively reduce the content fetch delay for latency-sensitive services of Internet of Things(IoT)devices.Considering the time-varying scenario,the machine learning techniques could further reduce the content fetch delay by optimizing the caching decisions.In this paper,to minimize the content fetch delay and ensure the QoS of the network,a Device-to-Device(D2D)assisted fog computing network architecture is introduced,which supports federated learning and QoS-aware caching decisions based on time-varying user preferences.To release the network congestion and the risk of the user privacy leakage,federated learning,is enabled in the D2D-assisted fog computing network.Specifically,it has been observed that federated learning yields suboptimal results according to the Non-Independent Identical Distribution(Non-IID)of local users data.To address this issue,a distributed cluster-based user preference estimation algorithm is proposed to optimize the content caching placement,improve the cache hit rate,the content fetch delay and the convergence rate,which can effectively mitigate the impact of the Non-IID data set by clustering.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm provides a considerable performance improvement with better learning results compared with the existing algorithms.

In this article,we investigate the orbit configuration spaces of some equivariant closed manifolds over simple convex polytopes in toric topology,such as small covers,quasi-toric manifolds and(real)moment-angle manifolds;especially for the cases of small covers and quasi-toric manifolds.These kinds of orbit configuration spaces have non-free group actions,and they are all noncompact,but still built via simple convex polytopes.We obtain an explicit formula of the Euler characteristic for orbit configuration spaces of small covers and quasi-toric manifolds in terms of the h-vector of a simple convex polytope.As a by-product of our method,we also obtain a formula of the Euler characteristic for the classical configuration space,which generalizes the Félix-Thomas formula.In addition,we also study the homotopy type of such orbit configuration spaces.In particular,we determine an equivariant strong deformation retraction of the orbit configuration space of 2 distinct orbit-points in a small cover or a quasi-toric manifold,which allows to further study the algebraic topology of such an orbit configuration space by using the Mayer-Vietoris spectral sequence.

Quantification of behaviors in macaques provides crucial support for various scientific disciplines,including pharmacology,neuroscience,and ethology.Despite recent advancements in the analysis of macaque behavior,research on multi-label behavior detection in socially housed macaques,including consideration of interactions among them,remains scarce.Given the lack of relevant approaches and datasets,we developed the Behavior-Aware Relation Network(BARN)for multi-label behavior detection of socially housed macaques.Our approach models the relationship of behavioral similarity between macaques,guided by a behavior-aware module and novel behavior classifier,which is suitable for multi-label classification.We also constructed a behavior dataset of rhesus macaques using ordinary RGB cameras mounted outside their cages.The dataset included 65?913 labels for19 behaviors and 60?367 proposals,including identities and locations of the macaques.Experimental results showed that BARN significantly improved the baseline SlowFast network and outperformed existing relation networks.In conclusion,we successfully achieved multilabel behavior detection of socially housed macaques with both economic efficiency and high accuracy.

Magnetization associated with reversible phase transformation or rearrangement of martensite variants of two kinds of shape memory alloys under the coupling of tensile stress were investigated.One is the austenitic Ni_(46)Mn_(28)Ga_(20)Co_(3)Cu_(3)micro wire with the [001] preferred orientation,which exhibits enhanced cyclic stability and large fully recoverable strain(> 8%) due to the stress-induced reversible martensitic transformation at room temperature.The other is the Ni_(54)Mn_(24)Ga_(22)microwire with ferromagnetic martensitic phase,which has preferential orientation and also exhibits large tensile strain.Based on the improved mechanical properties,the strain-magnetization effect of the two kinds of microwire under the coupling of orthogonal magnetic field and tensile stress was performed and the results indicate that the magnetization decreases with the increase of tensile strains.Furthermore,the magnetization mechanism related to the magnetostructural evolution under stress-magnetic coupling was discussed.This study provides a new way for smart magnetic microwires for novel non-contact and non-destructive detection.

Dissociative charge exchange re-actions between Ar^(+)ion and trans-/cis-dichloroethylene(trans-/cis-C_(2)H_(2)Cl_(2))are investi-gated with the ion-velocity imag-ing technique.The dechlorinated product C_(2)H_(2)Cl^(+)is the predomi-nant,and most of this product show the spatial distribution around the target,implying that the dissociation occurs in the large impact-parameter collision and via the energy resonant charge transfer.Meanwhile,a few C_(2)H_(2)Cl^(+)locate around the center-of-mass,which is at-tributed to the fragmentation of intimate association between C_(2)H_(2)Cl_(2)and Ar^(+)or in the small impact-parameter collision.The product C_(2)HCl_(+)exhibits the velocity distribution fea-tures similar to those of C_(2)H_(2)Cl_(+).The rarest product C_(2)HCl_(2)+shows the distributions around the molecular target,due to the quick dehydrogenation after the energy-resonant charge transfer in the large impact-parameter collision.

Thymic involution during aging is a major cause of decreased T-cell production and reduced immunity.Here,we show that the loss of CD147 on T cells prevents thymic senescence,resulting in slowed shrinkage of the thymus with age and increased production of naive T cells.This phenotype is the result of slowing of the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)process in thymic epithelial cells(TECs),which eventually leads to reduced adipocyte accumulation.In an in vitro coculture system,we found that TGFβ is an important factor in the EMT process in TECs and that it can reduce the expression of E-cadherin through p-5mad2/FoxC2 signaling.Moreover,CD147 on T cells can accelerate the decline in E-cadherin expression by interacting with Annexin A2 on TECs.In the presence of TGFβ,Annexin A2 and E-cadherin colocalize on TECs.However,CD147 on T cells competitively binds to Annexin A2 on TECs,leading to the isolation of E-cadherin.Then,the isolated E-cadherin is easily phosphorylated by phosphorylated Src kinase,the phosphorylation of which was induced by TGFβ,and finally,p-E-cadherin is degraded.Thus,in the thymus,the interaction between T ceils and TECs contributes to thymic involution with age.In this study,we illuminate the mechanism underlying the triggering of the EMT process in TECs and show that inhibiting TGFβ and/or CD147 may serve as a strategy to hinder age-related thymic involution.

Purpose:The incidence of heatstroke(HS)is not particularly high;however,once it occurs,the consequences are serious.It is reported that calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)is protective against brain injury in HS rats,but detailed molecular mechanisms need to be further investigated.In this study,we further explored whether CGRP inhibited neuronal apoptosis in HS rats via protein kinase A(PKA)/p-cAMP response element-binding protein(p-CREB)pathway.Methods:We established a HS rat model in a pre-warmed artificial climate chamber with a temperature of(35.5±0.5)℃and a relative humidity of 60%±5%.Heatstress was stopped once core body temperature reaches above 41℃.A total of 25 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 animals each:control group,HS group,HS+CGRP group,HS+CGRP antagonist(CGRP8-37)group,and HS+CGRP+PKA/p-CREB pathway blocker(H89)group.A bolus injection of CGRP was administered to each rat in HS+CGRP group,CGRP8-37(antagonist of CGRP)in HS+CGRP8-37 group,and CGRP with H89 in HS+CGRP+H89 group.Electroencephalograms were recorded and the serum concentration of S100B,neuron-specific enolase(NSE),neuron apoptosis,activated caspase-3 and CGRP expression,as well as pathological morphology of brain tissue were detected at 2 h,6 h,and 24 h after HSin vivo.The expression of PKA,p-CREB,and Bcl-2 in rat neurons were also detected at 2 h after HSin vitro.Exogenous CGRP,CGRP8-37,or H89 were used to determine whether CGRP plays a protective role in brain injury via PKA/p-CREB pathway.The unpairedt-test was used between the 2 samples,and the mean±SD was used for multiple samples.Double-tailedp<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:Electroencephalogram showed significant alteration ofθ(54.50±11.51vs.31.30±8.71,F=6.790,p=0.005)andαwave(16.60±3.21vs.35.40±11.28,F=4.549,p=0.020)in HS group compared to the control group 2 h after HS.The results of triphosphate gap terminal labeling(TUNEL)showed that the neuronal apoptosis of HS rats was increased in the cortex(9.67±3.16vs.1.80±1.10,F=11.002,p=0.001)and

The permeability index is one of the important production indicators to monitor the operation of blast furnace.It is crucial to grasp the trends of changes in the new permeability index in time.For the complex vibration spectrum of the permeability index,a prediction model of the permeability index based on the VMD-PSO-BP(variational mode decomposition-particle swarm optimization-back propagation)method was proposed.Firstly,the key factors that affect the permeability index of blast furnace were studied from multiple perspectives.Then,the permeability index was divided into multiple sub-modes based on the difference of frequency bands by the VMD algorithm,and a PSO-BP prediction model was established for each sub-mode.Finally,the prediction results of each sub-mode were summed to obtain the final one.The results show that the composite prediction accuracy by using the VMD algorithm is 3%higher than that of the traditional prediction method,which has better applicability.
