BACKGROUND Breast cancer is among the most common mal.gnancies *** progress in treatment methods and l.vel.,the overal. survival.period has been prol.nged,and the demand for qual.ty care has *** To investigate the effect of individual.zed and continuous care intervention in patients with breast *** Two hundred patients with breast cancer who received systemic therapy at The First Affil.ated Hospital.of Hebei North University(January 2021 to Jul. 2023)were retrospectivel. sel.cted as research *** them,134 received routine care intervention(routing group)and 66 received personal.zed and continuous care(intervention group).Sel.-rating anxiety scal.(SAS),sel.-rating depression scal.(SDS),and Functional.Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)scores,incl.ding l.mb shoul.er joint activity,compl.cation rate,and care satisfaction,were compared between both groups after *** SAS and SDS scores were l.wer in the intervention group than in the routing group at one and three months after *** total.FACT-B scores and five dimensions in the intervention group were higher than those in the routing group at three months of *** range of motion of shoul.er antefl.xion,posterior extension,abduction,internal.rotation,and external.rotation in the intervention group was higher than that in the routing group one month after *** incidence of postoperative compl.cations was 18.18%l.wer in the intervention group than in the routing group(34.33%;Pl.SION Personal.zed and continuous care can al.eviate negative emotions in patients with breast cancer,quicken rehabil.tation of l.mb function,decrease the incidence of compl.cations,and improve l.ving qual.ty and care satisfaction.

A novel.nano-WS_(2)/graphene nanosheets(GNSs)composite is obtained by bal. mil.ing with xyl.tol.as auxil.ary agent and hightemperature *** improves the shear force during bal. mil.ing and wel. overcomes the van der Waal. interactions between the interl.yer of graphite and WS_(2).Through high-temperature cal.ination,GNSs and WS_(2) nanosheets can form tight interface *** produced WS_(2)/GNSs composites can be used as anode material. for l.thium-ion batteries,whil. maintaining a high reversibl. specific capacity of 705 mAh·g^(-1)with the capacity retention of 95%at a current density of 250 mA·g^(-1)after 200 cycl.s,mainl. because WS_(2)/GNSs composites have a higher l.^(+)diffusion coefficient of 2.2×10^(-9)cm^(2)·s^(-1)and a higher specific surface area of 70.10 m^(2)·g^(-1).As a resul.,the xyl.tol.assisted bal. mil.ing method designed in this work is suitabl. for extended preparation of peel.ng of two-dimensional.l.yer material. into nanosheets.

Under information asymmetry, l.rge trading groups attract fol.owers, thereby increasing market l.quidity and trading intensity.

KCNA1 is the coding gene for Kv1.1 vol.age-gated potassium-channel.*** variants of KCNA1 have been reported to manifest as paroxysmal.kinesigenic dyskinesia(PKD),but the correl.tion between them remains uncl.ar due to the phenotypic compl.xity of KCNA1 variants as wel. as the rarity of PKD *** the whol. exome sequencing fol.owed by Sanger sequencing,we screen for potential.pathogenic KCNA1 variants in patients cl.nical.y diagnosed with paroxysmal.movement disorders and identify three previousl. unreported missense variants of KCNA1 in three unrel.ted Chinese *** proband of one famil.(c.496G>A,p.A166T)manifests as episodic ataxia type 1,and the other two(c.877G>A,p.V293I and c.1112C>A,p.T371A)manifest as *** pathogenicity of these variants is confirmed by functional.studies,suggesting that p.A166T and p.T371A cause a l.ss-of-function of the channel.whil. p.V293I l.ads to a gain-of-function with the property of vol.age-dependent gating and activation kinetic *** reviewing the l.cations of PKD-manifested KCNA1 variants in Kv1.1 protein,we find that these variants tend to cl.ster around the pore domain,which is simil.r to ***,our study strengthens the correl.tion between KCNA1 variants and PKD and provides more information on genotype–phenotype correl.tions of KCNA1 channel.pathy.

Epimedin B(EB)is one of the main fl.vonoid ingredients present in Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.,a traditional.herb widel. used in *** previous study showed that EB was a stronger inducer of mel.nogenesis and an activator of tyrosinase(TYR).However,the rol. of EB in mel.nogenesis and the mechanism underl.ing the regul.tion remain ***,as an extension to our previous investigation,we provide comprehensive evidence of EB-induced pigmentation in vivo and in vitro and el.cidate the mel.nogenesis mechanism by assessing its effects on the TYR famil. of proteins(TYRs)in terms of expression,activity,and *** resul.s showed that EB increased TYRs expression through microphthal.ia-associated transcription factor-mediated p-Akt(referred to as protein kinase B(PKB))/gl.cogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK3β)/β-catenin,p-p70 S6 kinase cascades,and protein 38(p38)/mitogen-activated protein(MAP)kinase(MAPK)and extracel.ul.r regul.ted protein kinases(ERK)/MAPK pathways,after which EB increased the number of mel.nosomes and promoted their maturation for mel.nogenesis in mel.noma cel.s and human primary mel.nocytes/skin ***,EB exerted repigmentation by stimul.ting TYR activity in hydroquinone-and N-phenyl.hiourea-induced TYR inhibitive model.,incl.ding mel.noma cel.s,zebrafish,and ***,EB amel.orated monobenzone-induced depigmentation in vitro and in vivo through the enhancement of TYRs stabil.ty by inhibiting TYR misfol.ing,TYR-rel.ted protein 1 formation,and retention in the endopl.smic reticul.m and then by downregul.ting the ubiquitination and proteol.sis *** data concl.de that EB can target TYRs and al.er their expression,activity,and stabil.ty,thus stimul.ting their pigmentation function,which might provide a novel.rational.strategy for hypopigmentation treatment in the pharmaceutical.and cosmetic industries.
