Quantifying the impact of mineralogical heterogeneity on reactive transport modeling of CO_(2)+O_(2) in-situ leaching of uranium

CO_(2)+O_(2) in-situ leaching(ISL)of sandstonetype uranium ore represents the third generation of solution mining in *** this study,reactive transport modeling of the interaction between hydrodynamic and geochemical reactions is performed to enable better prediction and regulation of the CO_(2)+O_(2) in-situ leaching process of *** reactions between mining solutions and rock,and the kinetic uranium dissolution controlled by O_(2)(aq)and bicarbonate(HCO_(3)-)are considered in the CO_(2)+O_(2) ISL reactive transport model of a typical sandstone-hosted uranium ore deposit in northern *** reactive leaching of uranium is most sensitive to the spatial distribution of the mineralogical properties of the uranium *** geostatistical models are used to represent the uncertainty on the spatial distribution of mineral grades.A Monte Carlo analysis was also performed to simulate the uranium production variability over an entire set of geostatistical *** ISL stochastic simulation performed with the selected geostatistical realizations approximates the uranium production variability *** simulation results of the ISL reactive transport model show that the extent of the uranium plume is highly dependent on mineralogical *** uncertainty analysis suggests the effect of uranium grade heterogeneity was found to be important to improve the accurate capture of the *** study provides guidance for the accurate simulation and dynamic regulation of the CO_(2)+O_(2) leaching process of uranium at the scale of large mining areas.

目的探索全胸腔镜经主动脉切口行改良Morrow术的可行性及早期效果。方法收集梗阻性肥厚型心肌病(HCM)患者13例,男性9例,女性4例,年龄(59.3±13.3)岁(30~77岁),术前室间隔厚度为(1.83±0.21)mm、左心室流出道峰值压差(LVOTGP)为(76.90±27.61)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),收缩期前向运动(SAM)征均阳性。患者均接受全胸腔镜下经主动脉切口行改良Morrow术,同期行二尖瓣二孔成形术3例。结果全组手术成功,无中转开胸,术中主动脉阻断时间(93.00±18.68)min,体外循环时间(137.70±20.49)min,术后气管插管时间(10.70±4.30)h。术后室间隔厚度为(1.18±0.26)mm、LVOTGP为(13.46±9.46)mmHg,均较术前降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后二尖瓣均为轻微反流,无中度以上反流,SAM征消失。随访3~12个月,临床症状改善,患者无死亡,无室间隔穿孔、左心室流出道残留梗阻和Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞。结论全胸腔镜入路经主动脉切口可更好地暴露梗阻的室间隔组织,保留胸廓的完整性,避免损伤二尖瓣前叶,早期效果良好,是一种良好的手术入路方式。

A new method of preparing NdB_(6)ultra-fine powders

Combustion synthesis method was used to prepare NdB_(6)ultra-fine powders with B_(2)O_(3),Nd_(2)O_(3)and Mg powders as the raw *** basic thermody-namic data of NdB_(6) were *** standard forma-tion heat of NdB_(6) is-357.48 kJ·mol^(-1).The values of the heat capacity and the standard entropy are 96.87 and 86.60 J·K^(-1)·mol^(-1),*** adiabatic tempera-ture of the reaction is 2726 K,which is higher than the thermodynamic criterion of 1800 *** indicates that the combustion synthesis reaction of the B_(2)O_(3)-Nd_(2)O_(3)-Mg system could spontaneously take place by itself to generate NdB_(6).The NdB_(6) powders were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and differential scanning calorimetry-thermo-gravimetry(DSC-TG).The results indicate that the com-bustion products consist of NdB_(6),MgO,and a few Mg_(3)B_(2)O_(6)and Nd_(2)B_(2)O_(6).The leached products consist of single NdB_(6) phase,and its purity is 98.6 wt%.When the sample preparation pressure is 20 MPa,the average parti-cle size of NdB_(6) powders is less than 500 *** antioxidant ability of NdB_(6) is very strong,which is oxi-dized step by *** apparent activation energies of the oxidation reactions are 986.14 and 313.83 kJ·mol^(-1),*** addition,the reaction orders are 4.10 and 3.75,respectively.

Sulfur distribution in preparation of high titanium ferroalloy by thermite method with different CaO additions

Ferrotitanium is used as a deoxidizer and alloying agent during steelmaking process,which has a high demand for sulfur *** was introduced from raw materials in the process of producing ferrotitanium by thermite method,where CaO was used as fluxing *** the same time,CaO has a great desulfurization *** of CaO addition on the distribution of sulfur in high titanium ferroalloy prepared by thermite method were studied in this *** equilibrium diagram of Ti-AlFe-S system was calculated by FactSage 6.4 software package with FactPS and FTmisc *** alloy and slag samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES),X-ray fluorescence(XRF)and high-frequency infrared ray carbon sulfur *** result indicates that the sulfur in the alloy firstly exists in the form of liquid FeS,thereafter TiS(s)and eventually Ti2 S(s)during *** sulfur is mainly distributed in the alloy,and only a small amount of sulfur remains in the ***,it is noted that the sulfur in the alloy does not distribute homogeneously,and it exists in the form of solid solution phase,(Ti,Al,Fe)S.S content in the slag,the sulfur capacity of the slag and the sulfur distribution ratio(LS)all increase with the increment of CaO addition,while S content in alloys decreases.

Oxygen content of high ferrotitanium prepared by thermite method with different melt separation temperatures

High ferrotitanium prepared directly by the thermite method has a disadvantageously high O content(≥10 wt%)because of the short slag-metal separation *** this study,CaO and CaF2 are added to the melt to improve the basicity of the slag and melt separation under heat preservation is performed to strengthen slag-metal *** thermodynamics of the step-by-step reduction process of TiO2 in the Ti-Al-Fe-Si-O system whose composition is close to the alloy after melt separation were *** of alloys and slags before and after melt separation were systematically *** result indicates that the reaction that TiO is reduced by Al to Ti is the limited step in the reduction process of *** O content of the alloys slightly decreases with temperature from 1873 to 2023 K,which agrees with the changes in the law of deoxidation *** is mainly attributed to the movement of chemical reactions in the alloy melt at different temperatures and slag-metal interfacial *** addition of Al2 O3-CaO-CaF2 slag and high temperature promote the removal of Al2 O3 and titanium *** minimum contents of O and Al in the alloy reach 1.84 wt% and 3.26 wt%,respectively.

Preparation of low-oxygen Ti powder from TiO_(2) through combining self-propagating high temperature synthesis and electrodeoxidation

An effective method was reported to prepare low-oxygen Ti powder,which included two experimental steps:the fast conversion of TiO_(2) to TiO_(x<1) powder by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS)process and the generation of low-oxygen Ti powder by electrodeoxidizing TiO_(x<1) powder at the cathode in molten CaCl_(2).The key intermediate steps were analyzed by XRD,SEM and electrochemical testing *** results demonstrated that TiO_(x<1) powder(TiO_(0.325) and TiO_(0.97))was generated after acid leaching MgO in SHS products with TiO_(2)/Mg molar ratio of 1:2,and the TiO_(x<1) powder with 16.3 wt.%oxygen could be transformed into pure titanium powder with 0.121 wt.%oxygen by electrodeoxidation at a constant potential of−3.3 V for 10 *** electrodeoxidation of TiO_(x<1) powder in CaCl_(2) molten salt follows the step-by-step deoxidation mode,and the lattice of TiO_(x<1) powder after electrodeoxidation shrinks.

目的总结Castor支架在主动脉病变中的临床应用并进行疗效分析。方法收集福建省立医院2017年11月至2022年8月应用Castor支架治疗的主动脉病变患者的临床资料,根据手术方式分为分支支架组、分支支架联合手术组,对两组的临床资料进行归纳总结。结果主动脉病变患者应用Castor支架治疗75例,最终53例归入分支支架组,22例为分支支架联合手术组。两组手术全部成功。分支支架组中位手术时间120(100,160)min,中位术后住院7.0(5.5,10.5)天。术后患者无缺血性卒中、无脊髓缺血,1例新发夹层。随访期间,失访1例,死亡2例,其余未出现支架内漏、分支支架狭窄、缺血性卒中及再次干预。在分支支架联合手术组中,术后出现缺血性卒中1例,随访过程中出现左锁骨下动脉轻度狭窄1例,余病例术后效果满意。结论Castor支架在主动脉疾病治疗中是安全、有效的手术方式,可同时联用血管腔内修复技术治疗复杂主动脉病变,安全、可靠,疗效良好。

Study of MgO-Based Desulfurizer in Hot Metal Desulfurization

This paper has investigated a new desulfurizer for iron and steel industry to make up the lackness of magnesium-based desulfurizer. In order to explore the desulfurization process of hot metal by the new desulfurizer, both the thermodynamics and experiments have been studied.. The results of thermodynamics indicated that, under the standard condition,the lowest reaction temperatures of MgO + C and MgO +Si were 1846℃ and 2132℃ and the pressure of Mg vapor at the hot metal temperature were 0.2-0.5kPa and 0.005-0.01kPa, respectively. In the case of reaction between MgO and Al, the calculated starting reaction temperature under standard condition was 1475 ℃, and the pressure of Mg vapor was distributed from 27 kPa to 45kPa at the hot metal temperature, showing that it was easy to happen the reaction of MgO+Al. The experimental results displayed that the desulfurization efficiency was only 42.31% by the desulfurizer of MgO and C, while the effect of MgO+ Al and MgO+ Al-Si was good, since the desulfurization efficiencies were above 85%, and the lowest sulfur content was below 40×10-6.

The in situ synthesized reinforced phases in the matrix have the advantages of uniform dispersion and good interfacial *** at in situ synthesizing reinforced phases in CuW composite,a novel methodology for direct synthetization of CuW composite reinforced with lamellar precipitates by aluminothermic reduction is proposed,and CuW composites and their slags were systematically *** results indicate that,at temperatures of above 1800 K,the mole percentage of Al,copper oxides,tungsten oxide,and CuO·Al_(2)O_(3)increased rapidly with temperature increasing,which was not conducive to CuO and W0_(3)thermite reduction.
