Liver transplantation,as an effective therapy for patients with liver cancer,plays an important role in improving the quality of life of ***,the com-plexity and trauma of liver transplantation can easily lead to the occurrence of malnutrition in patients,and then increase the risk of postoperative complica-tions,which has aroused widespread clinical *** nutritional support can not only maintain the stability of the body’s internal environment,reduce the occurrence of complications,but also promote the recovery of liver and other organ *** recent years,with the in-depth understanding of nut-ritional metabolism after liver transplantation,the application of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition in nutritional support after liver transplantation has been increasingly extensive and achieved remarkable *** paper discusses the effect of early postoperative nutritional intervention on patients with liver cancer and liver transplantation,and combined with its mechanism of action,can better understand the effectiveness of intervention,and provide reference for the deve-lopment of scientific and reasonable nutritional support programs in clinical pra-ctice.

Characterization of Microbial Community Structure in Long-term Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon-contaminated Soil

Characterizing the structure of soil microbial communities in natural habitats chronically contaminated with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)contributes to the understanding of potential risks and changes in ecological functions of contaminated soils. Microorganisms are facilitators of material cycling and functional stability in soil ecosystems. Few studies are available on the microbial community structure of soil contaminated with long-term high concentrations of PAHs. In this study,we investigated the effects of PAHs on soil microbial community structure in natural habitats using field surveys and high-throughput sequencing analysis of 16S rRNA genes in agricultural soils contaminated with PAHs around a coking plant in Shanxi. The results showed that soil microorganisms were diverse(40 phyla,769 genera,and 1610 species). Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Chloroflexi Acidobacteria,and Gemmatimonadetes were the dominant taxa,with a total abundance of 79.8%. No obvious dominant taxa was observed at the genus and species levels. Electrical conductivity(EC);pH;total organic matter(TOC);total potassium(TK);fast-acting potassium(AK);and Dibenzo(a,h)anthracene(DaA),Benzo(a)anthracene(BaA),and Anthracene(Ant)were the first drivers of the microbial community(R2 ≥ 0.10). Soluble phosphorus(AP);fast-acting nitrogen(AN);and Acenaphthylene(Acy),Benzo(b) fluoranthene(BbF),Fluoranthene(Fla),and Pyrene(Pyr)were the second drivers(0.05 ≤ R2 2 © 2025 Science Press. Cross-species single-cell transcriptomics reveals neuronal similarities and heterogeneity in amniote pallium

The amniote pallium, a vital component of the forebrain,exhibits considerable evolutionary divergence across species and mediates diverse functions, including sensory processing, memory formation, and learning. However, the relationships among pallial subregions in different species remain poorly characterized, particularly regarding the identification of homologous neurons and their transcriptional signatures. In this study, we utilized singlenucleus RNA sequencing to examine over 130?000 nuclei from the macaque（Macaca fascicularis） neocortex,complemented by datasets from humans（Homo sapiens）,mice（Mus musculus）, zebra finches（Taeniopygia guttata）,turtles（Chrysemys picta bellii）, and lizards（Pogona vitticeps）,enablingcomprehensivecross-species comparison. Results revealed transcriptomic conservation and species-specific distinctions within the amniote pallium. Notable similarities were observed among cell subtypes, particularly within PVALB+inhibitory neurons,which exhibited species-preferred subtypes. Furthermore,correlations between pallial subregions and several transcription factor candidates were identified, including RARB, DLX2, STAT6, NR3C1, and THRB, with potential regulatory roles in gene expression in mammalian pallial neurons compared to their avian and reptilian counterparts. These results highlight the conserved nature of inhibitory neurons, remarkable regional divergence of excitatory neurons, and species-specific gene expression and regulation in amniote pallial neurons. Collectively,these findings provide valuable insights into the evolutionary dynamics of the amniote pallium.

自动驾驶汽车的出现将解放驾驶员双手，从而为车内出行者自由开展车内活动提供方便．在阐述自动驾驶汽车通勤者车内活动效用的基础上，使用基于活动的分析方法，建立了普通驾驶汽车与自动驾驶汽车混行的多方式时变活动效用瓶颈模型，分析了该模型的性质．确定了多方式瓶颈系统消除排队的连续动态拥挤收费方案，设计了最优阶梯收费方案来近似连续动态收费方案，评价了最优阶梯收费方案消除排队的效果．结果表明在线性时变边际活动效用下，不考虑自动驾驶汽车车内活动效用会导致对高峰期出行时间窗的偏差估计；普通驾驶汽车通勤者与自动驾驶汽车通勤者依次序出行，存在最优的自动驾驶汽车市场占有率使得社会总成本最低；与不收费情形相比较，最优阶梯收费导致的排队延误消除率大于■.

Effects of Exogenous NO Combined with EDDS on Growth and Cd Accumulation of Bidens pilosa under Soil Cd Stress Conditions

Under 40 mg·kg-1 Cd stress，pot experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of 0.05，0.10，0.20，and 0.30 mmol·L-1 sodium nitroprusside（SNP）and 0.50，1.00，and 1.50 mmol·L-1［S，S］-ethylenediamine disuccinic acid（EDDS）on the growth，metabolism，and Cd accumulation of Bidens pilosa seedlings. The results showed that compared with those of the control group（without SNP and EDDS），different concentrations of SNP or EDDS single treatment could significantly increase the plant height，root length，fresh weight，and dry weight of aboveground and underground parts of B. pilosa and effectively increase the photosynthetic pigment content and Cd content in the aboveground and underground parts. The combined treatment of different concentrations of SNP and EDDS could effectively promote the growth of B. pilosa，and some growth indices and Cd accumulation indices were higher than those of the single treatment of SNP and EDDS at the same concentration. Among them，the 0.20 mmol·L-1 SNP + 1.00 mmol·L-1 EDDS composite treatment had the following effects：① The treatment significantly promoted the biomass of B. pilosa and increased the plant height and fresh and dry weight of aboveground and underground parts by 39.47%，142.32% and 267.63%，and 377.63% and 304.55%，respectively. ② It significantly improved the remediation effect of B. pilosa on Cd-contaminated soil，and the Cd content，enrichment coefficient，remediation efficiency，and transport coefficient of aboveground and underground parts of B. pilosa were increased by 91.22% and 81.51%，101.71%，and 91.37%，641.67%，and 5.14%，respectively，and the Cd content and enrichment coefficient of aboveground parts were significantly higher than those of underground parts. ③ The treatment also significantly increased the Cd content in subcellular fractions of B. pilosa，the Cd content in the cell wall and soluble part was higher than that in the organelle and mitochondrial parts，and the Cd content in subcellular fractions of the aboveground part was also

针对具有模型不确定和海洋环境扰动的微小型无人水下航行器无速度测量轨迹跟踪控制问题,提出自适应鲁棒积分有限时间预设性能渐近控制方法.构造预置期望收敛时间的预设性能函数与误差转换函数,将跟踪误差由受限状态转化为非受限状态,其中期望的收敛时间可预先设置且不依赖误差初始状态.在此基础上结合状态扩张观测器和误差符号鲁棒积分控制,提出复合扰动快速补偿与连续抑制相耦合的状态输出反馈控制器,其中线性状态观测器用于快速补偿未知速度和复合扰动,而连续误差符号鲁棒积分控制则进一步抑制估计误差和避免抖振.该设计不仅能保证跟踪控制的瞬态和稳态性能,还可避免鲁棒积分控制需要精确已知扰动微分上界的保守假设以及对高控制增益的依赖.稳定性分析证明了闭环控制信号在有限时间内渐近收敛.仿真结果验证了所提出控制方法的有效性.

Background:Episodic memory loss is a prominent clinical manifestation of Alzheimer’s disease(AD),which is closely related to tau pathology and hippocampal *** to the heterogeneity of brain neurons,the specific roles of different brain neurons in terms of their sensitivity to tau accumulation and their contribution to AD-like social memory loss remain ***,further investigation is ***:We investigated the effects of AD-like tau pathology by Tandem mass tag proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis,social behavioural tests,hippocampal electrophysiology,immunofluorescence staining and in vivo optical fibre recording of GCaMP6f and ***,we utilized optogenetics and administered ursolic acid(UA)via oral gavage to examine the effects of these agents on social memory in ***:The results of proteomic and phosphoproteomic analyses revealed the characteristics of ventral hippocampal CA1(vCA1)under both physiological conditions and AD-like tau *** tau progressively accumulated,vCA1,especially its excitatory and parvalbumin(PV)neurons,were fully filled with mislocated and phosphorylated tau(p-Tau).This finding was not observed for dorsal hippocampal CA1(dCA1).The overexpression of human tau(hTau)in excitatory and PV neurons mimicked AD-like tau accumulation,significantly inhibited neuronal excitability and suppressed distinct discrimination-associated firings of these neurons within *** excitatory and PV neurons in vCA1 at specific rhythms and time windows efficiently ameliorated tau-impaired social ***,1 month of UA administration efficiently decreased tau accumulation via autophagy in a transcription factor EB(TFEB)-dependent manner and restored the vCA1 microcircuit to ameliorate tau-impaired social ***:This study elucidated distinct protein and phosphoprotein networks between dCA1 and vCA1 and highlighted the susceptibility of the vCA1 microcircuit to AD-like tau

Nanofiltration has been attracting great attention in alleviating the global water crisis because of its high efficiency,mild operation,and strong *** decades,it remains a challenge to break the upper limit of performance and establish the formation-structureproperty relationship for nanofiltration *** feature article summarizes our recent progress in the preparation of high-performance thin-film composite(TFC)nanofiltration membranes,focusing on the mussel-inspired deposition method and the optimized interfacial polymerization(IP).By accelerating the oxidation of polydopamine and equilibrating the rate of aggregation and deposition processes,the mussel-inspired deposition method realizes the rapid and uniform formation of selective coatings or *** deposition systems endow the selective layer with rich chemical structures and easy post-functionalization,highlighting its potential in water *** for optimizing the conventional IP,the rapid polycondensation of amine and acid chloride groups is slowed down to enable the controllability of IP at the water-organic *** homogeneity and integrity of the TFC membranes are improved by constructing a uniform reaction platform and introducing a viscous medium to control the amine diffusion,which facilitates the water permeability and promotes the separation *** have proposed a series of practical strategies for improving TFC membranes and might provide more inspiration for other nanofiltration techniques.

Reinforcement Learning for Linear Continuous-time Systems: an Incremental Learning Approach

In this paper, we introduce a novel reinforcement learning(RL) scheme for linear continuous-time dynamical systems. Different from traditional batch learning algorithms,an incremental learning approach is developed, which provides a more efficient way to tackle the on-line learning problem in realworld applications. We provide concrete convergence and robust analysis on this incremental-learning algorithm. An extension to solving robust optimal control problems is also given. Two simulation examples are also given to illustrate the effectiveness of our theoretical result.
