There are complaints about current machine learning techniques such as the requirement of a huge amount of training data and proficient training skills,the difficulty of continual learning,the risk of catastrophic forgetting,and the leaking of data privacy/*** research efforts have been focusing on one of those concerned issues separately,paying less attention to the fact that most issues are entangled in *** prevailing big model paradigm,which has achieved impressive results in natural language processing and computer vision applications,has not yet addressed those issues,whereas becoming a serious source of carbon *** article offers an overview of the learnware paradigm,which attempts to enable users not to need to build machine learning models from scratch,with the hope of reusing small models to do things even beyond their original purposes,where the key ingredient is the specification which enables a trained model to be adequately identified to reuse according to the requirement of future users who know nothing about the model in advance.

The Ni-Co-Cr-W-Mo system is critical for the design of nickel-based *** system stabilizes different topologically close-packed(TCP)phases in many commercially superalloys with high W and Mo *** electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and thermodynamic calculations were applied to investigate the thermodynamics of the precipitates in two different W-contained Ni-Co-Cr-WMo superalloys(Alloy 1 and Alloy 2).Computational thermodynamics verifies the experimental observation of theμphase formation as a function of temperature and alloy chemistry,but the kinetics for the precipitation of the M6 C phase do not agree with the experimental *** major precipitates of Alloy 1 at temperatures of700℃and 750℃during long-time exposure are M23 C6,γ′phase and MC;for Alloy 2,they are M23 C6,γ′phase,MC,M6 C andμphase.W addition is found to promote the precipitation of M6 C andμphase during exposure.M6 C has higher W and lower Ni content thanμphase,whereas M6 C is an unstable phase that would transform into M12 C after 5000-h exposure at 750℃.A great quantity of needle-likeμphases precipitated after exposure at 750℃for5000 h,which have no effect on the impact properties of Alloy 2.

Microstructural change,stress rupture property,deformation and fracture mechanisms of Nimonic 105 superalloy at 750℃have been *** results showed that the stress rupture strength of the alloy at 750℃ for 10^(5)h is about 200 MPa.γ'precipitates and M_(23)C_(6)carbides grew gradually with prolonging the rupture time,while no significant change was observed in MC carbide *** stress rupture test at 750℃ and 250 MPa for 23,341 h,a transition from spherical to cuboidal morphology of γ'precipitates was found,and nearly continuous chains of M_(23)C_(6)carbides formed on the grain *** looping and strongly coupled dislocation pairs cutting and microtwinning were the dominant deformation mechanisms at 750℃ and 350-450 MPa,while the main deformation mode was Orowan looping at 750℃ and 250 *** failure of the alloy was mainly attributed to the nucleation,growth and interlinkage of voids.

The formation and properties of precipitates in wrought Ni-based superalloys with different W contents during long-term exposure to high temperatures were *** scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,and chemical phase analysis were used to investigate the formation and properties of *** is found that with increasing W content,the quantity and thermal stability of MC carbide in Ni-based superalloys increased,while the quantity of M_(23)C_(6)carbides *** the results show,W has a higher partition coefficient in γ'-and γ-matrix,and the addition of W promotes the precipitation of γ'phase.W content has no significant effect on the morphology,size,crystal structure,and coarsening rate of γ'*** influence of W content on high-temperature tensile and creep properties of the alloys was *** results showed that W content has no obvious influence on the high-temperature yield strength,but the elongation and area reduction decreased significantly when the addition of W was more than 4 wt.%.Because of the similar volume fractions of γ'phase,the creep fracture strengths in the tested alloys with lower W concentrations were not significantly different after long-term exposure at 700℃.

Background:Ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)poses a significant challenge to liver transplantation(LT).The underlying mechanism primarily involves overactivation of the immune *** shock protein 110(HSP110)functions as a molecular chaperone that helps stabilize protein ***:An IRI model was established by performing LT on Sprague-Dawley rats,and HSP110 was silenced using ***-eosin staining,TUNEL,immunohistochemistry,ELISA and liver enzyme analysis were performed to assess IRI following *** blotting and quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction were conducted to investigate the pertinent molecular ***:Our findings revealed a significant increase in the expression of HSP110 at both the mRNA and protein levels in the rat liver following LT(P<0.05).However,when rats were injected with siRNAHSP110,IRI subsequent to LT was notably reduced(P<0.05).Additionally,the levels of liver enzymes and inflammatory chemokines in rat serum were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Silencing HSP110 with siRNA resulted in a marked decrease in M1-type polarization of Kupffer cells in the liver and downregulated the NF-κB pathway in the liver(P<0.05).Conclusions:HSP110 in the liver promotes IRI after LT in rats by activating the NF-κB pathway and inducing M1-type polarization of Kupffer *** HSP110 to prevent IRI after LT may represent a promising new approach for the treatment of LT-associated IRI.

Graphene is widely used in photodetection due to its high carrier mobility and wide spectral absorption ***, the high dark current due to its low light absorption severely limits the performance of photodetection. Molybdenum dihalide(MoX2, X= S, Se and Te) has a high absorption coefficient, which can compensate high dark current in graphene-based photodetectors and result in outstanding photoelectronic properties in graphene/MoX2 van der Waals heterostructure(vdWH) *** this review, we firstly review working principles, performance indicators, and structures of photodetectors. After that, the significance of graphene/MoX2 vdWH photodetectors are highlighted from the material fundamental perspective. Preparation methodologies and performance enhancement strategies of graphene/MoX2 vdWH photodetectors are correspondingly summarized. In the end, we highlight the current challenges and future directions of the graphene/MoX2 vdWH photodetectors. This review will guide the design of high-performance vdWH photodetectors.

Janus films with asymmetric physical/chemical properties have attracted con siderable attention due to their promising applications in personal thermal management,electronic skin s,sensors,actuators,***,traditional methods for fabricating Janus films conventionally need the assistance of an interface or auxiliary equipment,which are usually complex and ***,flexible poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)/graphene oxide(GO)/h-BN(recorded as PVA/GO/h-BN)Janus films with thermally,optically,and electrically anisotropic properties are fabricated by a simple density deposition self-assem bly method,which just utilizes the density difference between GO and h-BN during water *** results show that the two sides of the acquired Janus films have obvious asymmetric *** the original state of the PVA/GO/h-BN Janus films,the thermal conductivity of the GO side(10.06 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1))is generally lower than that of the h-BN side(10.48W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)).But after GO is reduced,the thermal conductivity of the rGO side reaches 12.17 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),surpassing that of the h-BN *** addition,the relative reflectance of the h-BN side of Janus film is also significantly higher than that of the rGO side,and the su rface resistance difference between the two sides is about 4 orders of *** prepared PVA/GO/h-BN Janus films show great application potential in human thermal management,light conversion switches,and electronic *** study provides a simple and versatile strategy for fabricating Janus films with multifunctional(such as thermal,optical,and electrical)anisotropies.
