Bumblebees play an important ecological economic role as pollinators in natureand *** reasons of biosecurity,many countries promote the cultivation of na-tive bumblebee species for crop pollination instead of importing“alien”*** SouthChina,a few bumblebee species are considered useful in this way,particularly,Bombusatripes,Bombus bicoloratus and Bombus ***,whether they are suitablefor artificial rearing and forming healthy colonies for pollination,remains *** project,queens from the 3 native species of Guizhou Province were collected andcolonies were started under standardized *** colonies were scored based on19 parameters,including the stage of colony development,number and weight of off-spring,and diet *** data revealed that *** had the best performance,produced more workers and consumed the smallest ***,we performed 16S rDNAsequencing of the bacterial communities found in the guts of offspring workers,and thena correlation analysis between colony performance and gut bacteria was ***,*** showed the highest diversity in gut bacterial composition,dominated by thebacteria Gilliamella,Snodgrassella,Enterobacter,and Lactobacillus *** higherthe abundance of Snodgrassella,the better the performance of the colony in the founda-tion stage,and later Lactobacillus Firm5,Apibacter and Bifidobacterium were beneficialduring the stages of rapid growth and colony *** we do not understand allof the interactions yet,these correlations explain why *** demonstrated bettercolony *** data provide valuable information for breeding local Bombusspecies and will contribute to developing strong colonies for crop pollination.

The last deglaciation, a key period for understanding present and future climate changes, has long been the hot topic for palaeoclimatological study. The Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau（QTP） is often a target study area for understanding hemispheric, or even global environment changes. The glacial landforms on the QTP provide a unique perspective for its climate change. In order to investigate the onset of the last deglaciation at the QTP and its regional correlation, the terrestrial cosmogenic nuclides（TCN） 10 Be and 26 Al surface exposure dating was chosen to date the roche moutonnée, the polished surface and the moraine debris located at the palaeo-Daocheng Ice Cap（pDIC）, southeastern QTP. Our results show that the onset of the last deglaciation is at about 19 ka, followed by another warming event occurring around 15 ka in the p-DIC area. These timings agree well with other records, e.g. equivalent with a rapid sea level rise at 19 ka and the onset of B？lling warming event at about 15 ka. Thus, our new data can provide good reveal constraint on the climate evolution at the QTP.

Analysis of Vitamin K_3 by a Fluorescent Spectroelectrochemistry Method

A simple and sensitive spectroelectrochemistry method for the determination of vitamin K3 was developed by combining electrolysis and fluoremetry. This method was based on that vitamin K3 was reduced at a glassy carbon electrode, and its product with characteristic fluorescence at 420 nm was determined with excitation wavelength at 309 nm. Under optimized electrochemical reaction conditions and fluorescent experiment parameters, the fluorescence intensity was proportional to the concentration of vitamin K3 in a range from 3.50×10^-7 to 1.05×10^-5 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991, and detection limit was estimated to be 7.50× 10^-8 mol/L at a signal/noise ra- tio of 3. The relative standard deviation was less than 4.3%（n=5） and the recovery was in a range of 97%-105% for the determination of vitamin K3 in pharmaceutical preparations. The result is satisfactory for the determination of vitamin K3 as comparison to that from HPLC method.

Germanium-based material has attracted numerous attentions and been regarded as a promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries due to its high theoretical ***,drastic pulverization and rapid capacity fading caused by large volume variation during cycling limit its practical *** this work,three-dimensional N-doped carbon framework-wrapped Na_(4)Ge_(9)O_(20)nanoparticles(3D Na_(4)Ge_(9)O_(20)@N-C)have been synthesized via freeze-drying approach with NaCl as both template and sodium source for *** employment of NaCl has two special roles:on the one hand,the NaCl crystals act as template and facilitate the formation of 3D porous structure,while on the other hand,the NaCl crystals serving as sodium source and support the ion exchange between NaCl and GeO_(2)promote the formation of Na_(4)Ge_(9)O_(20).Benefiting from the unique method,the prepared 3D Na_(4)Ge_(9)O_(20)@N-C not only suppresses the volume change by using carbon as buffer layers but also demonstrates an improved electronic conductivity and a shortened ionic *** utilized as an anode material for LIBs,the 3D Na_(4)Ge_(9)O_(20)@N-C composites deliver high reversible capacity(896.2 mAh·g^(-1)at0.1 A·g^(-1)after 100 cycles),good cycling stability(520.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 2.0 A·g^(-1)after 400 cycles)and excellent rate performance(636.0 mAh·g^(-1)at 2.0 A·g^(-1)).This work provides a strategy to improve the electrochemical performance of germanium-based anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.

Developing narrow-bandgap organic semiconductors is important to facilitate the advancement of organic photovoltaics(OPVs). Herein, two near-infrared non-fused ring acceptors(NIR NFRAs), PTBFTT-F and PTBFTT-Cl have been developed with A-π_A-π_D-D-π_D-π_A-A non-fused structures. It is revealed that the introduction of electron deficient π-bridge(π_A) and multiple intramolecular noncovalent interactions effectively retained the structural planarity and intramolecular charge transfer of NFRAs, extending strong NIR photon absorption up to 950 nm. Further, the chlorinated acceptor, with the enlarged π-surface compared to the fluorinated counterpart, promoted not only molecular stacking in solid, but also the desirable photochemical stability in ambient, which are helpful to thereby improve the exciton and charge dynamics for the corresponding OPVs. Overall, this work provides valuable insights into the design of NIR organic semiconductors.

To promote the practices of perovskite photovoltaics,it requires to develop efficient perovskite solar cells(PVSCs)standing long-time operation under the adverse ***,we demonstrate that the tailor-made conjugated polymers as conductive adhesives stabilized the originally redox-reactive heterointerface between perovskite and metal oxide,facilitating the access of efficient and stable inverted *** was revealed that bithiophene and phenyl alternating conjugated polymers with partial glycol chains atop of the metal oxide layer has resulted in effective organic-inorganic hybrid hole transporting bilayers,which allow maintaining efficient hole extraction and transport,meanwhile preventing halide migration to directly contact with the nickel oxide(NiO_(x))*** a result,the corresponding inverted PVSCs with the organic-inorganic hole transporting bilayers have achieved an excellent power conversion efficiency of 23.22%,outperforming 20.65% of bare NiO_(x)-based ***,the encapsulated PVSCs with organic-inorganic bilayers exhibited the excellent photostability with 91% of the initial efficiency after 1000-h one-sun equivalent illumination in ambient ***,this work provides new insights into stabilizing the vulnerable heterointerface for perovskite solar cells.

Elastic properties of anatase titanium dioxide nanotubes:A molecular dynamics study

The elastic properties of anatase nanotubes are investigated by molecular dynamics(MD) simulations. Young's modulus, Poisson ratio, and shear modulus are calculated by transversely isotropic structure model. The calculated elastic constants of bulk rutile, anatase, and Young's modulus of nanotube are in good agreement with experimental values, respectively, demonstrating that the Matsui and Akaogi(MA) potential function used in the simulation can accurately present the elastic properties of anatase titanium dioxide nanotubes. For single wall anatase titanium dioxide nanotube, the elastic moduli are shown to be sensitive to structural details such as the chirality and radius. For different chirality nanotubes with the same radius, the elastic constants are not proportional to the chiral angle. The elastic properties of the nanotubes with the chiral angle of 0° are worse than those of other chiral nanotubes. For nanotubes with the same chirality but different radii, the elastic constant, Young's modulus, and shear modulus decrease as the radius increases. But there exist maximal values in a radius range of 10 nm-15 nm. Such information can not only provide a deep understanding of the influence of geometrical structure on nanotubes mechanical properties, but also present important guidance to optimize the composite behavior by using nanotubes as the addition.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(ECFR) in gastric cancer and the clinicopalhological features and prognosis. Methods:A total of 78 paraffin specimens of gastric cancer operation were *** immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ECFR in 78 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of adjacent normal *** relationship between the high expression of ECFR and clinicopathological features was ***:ECFR positive expression rate in the 78 cases of gastric cancer tissue was 57.7%(43/78),while ECFR was not expressed in 20 cases of adjacent normal *** high ECFR expression was positively correlated with the position of gastric cancer,tumor size,cell differentiation,invasive depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging,yet having no obvious relation with gender or ***:ECFR expression level in gastric cancer is closely related to the incidence and development of gastric cancer,which can provide a theoretical basis for the targeted therapy for gastric cancer with ECFR as the target.

The Vernohia anthelmintica L.＇s extract is one of the most popular Uygur medicines used for vitiligo. It is believed that the chalcone compounds of the plant play an important role in the treatment since they may activate tyrosinase and improve melanin production. In this study, twenty-one chalcones and nine analogues were synthesized in view of three different components of chalcone（A, B ring and a,b-unsaturated carbonyl）. After biological evaluation of their activity on tyrosinase in cell-free systems,the result showed that most compounds（except polyhydroxy chalcones） possess activator effect on the tyrosinase, especially for 13a–15a, 20 a and 1b, which bearing a comparable activity to the positive control8-MOP. SAR of these tyrosinase activator was summed up for the first time as well. Finally, compound 13 a was found to increase melanin contents and tyrosinase activity 1.75 and 1.3 fold, respectively, compared with that of untreated murine B16 cells at the concentration of 40 mg/m L.
