Effect of Yinxieling decoction on PASI,TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris

Objective:To study the effect of Yinxieling decoction on PASI,TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with psoriasis ***:A total of 120 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were divided into 4 groups according to syndrome differentiation of TCM and randomized controlled method:wind heat syndrome group(group A).blood stasis syndrome group(group B) blood dryness syndrome group(group C)nd control group(group D)(n=30 per group).Patients in observation groups were treated with Yinxieling decoction,while patients in control group were treated by placebo for 8 *** of TNT-α and IL-8 were determined before treatment.4 and 8 weeks after *** area and severity index score was also performed before and after ***:psoriasis area and severity index score and serum level of TNF-α,IL-8 were significantly decreased in all *** decrease in three observation groups was more significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the decrease in wind heat syndrome group was the most significant(P<0.01).psoriasis area and severity index was positively correlated with TNF-α and IT.-8,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:Yinxieling decoction has therapeutical effect on psoriasis vulgaris via regulating TNF-α and IL-8.

Recent observations by pulsar timing array collaborations have detected a stochastic common-spectrum signal, which may originate from scalar-induced gravitational waves generated by primordial curvature perturbations during *** the NANOGrav 15-year data set, we explore this hypothesis by constraining the primordial curvature power spectrum and reheating energy scale. We model the primordial power spectrum with a lognormal form and consider reheating with the equation of state parameter w = 1/6. Our Bayesian analysis reveals a narrow peak in the primordial power spectrum(the width of the spectrum △ < 0.05 at the 95% confidence level) and constrains the reheating temperature to be 0.03 GeV

As a significant city in the Yangtze River Delta regions,Hefei has experienced rapid changes in the sources of air pollution due to its high-speed economic development and urban ***,there has been limited research in recent years on the spatial-temporal distribution and emission of its atmospheric *** address this,this study conducted mobile observations of urban roads using the Mobile-DOAS instrument from June 2021 to May *** monitoring results exhibit a favourable consistent with TROPOMI satellite data and ground monitoring station ***,there were pronounced seasonal variations in air ***,high concentration of HCHO and NO_(2)were closely associated with traffic congestion on roadways,while heightened SO_(2)levels were attributed to winter heating and industrial *** study also revealed that with the implementation of road policies,the average vehicle speed increased by 95.4%,while the NO concentration decreased by 54.4%.In the estimation of urban NO_(x)emission flux,it was observed that in temporal terms,compared with inventory data,the emissions calculated viamobile measurements exhibitedmore distinct seasonal patterns,with the highest emission rate of 349 g/sec in winter and the lowest of 142 g/sec in *** spatial terms,the significant difference in emissions between the inner and outer ring roads also suggests the presence of the city’s primary NO_(x)emission sources in the area between these two *** study offers data support for formulating the next phase of air pollution control measures in urban areas.

In this paper, the attack detection problem is investigated for a class of closed-loop systems subjected to unknownbutbounded noises in the presence of stealthy attacks. The measurement outputs from the sensors are quantized before transmission.A specific type of perfect stealthy attack, which meets certain rather stringent conditions, is taken into account. Such attacks could be injected by adversaries into both the sensor-toestimator and controller-to-actuator channels, with the aim of disrupting the normal data flow. For the purpose of defending against these perfect stealthy attacks, a novel scheme based on watermarks is developed. This scheme includes the injection of watermarks(applied to data prior to quantization) and the recovery of data(implemented before the data reaches the estimator).The watermark-based scheme is designed to be both timevarying and hidden from adversaries through incorporating a time-varying and bounded watermark signal. Subsequently, a watermark-based attack detection strategy is proposed which thoroughly considers the characteristics of perfect stealthy attacks,thereby ensuring that an alarm is activated upon the occurrence of such attacks. An example is provided to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed mechanism for detecting attacks.
