A High-Accuracy Curve Boundary Recognition Method Based on the Lattice Boltzmann Method and Immersed Moving Boundary Method

Applying numerical simulation technology to investigate fluid-solid interaction involving complex curved bound-aries is vital in aircraft design,ocean,and construction ***,current methods such as Lattice Boltzmann(LBM)and the immersion boundary method based on solid ratio(IMB)have limitations in identifying custom curved ***,IBM based on velocity correction(IBM-VC)suffers from inaccuracies and numerical ***,this study introduces a high-accuracy curve boundary recognition method(IMB-CB),which identifies boundary nodes by moving the search box,and corrects the weighting function in LBM by calculating the solid ratio of the boundary nodes,achieving accurate recognition of custom curve *** addition,curve boundary image and dot methods are utilized to verify *** findings revealed that IMB-CB can accurately identify the boundary,showing an error of less than 1.8%with 500 ***,the flow in the custom curve boundary and aerodynamic characteristics of the NACA0012 airfoil are calculated and compared to *** showed that IMB-CB yields lower lift and drag coefficient errors than IBM-VC,with a 1.45%drag coefficient *** addition,the characteristic curve of IMB-CB is very stable,whereas that of IBM-VC is *** the moving boundary problem,LBM-IMB-CB with discrete element method(DEM)is capable of accurately simulating the physical phenomena of multi-moving particle flow in complex curved *** research proposes a new curve boundary recognition method,which can significantly promote the stability and accuracy of fluid-solid interaction simulations and thus has huge applications in engineering.

Self-assembly Induced by Complexation of Diblock Copolyelectrolytes and Oppositely Charged Homopolymers

We investigate the solution self-assembly of a mixture of positively charged homopolymers and AB diblock copolymers,in which the A blocks are negatively charged,and the B blocks are *** electrostatic complexation between oppositely charged polymers drives the formation of many ordered *** microstructures and phase diagrams are calculated using self-consistent field theory(SCFT)based on an ion-pair model with an equilibrium constant K to characterize the strength of binding between positively and negatively charged *** effects of the charge ratio,representing the ratio of charges from the homopolymer over all charges from polymers in the system,on the ordered structure are systematically studied,both for hydrophobic and hydrophilic A *** charge ratio plays an important role in determining the phase boundaries in the phase diagram of salt concentration versus polymer *** also provide information about the varying tendency of the domain spacing and core size of the spherical phase when the charge ratio is changed,and the results are in good agreement with *** studies provide a deep understanding of the self-assembled microstructures of oppositely charged diblock copolymer-homopolymer systems.

Sedimentary paleoenvironment and its control on organic matter enrichment in the Mesoproterozoic hydrocarbon source rocks in the Ordos Basin, southern margin of the North China Craton

The black shale of the Mesoproterozoic Cuizhuang Formation in the Changcheng System in yongji city,North China Craton, is a potential source rock. Understanding the organic matter enrichment mechanism is crucial for evaluating source rock resources and understanding oil and gas accumulation *** this study, we evaluated the sedimentary paleoenvironment and organic matter enrichment mechanisms of shale using thin section observations, mineral composition analysis, organic geochemistry, and elemental geochemistry. We found significant differences in the sedimentary paleoenvironment and organic matter enrichment mechanisms between the lower Cuizhuang Formation and the Beidajian Formation shale. The Cuizhuang Formation was deposited in a late-stage, restricted basin environment during the rift phase, and elemental and geochemical indicators showed that the Cuizhuang Formation was in a suboxic-anoxic water environment, that was influenced by a warm and humid paleoclimate and submarine hydrothermal activities, which promoted the accumulation of organic matter. However, the enrichment of organic matter in the Cuizhuang Formation was mainly controlled by redox *** formation of suboxic-anoxic water environments may be closely related to the warm and humid paleoclimate and submarine hydrothermal activities. Warm conditions promote continental weathering and increase marine productivity, thereby consuming oxygen in the bottom water. Moreover, acidic hydrothermal activity also helps to establish an anoxic environment. Our results reveal the effects controlling various coupled mechanisms dominated by redox conditions, which may explain the development of source rocks in the Cuizhuang Formation.

Scale effect removal and range migration correction for hypersonic target coherent detection

The detection of hypersonic targets usually confronts range migration(RM)issue before coherent integration(CI).The traditional methods aiming at correcting RM to obtain CI mainly considers the narrow-band radar ***,with the increasing requirement of far-range detection,the time bandwidth product,which is corresponding to radar’s mean power,should be promoted in actual ***,the echo signal generates the scale effect(SE)at large time bandwidth product situation,influencing the intra and inter pulse integration *** eliminate SE and correct RM,this paper proposes an effective algorithm,i.e.,scaled location rotation transform(ScLRT).The ScLRT can remove SE to obtain the matching pulse compression(PC)as well as correct RM to complete CI via the location rotation transform,being implemented by seeking the actual rotation *** to the traditional coherent detection algorithms,Sc LRT can address the SE problem to achieve better detection/estimation *** last,this paper gives several simulations to assess the viability of ScLRT.

Surface modification of graphite anode with electroactive matters has been proven of a more practical strategy in enhancing the performance of Li-ion batteries than exploring alternative novel anode ***,rutile TiNbO_(4-x) nanoparticles with a tunnel structure are employed as multifunctional decoration substances in combination with a carbon coating layer to improve the rate and cycle properties of mesocarbon microbeads(MCMBs).As compared to pristine MCMB,the Li^(+)diffusion coefficients of the composite anodes are enhanced due to the synergistic effect of TiNbO_(4-x)@***,the overcharge and voltage polarization of the composite anodes at high rate are obviously minimized due to the current sharing effect of the high-potential TiNbO_(4-x).Moreover,the amorphous Li_(y)TiNbO_(4-x) converted from TiNbO_(4-x) in the initial lithiation process can deliver pseudocapacitive capacity to the composite anodes from the second *** of these functions of TiNbO_(4-x)@Ccoating layer have directly contributed to the improved rate and cycle performance of the MCMB/TiNbO_(4-x)@C composite *** one containing 12.0 wt%TiNbO_(4-x) exhibits a high reversible specific capacity of 118 m Ah·g^(-1)at 10C(1C=372 m A·g^(-1)),together with a high capacity retention of 90.9%after 300 cycles at 3C,which are all much superior to those of pristine MCMB.

Antitumor Effect of Apcin on Endometrial Carcinoma via p21-Mediated Cell Cycle Arrest and Apoptosis

Achieving full mutualism with massive passive devices for multiuser MIMO symbiotic radio

Symbiotic radio(SR) is one of the attractive communication technologies to facilitate largescale Internet of Things(IoT) connections with enhanced energy and spectrum efficiency, where passive backscatter devices(BDs) modulate their information over the radio frequency(RF) signals emitted by the active primary transmitters(PTs). Meanwhile, the primary transmission can be strengthened with the additional multipaths created by BDs. To capitalize to a greater extent on the mutualism relationship between the two types of communication, this paper studies multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) SR communication systems including multiple PTs and massive BDs. We derive the achievable rate expressions of each PT and BD, as well as the sum rate expressions of primary and secondary communication, *** asymptotic analysis is given to derive the active and passive communication rates with a large number of BDs. Furthermore, for the general case with a finite number of BDs, we study the precoding optimization problem to maximize the sum rate of primary communication, while ensuring that the sum rate of secondary communication and the individual rate for each PT and BD in the prescribed active and passive user sets satisfy the specified thresholds. Simulation results are presented to verify the analytical studies.

Mechanical Modeling and Analysis of Stability Deterioration of Production Well During Marine Hydrate Depressurization Production

Different from oil and gas production,hydrate reservoirs are shallow and unconsolidated,whose mechanical properties deteriorate with hydrate ***,the formations will undergo significant subsidence during depressurization,which will destroy the original force state of the production ***,existing research on the stability of oil and gas production wells assumes the formation to be stable,and lacks consideration of the force exerted on the hydrate production well by formation subsidence caused by hydrate decomposition during *** fill this gap,this paper proposes an analytical method for the dynamic evolution of the stability of hydrate production well considering the effects of hydrate *** on the mechanical model of the production well,the basis for stability analysis has been proposed.A multi-field coupling model of the force state of the production well considering the effect of hydrate decomposition and formation subsidence is established,and a solver is *** analytical approach is verified by its good agreement with the results from the numerical method.A case study found that the decomposition of hydrate will increase the pulling-down force and reduce the supporting force,which is the main reason for the stability *** higher the initial hydrate saturation,the larger the reservoir thickness,and the lower the production pressure,the worse the stability or even *** work can provide a theoretical reference for the stability maintaining of the production well.

A novel alternative for pyrogen detection based on a transgenic cell line

Pyrogen,often as a contaminant,is a key indicator affecting the safety of almost all parenteral drugs(including biologicals,chemicals,traditional Chinese medicines and medical devices).It has become a goal to completely replace the in vivo rabbit pyrogen test by using the in vitro pyrogen test based on the promoted‘reduction,replacement and refinement’principle,which has been highly considered by regulatory agencies from different *** used NF-κB,a central signalling molecule mediating inflammatory responses,as a pyrogenic marker and the monocyte line THP-1 transfected with a luciferase reporter gene regulated by NF-κB as an in vitro model to detect pyrogens by measuring the intensity of a fluorescence ***,we show that this test can quantitatively and sensitively detect endotoxin(lipopolysaccharide from different strains)and nonendotoxin(lipoteichoic acid,zymosan,peptidoglycan,lectin and glucan),has good stability in terms of NF-κB activity and cell phenotypes at 39 cell passages and can be applied to detect pyrogens in biologicals(group A&C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine;basiliximab;rabies vaccine(Vero cells)for human use,freeze-dried;Japanese encephalitis vaccine(Vero cells),inactivated;insulin aspart injection;human albumin;recombinant human erythropoietin injection(CHO Cell)).The within-laboratory reproducibility of the test in three independent laboratories was 85%,80%and 80%and the interlaboratory reproducibility among laboratories was 83.3%,95.6%and 86.7%.The sensitivity(true positive rate)and specificity(true negative rate)of the test were 89.9%and 90.9%,*** summary,the test provides a novel alternative for pyrogen detection.
