INTRODUCTIONSince the advent of hybridoma technology[1], monoclonal antibodies have been widely used in basic studies and clinical application. F(ab')2 is a bivalent antibody fragment which is currently used for both diagnosis and treatment[2], and better than the original mAbs, because it does not retain complement-binding function due to lack of Fc regions and reduced interaction with non-specific proteins and the smaller molecular weight than the mAbs, furthermore, it can be digested by pepsin or papain and purified by size exclusion chromatography[4], ion-exchange chromatography[6] or hydrophobic interaction[7]. However, these methods are time-consuming, and cannot attain sufficient purity and recovery of F(ab')2 fragment. Development of efficient procedures for F(ab')2 preparation is an urgent necessity.

Permeability is a key parameter for coalbed methane *** the absolute permeability of coal has been extensively studied,wettability and pore structure properties continue to challenge the microscopic description of water-gas flow in *** this purpose,we reconstructed the microstructures of low-rank coal using micro-computed tomography(micro-CT)*** geometry and pore-throat parameters are introduced to establish a relationship with absolute permeability.A dual-porosity pore network model is developed to study water-gas displacement under different wetting and pore structure *** show that absolute permeability is significantly affected by pore geometry and can be described using a binary quadratic function of porosity and fractal ***-gas relative permeability varies significantly and the residual gas saturation is lower;the crossover saturation first decreased and then increased with increasing porosity under hydrophobic *** the water relative permeability is lower and a certain amount of gas is trapped in complex pore-throat networks;the crossover saturation is higher under hydrophilic *** with large percolating porosity and well-developed pore networks have high displacement efficiency due to low capillary resistance and avoidance of *** work provides a systematic description of absolute permeability and water-gas relative permeability in coal microstructure for enhanced gas recovery.

A Direct Numerical Simulation （DNS） for understanding the dynamic response of bubble cluster to pulses of pressure perturbations has been studied by using a front-tracking method. The results show that owing to high nonlinearity, the bubble shape and volume oscillations caused by passing by pressure wave will be transformed into an in-phase volumetric oscillation of whole bubble cluster at a particular low-frequency. The value of the frequency is independent of the pulse excitations but the characteristics of the bubble cluster such as its bubble size, bulk void fraction and its spacial distribution etc. It is believed that this study provides important information for us to understand the coupling mechanism of cavitation cloud involved in cavitation resonance, a phenomenon noticed by one of the authors more than two decades ago.

Several promising plasma biomarker proteins,such as amyloid-β(Aβ),tau,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein,are widely used for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative ***,little is known about the long-term stability of these biomarker proteins in plasma samples stored at-80°*** aimed to explore how storage time would affect the diagnostic accuracy of these biomarkers using a large *** samples from 229 cognitively unimpaired individuals,encompassing healthy controls and those experiencing subjective cognitive decline,as well as 99 patients with cognitive impairment,comprising those with mild cognitive impairment and dementia,were acquired from the Sino Longitudinal Study on Cognitive Decline *** samples were stored at-80°C for up to 6 years before being used in this *** results showed that plasma levels of Aβ42,Aβ40,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein were not significantly correlated with sample storage ***,the level of total tau showed a negative correlation with sample storage ***,in individuals without cognitive impairment,plasma levels of total protein and tau phosphorylated protein threonine 181(p-tau181)also showed a negative correlation with sample storage *** was not observed in individuals with cognitive ***,we speculate that the diagnostic accuracy of plasma p-tau181 and the p-tau181 to total tau ratio may be influenced by sample storage ***,caution is advised when using these plasma biomarkers for the identification of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer's ***,in cohort studies,it is important to consider the impact of storage time on the overall results.

With the increasing number of individuals with diabetes and obesity,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is becoming increasingly prevalent,affecting one-quarter of adults worldwide. The spectrum of NAFLD ranges from simple steatosis or nonalcoholic fatty liver(NAFL) to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH). NAFLD, especially NASH, may progress to fibrosis, leading to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. NAFLD can impose a severe economic burden,and patients with NAFLD-related terminal or deteriorative liver diseases have become one of the main groups receiving liver transplantation. The increasing prevalence of NAFLD and the severe outcomes of NASH make it necessary to use effective methods to identify NAFLD. Although recognized as the gold standard, biopsy is limited by its sampling bias, poor acceptability, and severe complications, such as mortality, bleeding, and pain. Therefore, noninvasive methods are urgently needed to avoid biopsy for diagnosing NAFLD. This review discusses the current noninvasive methods for assessing NAFLD,including steatosis, NASH, and NAFLD-related fibrosis, and explores the advantages and disadvantages of measurement tools. In addition, we analyze potential noninvasive biomarkers for tracking disease processes and monitoring treatment effects, and explore effective algorithms consisting of imaging and nonimaging biomarkers for diagnosing advanced fibrosis and reducing unnecessary biopsies in clinical practice.

To introduce boron (B) into the Sn-1.0Ag-0.5Cu (SAC 105) solder, based on the thermodynamic calculations, iron (Fe) is a competent carrier component for bonding B and Sn. The Sn-Fe-B master alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying initially;then, the SAC 105- 0.05(Fe-B) and SAC 105-0.1 (Fe-B) solder alloys were prepared using 72-h-milling Sn-Fe-B master alloys. The preparation process and the properties of solders were studied in this work. For the Sn-Fe-B master alloys, the results show that with the increase in the ball-milling time, the powder changes illustrate a cold welding-crushingcold welding cyclic process. Moreover, the supersaturated solid solubility of (Fe-B) increases gradually in the alloys, matrix and the lattice distortion increases to 0.167% after 72-h milling. Meanwhile, the alloying degree is increasingly apparent, and after 72-h milling, the content of B in the Sn matrix reaches 2.38 wt%. For the solder alloys, with the (Fe-B) content in creasing, the melting point decreases and a significant grain refinement occurs in the matrix. Compared to the benchmark SAC105, the hardness of SAC105-0.05(Fe-B) and SAC 105-0.1 (Fe-B) solder alloys prepared by this method is improved by 20.65% and 34.79%, respectively. The present research provides a novel approach for introducing the immiscible component into the lead-free solder alloys.
