Successful wound healing depends on the reconstruction of proper tissue homeostasis,particularly in the posttraumatic inflammatory tissue *** jeopardizes tissues’immune homeostasis in cutaneous wounds,causing persistent chronic inflammation and cytokine ***,we developed an autologous regeneration factor(ARF)technology to extract the cytokine composite from autologous tissue to restore immune homeostasis and promote wound ***,treatment efficacy was significantly compromised in diabetic ***,we proposed that a combination of melatonin and ARF,which is beneficial for proper immune homeostasis reconstruction,could be an effective treatment for diabetic *** research showed that the utilization of melatonin-mediated ARF biogel(AM gel)promoted diabetic wound regeneration at a more rapid healing ***-Seq analysis showed that AM gel treatment could restore more favorable immune tissue homeostasis with unique inflammatory patterning as a result of the diminished intensity of acute and chronic ***,AM gel could be a novel and promising therapeutic strategy for diabetic wounds in clinical practice through favorable immune homeostatic reconstructions in the tissue microenvironment and proper posttraumatic inflammation patterning.

SNR-adaptive deep joint source-channel coding scheme for image semantic transmission with convolutional block attention module

With the development of deep learning(DL),joint source-channel coding(JSCC)solutions for end-to-end transmission have gained a lot of *** deep JSCC schemes support dynamically adjusting the rate according to different channel conditions during transmission,enhancing robustness in dynamic wireless ***,most of the existing adaptive JSCC schemes only consider different channel conditions,ignoring the different feature importance in the image processing and *** uniform compression of different features in the image may result in the compromise of critical image details,particularly in low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)*** address the above issues,in this paper,a dual attention mechanism is introduced and an SNR-adaptive deep JSCC mechanism with a convolutional block attention module(CBAM)is proposed,in which matrix operations are applied to features in spatial and channel dimensions *** proposed solution concatenates the pooling feature with the SNR level and passes it sequentially through the channel attention network and spatial attention network to obtain the importance evaluation *** show that the proposed solution outperforms other baseline schemes in terms of peak SNR(PSNR)and structural similarity(SSIM),particularly in low SNR scenarios or when dealing with complex image content.

Availability evaluation of controller area networks under the influence of intermittent connection faults

Controller area networks(CANs),as one of the widely used fieldbuses in the industry,have been extended to the automation field with strict standards for safety and *** practice,factors such as fatigue and insulation wear of the cables can cause intermittent connection(IC)faults to occur frequently in the CAN,which will affect the dynamic behavior and the safety of the ***,quantitatively evaluating the performance of the CAN under the influence of IC faults is crucial to real-time health monitoring of the *** this paper,a novel methodology is proposed for real-time quantitative evaluation of CAN availability when considering IC faults,with the system availability parameter being calculated based on the network state transition ***,the causal relationship between IC fault and network error response is constructed,based on which the IC fault arrival rate is ***,the states of the network considering IC faults are analyzed,and the deterministic and stochastic Petri net(DSPN)model is applied to describe the transition relationship of the ***,the parameters of the DSPN model are determined and the availability of the system is calculated based on the probability distribution and physical meaning of markings in the DSPN model.A testbed is constructed and case studies are conducted to verify the proposed methodology under various experimental *** results show that the estimation results obtained using the proposed method agree well with the actual values.

Xinqiao Gully is located in the area of the 2008 Wenchuan M_(s)8.0 earthquake in Sichuan province,*** on the investigation of the 2023"6-26"Xinqiao Gully debris flow event,this study assessed the effectiveness of the debris flow control project and evaluated the debris flow *** field investigation and numerical simulation methods,the indicators of flow intensity reduction rate and storage capacity fullness were proposed to quantify the effectiveness of the engineering measures in the debris flow *** simulation results show that the debris flow control project reduced the flow intensity by41.05%to 64.61%.The storage capacity of the dam decreases gradually from upstream to the mouth of the gully,thus effectively intercepting and controlling the debris *** evaluating the debris flow of different recurrence intervals,further measures are recommended for managing debris flow events.

Deciphering and integrating invariants for neural operator learning with various physical mechanisms

Neural operators have been explored as surrogate models for simulating physical systems to overcome the limitations of traditional partial differential equation(PDE) solvers. However, most existing operator learning methods assume that the data originate from a single physical mechanism, limiting their applicability and performance in more realistic scenarios. To this end, we propose the physical invariant attention neural operator(PIANO) to decipher and integrate the physical invariants for operator learning from the PDE series with various physical mechanisms. PIANO employs self-supervised learning to extract physical knowledge and attention mechanisms to integrate them into dynamic convolutional *** to existing techniques, PIANO can reduce the relative error by 13.6%–82.2% on PDE forecasting tasks across varying coefficients, forces or boundary conditions. Additionally, varied downstream tasks reveal that the PI embeddings deciphered by PIANO align well with the underlying invariants in the PDE systems, verifying the physical significance of PIANO.

Clinical and Radiological Features of Wallerian Degeneration of the Middle Cerebellar Peduncles Secondary to Pontine Infarction

Background： Wallerian degeneration （WD） of bilateral middle cerebellar its characteristics have not yet been clarified because of the low incidence peduncles （MCPs） can occur following pontine infarction, but Thus, the present study discussed the clinical and radiological features to improve the awareness of this disease. Methods： Clinical and radiological information from consecutive individuals diagnosed with WD of bilateral MCPs following pontine infarction in three hospitals over the past 4 years between October 2012 and October 2016 were retrospectively investigated and compared with a control group （patients with pontine infarction had no secondary WD）. Results： This study involved 30 patients with WD of MCPs, with a detection rate of only 4.9%. The primary infarctions （χ2 -24.791, P = 0.001, vs. control group） were located in the paramedian pons in 21 cases （70.0%）, and ventrolateral pons in nine cases （30.0%）. WD of the MCPs was detected 8-24 weeks after pons infarction using conventional magnetic resonance imaging （M RI）; all secondary WDs were asymptomatic and detected incidentally. All WD lesions exhibited bilateral, symmetrical, and boundary blurring on MRI. The signal features were hypointense on Tl-weighted imaging, hyperintense on T2-weighted imaging and fluid-attenuated inversion recovery, and slightly hyperintense or isointense on diffusion-weighted imaging and apparent diffusion coefficient maps. Secondary brainstem atrophy was found in six （20.0%） cases. A Modified Rankin Scale score 0-2 was found in 10 （33.3%） cases and score 〉2 in 20 （66.7%） cases at 90 days after discharge, and the short-term prognosis was worse than that in control group （χ2 =12.814, P - 0.001 ）. Conclusions： Despite the rarity of bilateral and symmetrical lesions of MCPs, secondary WD should be highly suspected if these lesions occur within 6 months after pontine infarction, particularly parainedian ports.
